Claims (13)
- Kolbenhubpipette für eine aufsteckbare Pipettenspitze (3), mit Einstelleinrichtungen (12) zur Veränderung des Kolbenhubs, Anzeigeeinrichtungen (20) für das jeweils pipettierte Flüssigkeitsvolumen, lösbaren Kupplungseinrichtungen (19, 25, 26) zwischen den Einstelleinrichtungen und den Anzeigeeinrichtungen zum Verändern eines das Verhältnis von Kolbenhub zum angezeigten Flüssigkeitsvolumen bestimmenden Pipettenkorrekturfaktors, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtungen formschlüssige Kupplungseinrichtungen (19, 25, 26) sind, die ein mit den Einstelleinrichtungen (12) gekoppeltes Kupplungsteil (25), ein mit den Anzeigeeinrichtungen (20) gekoppeltes Kupplungsteil (26) und Schalteinrichtungen (21) zum vollständigen Lösen der beiden Kupplungsteile voneinander und Verändern des Pipettenkorrekturfaktors durch Verstellen der Einstelleinrichtungen haben, wobei ein Schalthebel (36) der Schalteinrichtungen (21) von der Außenseite des Pipettengehäuses (1) aus betätigbar ist.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssigen Kupplungseinrichtungen (19, 25, 26) zwei drehfest miteinander verbundene Stirnzahnräder (22, 23) (Kupplungsstirnräder) haben, die Einstelleinrichtungen (12) mit einem entsprechend dem eingestellten Kolbenhub gedrehten Stirnzahnrad (25) (Einstellstirnrad) und die Anzeigeeinrichtungen (20) mit einem entsprechend dem angezeigten Flüssigkeitsvolumen gedrehten Stirnzahnrad (26) (Anzeigestirnrad) verbunden sind, wobei das eine Kupplungsstirnrad (22) mit dem Einstellstirnrad (25) und das andere Kupplungsstirnrad (23) mit dem Anzeigestirnrad (26) kämmt, und daß die Kupplungsstirnräder (22, 23) auf einer Achse (24) gelagert und an einer Federeinrichtung (34) abgestützt und von der Schalteinrichtung (21) auf der Achse entgegen der Federwirkung unter Ausrücken zumindest eines Kupplungsstirnrades (22, 23) verschiebbar sind.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellstirnrad (25) auf dem Mantel einer aus dem Gehäuse herausgeführten Einstellhülse (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigestirnrad (26) ein Antriebsrad eines Zählwerkes (20) ist.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsstirnräder (22, 23), das Einstellstirnrad (25) und das Anzeigestirnrad (26) mit parallelen Achsen (24, 27) an einem gemeinsamen Grundkörper (28) gelagert sind.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (24, 27, 40) der Kupplungsstirnräder (22, 23) und des Zählwerkes (20) im Grundkörper (28) verankert sind.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einstellhülse (12) außen an einem hohlzylindrischen Ansatz (29) des Grundkörpers (28) gelagert ist und der Ansatz ein Innengewinde (16) aufweist, in dem eine mit der Einstellhülse drehgekoppelte Spindel (6) für die Hubeinstellung des Kolbens (7) schraubbar ist.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (29) an der dem Kolben (7) zugewandten Seite einen Federteller (17) für einen unteren Endanschlag der Kolbenstange (5) aufnimmt.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vom Kolben (7) abgewandte Ende des Ansatzes (29) als Anschlagfläche für einen oberen Endanschlag (13) der Spindel (6) fungiert.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Radialvorsprünge (14) des oberen Endanschlages (13) der Spindel (6) für eine Drehkopplung in axiale Innennuten (15) der Einstellhülse (12) eingreifen.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalteinrichtungen (19) einen auf der Achse (24) für die Kupplungsstirnräder (22, 23) geführten und seitlich an diesen anliegenden Schieber (35) aufweist.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zählwerk (20) ein Rastrad (42) mit einer Rastposition für jeden vollen Anzeigewert und ein Rastelement (43) aufweist.
- Kolbenhubpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstelleinrichtungen an einer aus dem Gehäuse (1) herausragenden Einstellhülse (12) eine Markierung und das Gehäuse eine zugeordnete Markierung, Skala oder Merkskala aufweisen oder umgekehrt.
