Claims (13)

1. Appareil pour garnir d'une plaque enveloppante, un cylindre imprimeur amovible, en particulier un cylindre imprimeur pour impression avec forme en creux, comportant un bâti ayant dans la zone de ses parois latérales (2) des ouvertures de montage (3) affectées aux tourillons latéraux (4) du cylindre imprimeur (5), et un châssis (10), monté basculant à l'extérieur des ouvertures de montage (3) et pouvant être fixé dans toute position angulaire désirée par rapport au bâti, qui reçoit un rouleau presseur (7) monté dans des douilles excentriques tournantes (21) et entraînable.
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone de chacune des parois latérales (2) du bâti sont prévus plusieurs trous taraudés (13) situés sur un arc de cercle (12) centré sur l'axe de rotation du châssis basculant (10), et que le châssis basculant (10) présente deux flasques latéraux (11) qui présentent chacun un trou allongé (14) situé sur le même arc de cercle (12) et dont la longueur est supérieure à la distance de deux trous taraudés (13) voisins.
3. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis basculant (10) est basculé par un dispositif élévateur (16) qui présente de préférence au moins une tige filetée (18) supportée basculante par le bâti, pourvue d'une roue de commande (17) et engagée dans une douille taraudée associée (19) fixée au châssis basculant.
4. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les douilles excentriques (21) montées tournantes dans les flasques et recevant les tourillons latéraux (20) du rouleau presseur (7) sont pourvues chacune d'une couronne dentée (22) qui engrène avec un pignon (23) fixé sur un arbre (24) monté tournant dans le bâti et formant l'axe de basculement du châssis basculant (10).
5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'arbre (24) est pourvu d'une roue de commande (25) présentant un indicateur de position (26).
6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le rouleau presseur (7) est entraîné par un pignon (27) calé sur un tourillon latéral (20) qui engrène avec une roue dentée cylindrique (28) montée tournante sur l'arbre (24) formant l'axe de rotation du châssis basculant (10) et qui est entraînée par un moteur (8) fixé au bâti.
7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la roue dentée cylindrique (28) montée tournante sur l'arbre est pourvue latéralement d'une roue de commande (29) qui est reliée au moteur (8) par un élément de transmission (30).
8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les ouvertures de montage (3) ouvertes d'un côté prévues dans la zone des parois latérales (2) peuvent être fermées chacune par une languette de fermeture (6).
9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le rouleau presseur (7) a un revêtement en caoutchouc.
10. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les parois latérales (2) du bâti sont pourvues de guides opposés (35) prévus dans la zone extérieure au châssis basculant (10), s'étendant radialement par rapport à l'extrémité intérieure, formant un palier pour les tourillons, des ouvertures de montage (3), et dans lesquels est montée mobile une poutre presseuse (34) s'étendant sur toute la largeur de l'appareil et mue par un dispositif élévateur (38) au moyen de laquelle une pièce façonnée couvrant la fosse (9) du cylindre et constituée de préférence d'une plaque transparente (33) peut être serrée contre le pourtour du cylindre imprimeur (5).
11. Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la poutre presseuse (34) est formée d'un châssis caisson ayant deux barres presseuses parallèles (36) s'étendant sur la largeur de l'appareil et au moins deux entretoises (37) perpendiculaires à celles-ci et sur lesquelles agit le dispositif élévateur (38).
12. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis caisson formant la poutre presseuse (34) est accrochéé au bâti par des dispositifs à genouillère agissant sur ses entretoises (37) et comportant une languette (40) articulée à la poutre presseuse et de préférence changeable et une languette (41) articulée à la précédente, de préférence articulée au bâti par un axe excentrique (44) et actionnée par un organe de manoeuvre associé (39) supporté par le bâti.
13. Appareil selon les revendications 1 et 10, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis basculant (10) portant le rouleau presseur (7) est placé au-dessous des ouvertures de montage (3) du bâti et les guides (35) recevant la poutre presseuse (34) sont placés au-dessus de ces ouvertures.
