Claims (7)
- Procédé pour raccorder une bande de matière d'une bobine qui se dévide, à l'amorce d'une bande de matière d'une bobine neuve, un agent adhésif étant appliqué sur la bande de matière se trouvant au repos de la bobine neuve, tandis que la bande de matière de la bobine qui se dévide est en mouvement, la bande de matière avec son revêtement d'agent adhésif étant alors avancée dans une position de raccordement et la bande de matière qui se dévide étant stoppée, et les deux bandes de matière se trouvant au repos étant assemblées par pressage dans la zone du revêtement d'agent adhésif, caractérisé en ce que l'application d'agent adhésif est effectuée par transfert successif de plusieurs plaquettes d'assemblage adhésives double face (17), d'un matériau formant substrat (21), en direction transversale, sur la bande de matière (9) se trouvant au repos.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application d'agent adhésif est effectuée par le pressage individuel des plaquettes d'assemblage (17) et le retrait individuel du matériau formant substrat (21) de chaque plaquette d'assemblage ayant été appliquée.
- Dispositif destiné à transférer un moyen d'assemblage adhésif double face, d'un matériau formant substrat (21) en forme de ruban recevant le moyen d'assemblage sur une bande de matière (9), dans lequel est prévu un moyen de distribution pour le moyen d'assemblage, constitué d'un rouleau de réserve (18) et d'un rouleau de produit vide (19) pour le matériau formant substrat (21), caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'assemblage est formé par des plaquettes d'assemblage (17), et en ce que le moyen de distribution pour les plaquettes d'assemblage (17) est pourvu d'un chariot de transfert (27), qui peut être déplacé linéairement et transversalement à la bande de matière (9) au repos, et qui comprend un rouleau de pressage (28) guidant le matériau formant substrat (21) et lui faisant subir un renvoi entre le rouleau de réserve (18) et le rouleau de produit vide (19), le rouleau de pressage entrant également en contact avec la bande de matière (9) pendant le déplacement du chariot.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de transfert (27) comprend un moyen de réglage (31) déterminant son mouvement d'avance linéaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage (31) est une butée pouvant être réglée à la largeur de bande de la bande de matière (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au chariot de transfert (27) est associé un organe de détection (29) déterminant le positionnement des plaquettes d'assemblage (17) dans la position de départ du chariot.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au chariot de transfert (27) est associée, dans la zone de la partie de son déplacement où il est en contact avec la bande de matière (9), une plaque d'appui (32) qui s'étend sur la face opposée de la bande de matière.
