Abstract

Ein passergenaues Aufspannen der Platte ist dann nicht mehr möglich, da die plastische Verformung auch durch nachträgliche Korrektur mit Hilfe der Spannschrauben nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden kann. Wegen der bereits erwähnten Anordnung von zwei einander entgegenwirkenden Druckfedern, nämlich einer Druckfeder zwischen den Spannschienen und einer Druckfeder zwischen dem Exzenter und einem Schwinghebel, ist auch keine definierte Spannkraft über die Druckplattenbreite bei nicht paralleler Stellung der beiden Spannschienen erreichbar. Das automatische Nachspannen über die Druckfeder zwischen den Spannschienen ist zwar theoretisch möglich, praktisch kann jedoch die erforderliche Spannkraft, insbesondere bei großen Formaten, derart nicht aufgebracht werden. Claims (2)

1. Device for parallel tensioning of printing plates on the plate cylinder (1) of printing presses with a front and a rear tensioning bar (3, 4) in the cylinder channel (2) of the plate cylinder (1) against which the printing plate ends can be tensioned and which are movable essentially in the peripheral direction of the plate cylinder (1) by tensioning bolts (10, 11) lying apart from one another in the axial direction, wherein the tensioning bolts (10) directly support the front clamping bar (3) against the oppositely standing channel wall and the rear tensioning bar (4) is tensionable from a detensioned position pushed towards its channel wall (8) using a rapid tensioning device which has a series arrangement of a rapid tensioning mechanism for pretensioning and then tensioning bolts (10, 11) for final tensioning, wherein as rapid tensioning mechanism along the cylinder channel (2) in a recess (7) running behind the plane of the channel wall (8) and parallel to this of the plate cylinder (1) a pressure bar (9) is arranged on which the tensioning bolts (11 ) of the rear tensioning bar (4) are supported, furthermore cam guides are introduced on the pressure bar (9) and the pressure bar (9) is displaceable by means of eccentric pins (12) pivoted in the rear tensioning bar (4) in the direction of the cylinder channel (2) characterised in that the pressure bar (9) has depressions (13) cam shaped as cam guides which, in each case, lie opposite the tensioning bolts (11) against the rear side of the pressure bar (9) supported under the action of the compression spring (16) against the front side of the pressure bar (9) and that the cam shaped depressions (13) have compression rollers (14) arranged in them which are linked longitudinally of the cylinder channel (2) to counterpieces (15), whereby the pressure bar (9) together with the rear tensioning bar (4) is moved in the tensioning direction on rotation of the eccentric bolt (12) by means of the pressure rolls (14) rolling off on the cam shaped depressions (13), while the tensioning bolts (11) slide without rising on the pressure bar (9).
2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that the cam shaped depressions (13) in the pressure bar (9) are constructed with an inclination larger at the beginning of the tensioning path and then smaller running out into a radius (R) (Fig. 3).
