Claims (10)

  1. Instrument à écrire, à peindre ou à dessiner rechargeable, doté d'un boîtier (1), d'un réservoir (2) destiné à recevoir de l'encre d'écriture et comprenant un corps de stockage capillaire (3), et d'une pointe d'application (6) fixée de façon amovible au boîtier (1) et reliée par un drain capillaire au corps de stockage (3) dans le réservoir (2), caractérisé en ce que ladite pointe d'application (6) est disposée de façon retirable dans une ouverture de remplissage (5) pour l'encre d'écriture, et que dans le réservoir (2) un conduit d'air (22) est aménagé le long du corps de stockage capillaire (3) et est raccordé à l'ouverture de remplissage (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de liaison (21) débouchant latéralement dans l'ouverture de remplissage (5).
  2. Instrument selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit canal de liaison (21) est formé d'une collerette (19) coaxiale à l'ouverture de remplissage, ladite collerette présentant une avancée à l'intérieur du réservoir (2) et aboutissant sur le corps de stockage (3), et dont la face opposée au conduit d'air (22) est percée d'une ouverture (20) en particulier en forme de fente.
  3. Instrument selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord de la collerette (19) est en prise avec le corps de stockage (3).
  4. Instrument selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite pointe d'application (6) comprend une douille (8) gui est susceptible d'être fixée par friction ou par engagement positif dans l'ouverture de remplissage (5) du boîtier (1) et qui, sur une section faisant saillie vers l'extérieur de l'ouverture de remplissage, présente des ergots (16) destinés à appliquer un outil (26) agissant sur la douille (8) en direction axiale ou rotative.
  5. Instrument selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la section de la douille (8) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur de l'ouverture de remplissage (5) possède une bride annulaire (16) de diamètre supérieur qui se trouve, par rapport à l'extrémité à remplir du boîtier (1), à une distance convenable pour permettre l'action de l'outil (26).
  6. Instrument selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite douille possède une rainure longitudinale sur sa face extérieure ou sur sa face intérieure.
  7. Instrument selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un outil (26) destiné à desserrer la pointe d'application (6) est fixé sur un élément amovible, en particulier un capuchon (23) servant à recouvrir la pointe d'application (6).
  8. Instrument selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit outil (26) a la forme d'une fourche pouvant s'introduire dans l'intervalle (18) entre la bride annulaire (16) et le boîtier (1).
  9. Instrument selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que des mâchoires (28) servant à protéger la pointe d'application (6) sont disposées sur le fond du capuchon (23), la distance réciproque entre lesdites mâchoires correspondant au diamètre du goulot de remplissage (4) du boîtier (1), lesdites mâchoires ayant, sur leurs surfaces disposées en face l'une de l'autre, des côtes (29) parallèles qui sont insérables dans l'intervalle (18) entre la bride annulaire (16) et le boîtier (1).
  10. Instrument selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit instrument est accompagné d'un outil autonome destiné à desserrer la pointe d'application (6).
