Claims (3)
- Dispositif pour la tension parallèle de plaques d'impression sur les cylindres porte-plaque d'imprimantes, comportant dans le canal du cylindre porte-plaque un rail de serrage séparé avant et un rail de serrage séparé arrière, dans lesquels les extrémités des plaques d'impression peuvent être serrées et qui peuvent être déplacés, pour l'essentiel en direction périphérique du cylindre porte-plaque, par l'intermédiaire de vis de serrage séparées les unes des autres en direction axiale, les vis de serrage du rail de serrage avant étant directement en appui contre la paroi opposée du canal et le rail de serrage arrière pouvant être serré par un dispositif de serrage rapide, qui comporte un montage en série constitué d'un mécanisme de serrage rapide pour le pré-serrage et des vis de serrage pour le serrage définitif, une barre de pression étant agencée, comme mécanisme de serrage rapide, le long du canal du cylindre, dans un évidement du cylindre porte-plaque s'étendant dans le plan arrière de la paroi du canal et parallèlement à celle-ci, les vis de serrage du rail de serrage arrière pouvant s'appuyer contre cette barre de pression, des évidements présentant un plan incliné étant de plus pratiqués sur la barre de pression, auxquels évidements sont associées des surfaces cunéiformes correspondantes sur une contre-pièce, la barre de pression pouvant être déplacée en direction du canal du cylindre, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'actionnement central, la barre de pression étant déplacée en direction périphérique conjointement avec le rail de serrage arrière,
caractérisé en ce qu'un levier de serrage (15,16) est associé à chaque vis de serrage (11), levier de serrage qui est agencé le long de la barre de pression (9), au-dessous du rail de serrage arrière (4), en ce que les leviers de serrage (15,16) s'appuient sur la barre de pression (9), par l'intermédiaire d'une came (17), avec un rapport des leviers augmentant la force, une extrémité des leviers de serrage (15,16) étant reliée, de façon à pouvoir pivoter, au rail de serrage arrière séparé (4), au moyen d'une charnière (18), et l'autre extrémité libre des leviers de serrage (15,16) s'appuyant sur un boulon de butée (19), sous l'action d'un ressort (12) fixé au cylindre (25), boulon de butée (19) qui est fixé sur la ligne de liaison des charnières (18) dans le rail de serrage arrière (4), et en ce que, lors du déplacement de la barre de pression (9), au moyen du dispositif d'actionnement (20,23,24,25), à partir d'une position (figure 6), les extrémités libres des leviers pivotants (16) peuvent être pivotées, autour de la charnière (18) associée, de façon à s'éloigner du boulon de butée (19), sous l'action du ressort (12) (figure 7). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,

caractérisé en ce que la barre de pression (9) peut être actionnée par une broche de réglage rotative (20) agencée entre le rail de serrage avant (3) et le rail de serrage arrière (4) en direction axiale, sur laquelle broche de réglage (20) un écrou à broche (23) peut être coulissé, écrou à broche qui est fixé à la barre de pression (9) par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce rapportée (24), la broche de réglage (20) étant en appui, par ses faces frontales convexes, des deux côtés, contre des pièces de pression (29,30) non identiques et amovibles, sur des parois d'appui (25) parallèles à l'axe (figure 5).
