Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren für die Ausführung einer Schalung für eine Treppe, insbesondere für eine Wendeltreppe, wobei die Schalung ein unteres Teil bzw. Unterteil (10,110) und Oberteil als Schalungen für die Setzstufen aufweist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Vorgänge umfaßt:
    - an den Seitenwänden des Treppenhauses (11) werden waagrechte Tragelemente (16,116) angebracht, die für das Abstützen des Unterteiles (10,110) eingerichtet sind;
    - das Unterteil (10,110) wird auf die waagrechten Tragelemente (16,116) aufgesetzt;
    - Paneele zur Bildung der Schalungen für die Setzstufen werden befestigt;
    - eine metallische Armierung, die wenigstens Armierungslängsstäbe aufweist, die im wesentlichen parallel zu der Oberfläche des Unterteils (10, 110) angeordnet sind, wird eingesetzt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - die Tragelemente (16,116) aus teleskopischen longitudinalen röhrenförmigen Querstücken gebildet sind, und daß
    - das Unterteil (10,110) gebildet wird, indem auf die Querstücke ein verformbares Geflecht (120) gelegt, auf das Geflecht eine vorher ausgeschnittene Folie (121) aus einem thermoverformbaren Kunststoff angeordnet und die Kunststoff-Folie durch Erwärmung auf das Geflecht aufgedrückt wird.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Kunststoff, aus dem das Unterteil (10,110) besteht, ein faserverstärktes Polyesterharz enthält.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das ausgeführte Unterteil starr, vorgefertigt und in mehrere Stücke unterteilt ist, die zusammengesetzt werden können.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Kunststoff ein mehrschichtiges Material ist.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    auf mindestens eine Seitenfläche des Kunststoffes mindestens eine Schicht eines polymerisierbaren Materials und/oder eine glatte Folie aus einem Kunststoff aufgebracht wird.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die waagrechten Tragelemente (116), die für das Abstützen des Unterteiles (110) eingerichtet sind, aus teleskopischen longitudinalen (118) und transversalen (118') röhrenförmigen Querstücken gebildet werden.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der thermo-verformbare Kunststoff ein zellenförmiger Schaumstoff ist.
  8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die waagrechten Tragelemente eingebaut werden, indem an mindestens einer Wand des Treppenhauses Teile für eine Wandbefestigung angebracht werden, die jeweils eingerichtet sind, um ein Ende der teleskopischen longitudinalen röhrenförmigen Querstücke der Tragelemente aufzunehmen.
  9. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    jedes teleskopische röhrenförmige Querstück mit mindestens einem Verbindungsstück versehen ist, das eingerichtet ist, um dieses Querstück mit einem anderen Querstück lose zu verbinden.
  10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    gelenkige Geflechtteile verwendet werden, um das besagte verformbare Geflecht zu bilden.
  11. Schalung für eine Treppe, insbesondere für eine Wendeltreppe, wobei
    - die Schalung ein Unterteil (10,110) und Oberteile als Schalungen für die Setzstufen aufweist;
    - die Schalung waagrechte Tragelemente (16,116) enthält, die eingerichtet sind, um das Unterteil (10,110) abzustützen;
    - die Tragelemente (16,116) longitudinale Querstücke (18,118), Teile (19,119) für die Befestigung der Tragelemente an den Wänden (12,13) des Treppenhauses (11), Paneele für die Bildung der Schalungen für die Setzstufen sowie Befestigungen für die Paneele aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - die longitudinalen Querstücke (18,118) röhrenförmig und teleskopisch sind
    und daß
    - das Unterteil (110) ein verformbares Geflecht (120) und eine Folie (121) aus einem thermoverformbaren Kunststoff (121) aufweist, die dafür bestimmt ist, auf das Geflecht durch Erwärmung aufgedrückt zu werden.
  12. Schalung gemäß Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    jedes Querstück (118) eine mittlere teleskopische Spindel (170) und mindestens ein Kopfstück (158) in Form eines Kugelgelenks, das mindestens an einem Ende der besagten mittleren Spindel befestigt ist, aufweist.
  13. Schalung gemäß Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Unterteil (10) mehrere Stücke (10a,10b,...) aus einem starren Kunststoff aufweist, die nebeneinander gelegt und miteinander verbunden sind.
  14. Schalung gemäß Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Tragelemente (116) des Unterteiles (110) außerdem teleskopische transversale röhrenförmige Querstücke (118') aufweisen, die eingerichtet sind, um die lose Verbindung in Querrichtung von mindestens zwei longitudinalen Querstücken (118) sicherzustellen.
  15. Schalung gemäß Anspruch 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    jedes Querstück (118) mit mindestens einem Verbindungsstück (190) versehen ist, das eingerichtet ist, um mindestens ein Kopfstück (158') von mindestens einem anderen Querstück (118') aufzunehmen.
  16. Schalung gemäß Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Tragelemente (116) Teile für eine Wandbefestigung (119) aufweisen, die aus einer Befestigungsplatte (150) und aus einer Buchse (159) für die Aufnahme eines Kopfstückes (158) eines der besagten longitudinalen Querstücke (118) bestehen.
