Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour régler la pression d'un cylindre d'impression muni d'un manchon coulissant dans une presse rotative, dont le logement possède un coussinet d'excentrique muni d'un engrenage, dans lequel engrène en fonctionnement un dispositif de réglage à excentrique muni d'une denture, réglable de la région d'une ouverture de la paroi du bâti facilitant un changement de manchon, caractérisé en ce qu'un secteur denté (8) engrenant dans la denture du coussinet d'excentrique (4) et un vérin (9) fonctionnant par pression articulé à celui-ci sont connectés de manière pivotante à un levier pivotant (7) monté dans la paroi du bâti (6), sur lequel agit une genouillère activée à deux éléments (14), reliée à la paroi du bâti (6) de manière pivotante par l'autre extrémité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement du levier pivotant (7) est limité en direction de la denture du coussinet d'excentrique (4) par une butée réglable (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la butée (18) se compose d'un corps (17) fixé à la paroi du bâti (6), traversé par une tige filetée (16) dans un taraudage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (9) est articulé au centre de rotation du levier pivotant (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un vérin fonctionnant par pression (15), placé dans la paroi du bâti (6) agit de manière pivotante sur la genouillère (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un secteur denté (5) en prise avec le secteur denté (8) du levier pivotant (7) est fixé au coussinet d'excentrique (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps d'arrêt venant en prise de manière voulue avec le manchon de logement (20) placé de manière à se déformer sur le coussinet d'excentrique (4) est connecté au levier pivotant (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'arrêt est conçu comme un secteur denté (22), qui engrène dans un autre secteur denté (21) fixé au manchon de logement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le secteur denté (22) fonctionnant comme un corps d'arrêt pour le manchon de logement (20) est monté de manière réglable sur un axe (23) destiné au secteur denté (8) servant au réglage du coussinet d'excentrique (4) et possède une fente (24) s'étendant dans le sens de réglage, qui est traversée par une tige filetée (25) guidée dans un taraudage du levier pivotant.
