Claims (10)

  1. Vaporisateur d'une installation destiné à fixer des couleurs au moyen de vapeur, plus particulièrement de vapeur saturée, sur des bandes de tissu à poils telles que des tapis avec un capot de boítier étanche à la vapeur du moins sur le dessus, dans lequel des rouleaux rotatifs de renvoi des bandes de tissu, entraínés au moins sur le côté du couvercle, destinés à porter et à transporter la bande de tissu sont disposés de manière à pouvoir tourner, et un dispositif de lavage de la bande de tissu suivant le vaporisateur derrière la paroi de sortie frontale du vaporisateur, qui présente au moins un dispositif d'alimentation et d'aspiration de la bande de tissu, caractérisé en ce que entre ledit dispositif de lavage (8) et le vaporisateur (1) est disposé directement sur le vaporisateur (1) un dispositif de prélavage (16, 16') sans grand écart par rapport à la paroi de sortie (5) du vaporisateur, ledit dispositif de prélavage (16, 16') présentant à distance de la paroi de sortie (5) du vaporisateur au moins un premier tambour de renvoi (9, 9") destiné à renvoyer la bande de tissu (3) à poils vers le bas, auquel sont ensuite adjoints à l'arrière de la bande de tissu (3) un dispositif d'application du liquide (15', 15") et au côté à poils un dispositif d'aspiration (11, 11"), le tout étant recouvert d'une hotte d'aspiration de la vapeur (20, 20').
  2. Vaporisateur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que au-dessus du dispositif de prélavage (16) mais à proximité de la paroi de sortie (5) du vaporisateur est disposé un tambour de renvoi (17) destiné à renvoyer la bande de tissu (3) à prélaver dans la direction de transport du dispositif et sous ledit tambour de renvoi (17) est disposé le premier tambour de renvoi (9', 9") du dispositif de prélavage (16, 16').
  3. Vaporisateur suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que au premier tambour de renvoi (9') est adjoint horizontalement et côte à côte un second tambour de renvoi (10') et en ce que entre ceux-ci sont disposés le dispositif d'application du liquide (15') et le dispositif d'aspiration (11).
  4. Vaporisateur suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que un bain de trempage pour la bande de tissu est directement placé en amont.
  5. Vaporisateur suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que au premier tambour de renvoi (9', 9") du dispositif de prélavage (16, 16') est adjoint un râcloir de débourrage (18) en contact avec le côté à poils de la bande de tissu (3) et au râcloir (18) est adjointe sur le dessous une canalisation de collecte (19).
  6. Vaporisateur suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la canalisation de collecte (19) est continuellement rincée à l'eau sale.
  7. Vaporisateur suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la hotte d'aspiration (20) de la vapeur s'étend sur tout le dispositif de prélavage (16).
  8. Vaporisateur suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 7 pourvu d'une fente de sortie du vaporisateur sur le dessous de la paroi de sortie du vaporisateur, caractérisé en ce que sur l'extérieur de la paroi de sortie (5) du vaporisateur est disposée une cuve d'aspiration (7) de la vapeur, qui est active au niveau de la fente de sortie (6).
  9. Vaporisateur suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de prélavage (16, 16') est disposé au-dessus d'un passage (21) pour l'utilisateur.
  10. Vaporisateur suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que sous le dispositif de projection (15', 15"), sous le dispositif d'aspiration (11', 11"), est disposée une cuve de collecte du liquide (13', 13").
