Description
Claims (1)
- Druckwerk für eine Rollendruckmaschine mit zwei zusammenwirkenden, den Druckspalt bildenden Zylindern (1, 4), welche mehrere, durch nicht druckende Vertiefungen getrennte Drucksättel (2, 5) aufweisen, zum Bedrucken einer den Druckspalt durchlaufenden Bahn (7) mit veränderbaren, aneinander anschliessenden Formaten, wobei die Bahn mit veränderlicher Geschwindigkeit im sogenannten Pilgerschritt transportiert und nach jeder Druckoperation beim Passieren einer Vertiefung derart relativ zum Umfang der beiden Zylinder (1,4) zurückgezogen und wieder beschleunigt wird, dass aufeinanderfolgende Druckbilder praktisch lückenlos aneinander gereiht werden, und wobei die beiden Zylinder (1, 4) winkelmässig bezüglich der Lage ihrer im Druckspalt zusammenwirkenden Drucksättel (2, 5), je nach Format, um eine Umfangsstrecke versetzt zueinander eingestellt werden können, welche wenigstens näherungsweise gleich der Differenz zwischen der Umfangslänge (S) eines Drucksattels (2, 5) und der Umfangslänge (B) eines Druckbildes ist, so dass die Länge (D) der Druckzone, längs welcher zwei Drucksättel beim Passieren des Druckspalts die Bahn (7) zwischen sich einklemmen, nur wenigstens näherungsweise so gross wie die Umfangslänge (B) eines Druckbildes ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (1, 4) nach Art der Zylinder einer Bogendruckmaschine die erwähnten Vertiefungen bildende Zylindergruben (3, 6) aufweisen, dass am Umfang desjenigen Zylinders (1), bei welchem der Anfang eines Drucksattels (2), bezogen auf die Zylinderdrehrichtung, dem Anfang (A) des Druckbildes entspricht, ein erstes Auslöseorgan (K) befestigt und in Umfangsnähe dieses Zylinders ein erster, durch dieses Auslöseorgan aktivierbarer Sensor (I) installiert ist, dass am Umfang des anderen Zylinders (4), bei welchem das Ende eines Drucksattels dem Ende (E) des Druckbildes entspricht, ein zweites Auslöseorgan (L) befestigt und in Umfangsnähe dieses Zylinders ein zweiter, durch dieses Auslöseorgan aktivierbarer Sensor (M) installiert ist und dass die erwähnten Auslöseorgane und Sensoren so angeordnet und eingerichtet sind, dass zum Zeitpunkt, an welchem der Anfang eines Drucksattels (2) des ersten Zylinders (1) die Verbindungslinie zwischen den Achsen beider Zylinder (1, 4) passiert, der erste Sensor (I) ein erstes Signal erzeugt und zum Zeitpunkt, an welchem das Ende des mit dem erwähnten Drucksattel zusammenwirkenden Drucksattels (5) des zweiten Zylinders (4) die erwähnte Verbindungslinie passiert, der zweite Sensor (M) ein zweites Signal erzeugt, wobei die erwähnten Signale und die Zeitspanne zwischen beiden Signalen Messgrössen für die Winkelstellung und die Umfangslänge der Druckzone darstellen und zur Steuerung der Bewegung der Papierbahn (7) beim Passieren einer druckfreien Zone im Pilgerschrittbetrieb dienen.
