Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum parallelen Spannen von Druckplatten auf einem Plattenzylinder gemäß dem Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a device for parallel clamping of printing plates on a plate cylinder according to the preamble of the first claim.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist bekannt (DE-PS 3 516 682) und dient dazu, daß Druckplatten mit definierter Spannkraft parallel gespannt werden können, um Passergenauigkeit zu erreichen, zugleich aber beim endgültigen Spannen die bekannten Korrekturmöglichkeiten des Druckbildes mit einer geteilten Spannschiene und den zugehörigen Spannschrauben aufrecht zu erhalten. Es ist schwierig, die Konstruktionsteile so genau zu fertigen und zu montieren, daß die hintere geteilte Spannschiene zur vorderen Kanalwand exakt parallel vorgeschoben wird. Eine Überlastung der Druckplatte ist nicht auszuschließen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die eingangsspezifizierte Vorrichtung so zu verbessern, daß ein Regulieren der Spannung von Druckplatten und deren selbsttätiges Nachspannen gleichmäßig über die ganze Breite ermöglicht wird, insbesondere bei großformatigen Druckmaschinen.The object of the invention is to improve the input-specified device so that a regulation of the tension of printing plates and their automatic re-tensioning is made possible uniformly over the entire width, especially in the case of large-format printing machines.

Die geteilten Spannschienen 3, 4 sind in bekannter Weise im Zylinderkanal 2 angeordnet und werden mittels Spannschrauben 10, 11 betätigt. In den Spannschienen 3, 4 werden ebenfalls in bekannter Weise die Druckplattenvorderkante sowie die Druckplattenhinterkante durch Klemmeinrichtungen 21, 22 geklemmt. Die vordere Spannschiene 3 und die hintere Spannschiene 4 sind auf nicht dargestellten Parallelführungen in bekannter Weise angeordnet und in tangentialer oder annähernd tangentialer Richtung verschiebbar.The
