Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Festlegen von dem Befestigen von Isolationsplatten (30) an Bauteilen (31) dienenden Befestigungselementen (28,38) mittels eines von hochgespannten Gasen betriebenen Setzgerätes, wobei das Befestigungselement (28,38) einen grossflächigen Kopf, einen vom Kopf (28a,38a) abragenden, die Isolationsplatten (30) durchsetzenden Hohlschaft (28b,38b) sowie ein Widerlager (28a,38a) für einen vom Setzgerät in die Bauteile (31) eintreibbaren Nagel (29,39) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (28,38) vor dem Eintreiben des Nagels (29,39) mit dem Mündungsbereich des Setzgerätes in Verbindung gebracht wird und die Verbindung zwischen dem Setzgerät und dem Befestigungselement nach dem Eintreiben des Nagels (29,39) unter Überwindung einer die Reibkraft zwischen Hohlschaft (28b,38b) und Isolationsplatte (30) übersteigenden Kraft gelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (28,38) unter Einführen eines Führungsrohres (5,15,25) in den Hohlschaft (28b,38b) mit dem Mündungsbereich des Setzgerätes verbindbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein von hochgespannten Gasen betriebenes Setzgerät vorhanden ist, wobei das Befestigungselement (28,38) einen grossflächigen Kopf, einen vom Kopf (28a,38a) abragenden, die Isolationsplatten (30) durchsetzbaren Hohlschaft (28b,38b) sowie ein Widerlager (28a,38a) für einen vom Setzgerät in die Bauteile (31) eintreibbaren Nagel (29,39) aufweist und dass das Befestigungselement (28,38) vor dem Eintreiben des Nagels (29,39) mit dem Mündungsbereich des Setzgerätes in Verbindung bringbar ist und die Verbindung zwischen dem Setzgerät und dem Befestigungselement nach dem Eintreiben des Nagels (29,39) unter Überwindung einer die Reibkraft zwischen Hohlschaft (28b,38b) und Isolationsplatte (30) übersteigenden Kraft lösbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Setzgerät ein Führungsrohr (5,15,25) mit einem Verbindungsbereich (5a,16a,26a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich (5a,16a,26a) profilliert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich (16a,26a) an einem separaten, gegenüber dem Führungsrohr (15,25) verstellbaren Teil (16,26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenkontur des Hohlschaftes (28b,38b) des Befestigungselementes (28,38) einen Gegenbereich aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenbereich der Innenkontur des Hohlschaftes (28b,38b) eine Profilierung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierung von sich wenigstens teilweise entlang der Innenkontur des Hohlschaftes (38b) erstreckende Längsrippen (40,41) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Umfang der Innenkontur des Hohlschaftes (38b) verteilt mehere Längsrippen (40,41) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von den Längsrippen (40,41) begrenzte lichte Oeffnung des Holhschaftes (38b) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
