Claims (10)
- Machine de bourrage de voie ferrée (1), notamment pour le bourrage par en dessous d'aiguillages et de croisements d'une voie ferrée, avec un châssis de machine (3) prenant appui sur des trains de roulement sur rails (2), un appareil de levage et de dressage de voie ferrée (9) prévu à celui-ci entre les trains de roulement (2), équipé de commandes de levage (6) et au moins une unité de bourrage (12; 56) comportant des outils de bourrage (19; 59) pouvant être rapprochés et mis en vibration par des commandes (21), les outils de bourrage étant disposés respectivement à un porte-outil (20) relié par des guidages verticaux (22; 60) de façon réglable en hauteur à un châssis d'outil (23; 55) et au moins un châssis d'outils (23; 55) réalisé de façon déplaçable relativement au châssis de machine (3) dans la direction transversale de la voie ainsi qu'avec un dispositif de levage additionnel (14; 46) présentant un outil de levage réglable en hauteur (38; 47) pour relever une file de rails (35; 50) se trouvant latéralement à côté de la machine (1) d'un aiguillage, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de levage additionnel (14; 46) est fixé par une commande de levage (13; 51) de façon réglable en hauteur au châssis d'outil (23; 55) de l'unité de bourrage (12; 56) déplaçable transversalement.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de levage additionnel (14) présentant des outils de levage (38) ajustables par une commande (62) est logé de façon réglable en hauteur au châssis d'outil (23) dans un guidage s'étendant parallèlement au guidage vertical (22) du porte-outil (20) et est relié à la commande de levage (13) fixée au châssis d'outils (23).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est associé au dispositif de levage additionnel (14) un galet à boudin double (40) réglable en hauteur par la commande de levage (13) pour s'appliquer sur la file de rails à relever (35).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une commande de déplacement (41) réalisée sous forme de poinçon d'appui (15) est reliée par une plaque d'appui (43) prévue pour s'appliquer sur le lit de ballast (25), ajustable parallèlement au guidage vertical (22), au châssis d'outil (23) de l'unité de bourrage (12).
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le poinçon d'appui (15), relativement à la direction transversale de la machine, est disposé latéralement à côté de l'un des deux outils de bourrage (19) au côté longitudinal éloigné de la machine (1) de l'unité de bourrage (12).
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la commande de déplacement hydraulique (41) du poinçon d'appui (15) peut être sollicitée par une soupape de réglage de la pression (44) par une pression réglable sélectivement.
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commande (45) pour solliciter automatiquement la commande de déplacement (41) en liaison avec le mouvement d'abaissement des outils de bourrage (19) et, respectivement du support d'outils (23).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la commande de levage (13) du dispositif de levage additionnel (14) est réalisée pour la sollicitation synchronisée avec les commandes de levage (6) de l'appareil de levage et de dressage (9).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la commande de levage (51) prévue pour le réglage en hauteur des outils de levage (47) du dispositif de levage additionnel (46) et reliée à celui-ci est fixée sur un châssis d'appui (52) réalisé pour le pontage de la file de rails à soulever et prévu pour l'appui sur le lit de ballast, qui est logé au châssis d'outil (55) de façon réglable en hauteur par une commande de réglage en hauteur (54).
- Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de levage additionnel (46) est logé au châssis d'outil (55) de l'unité de bourrage (56) de façon pivotante autour d'un axe (61) s'étendant dans la direction de rapprochement des outils de bourrage (59) perpendiculairement au guidage vertical (60).
