Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wall element for creating a wall, in particular a large-area formwork wall, from a plurality of wall elements which abut one another with their side abutting edges, the wall element having a vertical base plate in the installed state with straight and mutually parallel side abutting edges on the longitudinal sides of the base plate .
  • Wall elements according to the invention are used in particular to create prefabricated large-area formwork walls.
  • the invention can also be used for other types of wall elements with which, for example, walls are erected as conversions to exhibition stands or room partition walls.
  • Large-area formwork walls prefabricated as such walls have the advantage that there are as few joints as possible in the wall area, since these are relatively complex to work on both during assembly and in treatment for the finished wall surface (formwork and supports in the assembled state for concreting the walls , Bandages and filling of the joints for smooth wall surfaces).
  • Such prefabricated large-area formwork walls are currently only known from wood-based panels, but due to their combustibility and rotability, for example, they do not always meet the requirements that are placed on a building structure for external wall surfaces.
  • plate-shaped combinable wall elements which have either a single wedge-shaped hooking projection protruding laterally in the center on the longitudinal sides of the plates or a hooking recess which fits centrally with the hooking projection and extends into the plate.
  • the attachment of one wall element is suspended in the recess of another wall element, so that the abutting edges of two adjacent wall elements are pulled together.
  • German Patent No. 2 165 977 discloses plate-shaped wall elements which can be combined to form a shell concrete wall which can be filled with a filler.
  • the wall elements In order to place the wall elements next to one another, the wall elements have rectangular, stepped cutouts on the side abutting edges and pegs fitting into them that protrude beyond the side abutting edges.
  • the invention solves the problem of how wall elements of the type mentioned at the outset can be designed such that they can also be produced in a relatively small size from material other than wood material, in particular also, for example, from cement-bound material, and can be quickly attached to one another to form a large-area wall.
  • a second wall element for example with a construction crane, can be hung relatively easily into a wall element that has already been set up, by raising the second wall element with its attachment attachment to the level of the insertion recess of the first double wall element and then inserting it into the insertion recess, after which it is inserted is lowered and thereby slides with the lower end edge of its attachment lug on the lower boundary edge of the insertion recess into it until the abutting edges meet.
  • the assembly also has the advantage that the double wall element to be hooked in with the flat outer sides of the Hook-in lugs on the base-side flat boundary surfaces of the hook-in recesses are also guided transversely to the base plates because the hook-in lugs engage between them due to their arrangement on the inside of the base plates.
  • suspension lugs and the suspension recesses Due to the arrangement of the suspension lugs and the suspension recesses on the inside of the base plates, each seen from the outside behind the abutting edges, the suspension lugs and suspension recesses are also covered outwards after the assembly of the double wall elements, so that from the outside only the straight butt joints between the adjacent ones Bump edges are visible.
  • Double wall elements are preferably used to erect large-area composite formwork walls in which the base plates e.g. are firmly connected to each other via spacers.
  • Double wall elements according to the invention offer the further advantage that, due to their stability, they can be put together to form a large double wall, essentially without or with only a few support and formwork aids.
  • the acute angle which the lower end edges of the attachment lugs and the lower boundary edges of the attachment recesses form with the plane of the adjacent abutting edge, should preferably not be too obtuse and not too acute.
  • the attachment lugs and attachment recesses can also be designed differently, but the embodiments with obliquely downward lower edges are preferred.
  • the insertion inserts and the insertion recesses are laterally offset from the plane of the respectively adjacent abutting edge, so that a fold is present on the longitudinal sides of the base plates having the insertion attachment, into which the relevant longitudinal side of the adjacent base plate, which has the insertion recess engages, and the butt joint is completely covered from the inside.
  • suspension lugs can be flush with the inside of the base plates, the suspension lugs and plate parts delimiting the suspension recesses are preferably placed on the flat inner sides of the base plates.
  • the attachment lugs and the plate parts delimiting the insertion recesses can be placed as individual pieces on the inside of the base plate.
  • the suspension lugs and / or the suspension recesses are each formed on a bar that runs through the height of the base plates.
  • a simple production of the attachment projection and the insertion recess can be achieved by cutting out an elongated strip from a plate, which has the insertion attachment and thus forms the "negative" of a further strip which has the insertion recess.
  • the two different strips can then be mounted on the respective long side of the base plates. In both cases, by cutting the base plates, any waste that would otherwise have to be disposed of can be used for the formation of the suspension lugs and the plate parts delimiting the suspension recesses.
  • each longitudinal side of the base plates preferably has a plurality of attachment lugs or attachment recesses. This makes it possible to achieve a more stable connection between the adjacent double wall elements.
  • the distribution density of suspension attachments or suspension recesses on the respective longitudinal sides can be greater in the lower region of the double wall element than in the upper region thereof. This ensures a higher connection strength in the lower area, in which, in the application form of the double-wall elements as formwork panel elements, there is a higher load due to the pressure of the liquid concrete poured between the base plates.
  • the suspension lugs are each formed by individual plates placed on the base plate, intermediate pieces can be built into the gaps between the suspension lugs, which results in a more stable construction and a better positional accuracy of the suspension lugs and also the joint edge in the area between successive ones Attachment approaches can be covered by intermediate pieces protruding over the edge of the joint.
  • Such a cover can also be achieved with the above-mentioned bar, which carries the attachment lugs, if it extends laterally beyond the edge of the joint.
  • the suspension recesses can, apart from the required play, be complementary to the suspension lugs. However, it is preferred that the height of the mounting recesses measured parallel to the abutting edges is greater than the relevant height of the mounting lugs. This favors the assembly of the double wall elements.
  • the double wall element consisting of one is advantageous cement-bound material, made of plasterboard or wood.
  • the choice of material is made according to the respective application, ie the use as a partition or the like or for a lost formwork.
  • the double-wall elements can be assembled on site to form the double wall, it is preferred according to the invention to assemble and connect them together in the factory to form a prefabricated large-area double wall, preferably by gluing, but also with the aid of other types of connection such as screwing, riveting or dowelling and The like.
  • the invention therefore also relates to such a prefabricated double wall.
  • fittings as well as all necessary openings such as doors, windows, openings and the like can already be provided in the factory.
  • the double wall element has two base plates 1, which run parallel to one another.
  • the two base plates 1 are in the embodiment shown by means of spacers 2 with each other connected and are held firmly by them in their parallel position.
  • spacers 2 with each other connected and are held firmly by them in their parallel position.
  • Lateral abutting edges 15, 16 are formed from the two long sides of the base plates 1 and lie bluntly on the abutting edges of the base plates of the respectively adjacent double wall elements after the double wall elements have been assembled.
  • plate-shaped suspension lugs 3 protrude outward beyond the joint edge 15, according to FIGS. 1 a and 1 b, on the mutually facing inner sides of the base plates 1, the plate plane of which therefore runs parallel to the base plates.
  • These suspension lugs 3 can be glued, screwed or otherwise connected to the base plate 1.
  • the lower end edge 6 of the plate-shaped suspension lugs 3 projecting outward beyond the abutting edge 15 extends obliquely downwards from the plane of the abutting edge 15 at an angle which in the exemplary embodiment is 45 °.
  • the hanging lugs 3 are designed as single plate pieces, between which intermediate pieces 4 also connected to the base plate 1 are inserted, the hanging lugs 3 according to FIG. 1b are designed on a bar 9 common to them.
  • FIGS. 2a and 2b in a perspective view, 16 recesses 7 are formed behind the other joint edge, each of which is delimited at the top and bottom by two plate parts 8.
  • the lower boundary edge 10 of the suspension recesses 7 runs at the same angle as the lower end edge 6 of the suspension lugs 3 towards the center of the base plate 1 downwards.
  • the plate parts 8 as well as the attachment lugs 3 are placed on the base plate 1 and glued, screwed or connected in some other way.
  • the plate parts 8 are as Single pieces executed, whereas in the embodiment from FIG. 2b they are formed on a bar 9a common to them.
  • the double wall elements can therefore be put together in such a way that the attachment lugs 3 of one double wall element engage in the suspension recesses 7 of the other double wall element, the abutting edges 15, 16 of the double wall elements lying on one another. Therefore, the composite double wall elements are firmly interlocked.
  • the gaps between the rhombic suspension lugs 3 are filled on the inside of the base plate 1 by also plate-shaped rhombic intermediate pieces 4, which protrude slightly beyond the joint edge 15 with their outer side edge, so that their protruding side edge and the suspension lugs 3 on the one hand and the joint edge 15 on the other hand a fold 5 is limited.
  • the also rhombic plate parts 8, between which the suspension recesses 7 are formed, are offset against the abutting edge 16, so that when two double wall elements are put together, the longitudinal side of the base plate 1 forming the abutting edge 16 of one double wall element in the fold 5 of the relevant base plate 1 of the other Double wall element can intervene and therefore the butt joint between the butt edges 15 and 16 is covered from the inside.
  • Corresponding covering takes place in the embodiment from FIG. 1b with the aid of the strip 9 projecting with its continuous part over the abutting edge 15.
  • the hanging recesses 7 have a greater clearance than the hanging lugs 3, as a result of which the hanging lugs 3 can be easily inserted laterally into the hanging recesses 7.
  • a double wall element 11 is just fitted into a double wall element 12, which in turn is already firmly fitted into a double wall element 13.
  • the double wall element 11 When fitting the double wall element 11 in that Double wall element 12, the double wall element 11 is lifted, for example with the help of a construction crane, and laterally inserted with the hanging lugs 3 into the hanging recesses 7 of the other double wall element 12 and then lowered, so that the hanging lugs 3 slide down and into the lower boundary edges 10 of the hanging recesses 7 until the abutting edges 15 and 16 of the base plates 1 of the double wall elements 11, 12 meet.
  • the double wall elements are interlocked with one another in a form-fitting manner, as shown for the double wall elements 12 and 13 on the left of FIG. 3.
  • the individual double wall elements can be glued to one another or otherwise fixed to one another, in particular assembled to form a prefabricated large-area wall element.
  • the attachment lugs 3 and the attachment recesses 7 are each formed on a bar 9 and 9a, respectively, which is placed on the inside of the base plates 1.
