Das Hebelsystem 50 umfasst ein erstes Kniehebelpaar 51,52, welches mit einem ersten Bolzen 48 an der an der Strebe 46 befestigten Lasche 47 gelagert ist. An dem ersten Kniehebelpaar 51,52 ist an einem zweiten Bolzen 49 ein zweites Kniehebelpaar 53,54 angeordnet. Das zweite Kniehebelpaar 53,54 ist über einen dritten Bolzen 56 an einer Lasche 57 eines am vorderen Ende der Strebe 46 angeordneten Gleitstückes 60 gelagert. Das Gleitstück 60 ist, wie in Fig.1 dargestellt, in einem Langloch 63 der Strebe 46 angeordnet und in der mit dem Doppelpfeil Y,Y' bezeichneten Längsrichtung in der Strebe 46 verschiebbar geführt. Das Gleitstück 60 ist mit zwei entsprechend ausgebildeten und durch nicht dargestellte Schraubverbindungen zusammengehaltenen Führungsstücken 61,62 an der Strebe 46 gehalten.
An den äusseren Enden der Achskörper 145',145'' ist jeweils die Strebe 146 und 146' angeordnet und befestigt. Die Haltevorrichtung 110 mit den beiden Achsköpern 145' und 145'' und den beiden Streben 146 und 146' sind in nicht näher dargestellter Weise drehfest miteinander verbunden und bilden zusammen eine Baueinheit.
Claims (18)
- Traggestell für einen Stuhl, insbesondere für einen in seiner Höhe und Neigung verstellbaren Bürostuhl,
umfassendeine Standsäule (5; 105),eine daran angeordnete Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung (80; 180),einen Sitzträger (1;101) und einen Rückenlehnenträger (2; 102), wobei der Sitzträger sowie der Rückenlehnenträger mittels an einem Achskörper (45; 145) angeordneten knieseitigen und rückenlehnenseitigen Streben an der Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung (80; 180) gelagert und gegen die Rückstellkraft mindestens eines ersten Federelementes (40, 40') um eine horizontale Achse (X) der Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung rückwärts schwenkbar sind, wobei Bewegungen des Sitzträgers (1;101) und des Rückenlehnenträgers (2; 102) auf ein zweites Federelement (64; 164) übertragbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassam oberen Ende der Standsäule (5, 105) eine vom Achskörper (45; 145) durchdrungene Haltevorrichtung (10; 110) angeordnet ist,das mindestens eine Federelement als zwei zu beiden Seiten in Längsrichtung der Achse (X) orientierte, zwischen den seitlichen Streben (46, 46'; 146, 146') und der Haltevorrichtung (10; 110) angeordnete und auf dem Achskörper (45; 145) gelagerte Schraubenfedern (40, 40'; 140, 140') ausgebildet ist, welche Zum Einstellen der Federrückstellkraft jeweils mit dem einen Federendstück (42, 42'; 142, 142') an einem an der Haltevorrichtung (10; 110) gelagerten Spannelement (20; 120) und mit dem jeweils anderen Ende (41, 41'; 141, 141') an einem mit dem Rückenlehnenträger (2, 102) wirkverbundenen Lagerelement (35, 35'; 130, 130') gehalten sind,das zweite Federelement im wesentlichen quer zum Achskörper (45; 145) angeordnet ist, wobeidas zweite Federelement in beliebiger Stellung feststell- und wieder lösbar ist. - Traggestell für einen Stuhl, insbesondere für einen in seiner Höhe und Neigung verstellbaren Bürostuhl,
umfassendeine Standsäule (5; 105),eine daran angeordnete Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung (80; 180),einen Sitzträger (1;101) und einen Rückenlehnenträger (2; 102), wobei der Sitzträger sowie der Rückenlehnenträger mittels an einem Achskörper (45; 145) angeordneten knieseitigen und rückenlehnenseitigen Streben an der Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung (80; 180) gelagert und gegen die Rückstellkraft mindestens eines ersten Federelementes (40, 40') um eine horizontale Achse (X) der Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung rückwärts schwenkbar sind, wobei Bewegungen des Sitzträgers (1;101) und des Rückenlehnenträgers (2; 102) auf ein zweites Federelement (64; 164) übertragbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dassam oberen Ende der Standsäule (5, 105) eine vom Achskörper (45; 145) durchdrungene Haltevorrichtung (10; 110) angeordnet ist,das mindestens eine Federelement als zwei zu beiden Seiten in Längsrichtung der Achse (X) orientierte, zwischen den seitlichen Streben (46, 46'; 146, 146') und der Haltevorrichtung (10; 110) angeordnete und auf dem Achskörper (45; 145) gelagerte Schraubenfedern (40, 40'; 140, 140') ausgebildet ist, welche zum Einstellen der Federrückstellkraft jeweils mit dem einen Federendstück (42, 42'; 142, 142') an einem an der Haltevorrichtung (10; 110) gelagerten Spannelement (20; 120) und mit dem jeweils anderen Ende (41, 41'; 141, 141') an einem mit dem Rückenlehnenträger (2, 102) wirkverbundenen Lagerelement (35, 35'; 130, 130') gehalten sind,das zweite Federelement in beliebiger Stellung feststell- und wieder lösbar ist, und dasseine knieseitig angeordnete Gleitverbindung des Sitzträgers mit der Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung vorhanden ist, bei der zur Ausführung einer eine translatorische Komponente aufweisenden Relativbewegung zwischen dem Sitzträger und der Trag- und Schwenkvorrichtung mindestens ein Gleitstück in mindestens einer langlochartigen Ausnehmung verschiebbar ist. - Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückenlehnenträger relativ gegenüber dem Sitzträger bewegbar ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Sitzträger über eine Gelenkstelle (3, 3') an dem Rückenlehnenträger abstützt.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Achskörper (45;145) in zwei Teilstücke unterteilt ist, wobei die Achskörper-Teilstücke (45',45'';145',145'') einerseits mit den knieseitig am Sitzträger (1;101) angelenkten Streben (46,46';146,146') wirkverbunden und andererseits mit der Haltevorrichtung (10;110) formschlüssig gegen Verdrehung gesichert sind.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit einem Endstück (42,42';142,142') wirkverbundene Spannelement (20;120) mittels zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneter Seitenteile (21,21';121,121') um einen parallel zum Achskörper (45) an der Haltevorrichtung (10) angeordneten Bolzen (15) oder etwa um die Achse (X) des Achskörpers (145) schwenkbar und durch eine mit einem Griffstück (25;125) versehene Gewindespindel (24;124) relativ zu der Haltevorrichtung (10;110) einstellbar ist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite, als Gasdruckfeder ausgebildete Federelement (64) zwischen den beiden Streben (46,46') angeordnet ist und über zugeordnete Hebelsysteme (50,50') sowie daran angeordnete Gleitstücke (60,60') derart mit den Streben (46,46') in Wirkverbindung steht, dass bei geöffnetem Ventil das Federelement (64) bei der Verstellbewegung des Rückenlehnen- und Sitzträgers (1,2) relativ und parallel zum Achskörper (45) verstellbar ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite, als Gasdruckfeder ausgebildete Federelement (164) in an sich bekannten Weise quer zum Achskörper (145) angeordnet und mit dem einen Ende in der Haltevorrichtung (110) und mit dem anderen, knieseiten Ende am Sitzträger (101) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Achskörper (45;145) im Profilquerschnitt als mehrkantiger, Hohlprofilkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Traggestell nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achskörper-Teilstücke (45',45'';145',145'') als Sechskant-Hohlprofilkörper ausgebildet und durch ein Sechskant-Kupplungsstück (144) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schraubenfedern (40,40';140,140') mindestens mit den Endbereichen auf Kunststoffbuchsen (43,44,43',44';150,155, 150',155') gelagert sind, wobei die Kunststoffbuchsen zum Aufschieben auf die Achskörper (45;145) mit den Ausnehmungen dem äusseren Profil der Achskörper (45;145) angepasst sind.
- Traggestell nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannelement (120) mit den beiden jeweils mit einer bogenförmigen Ausnehmung (122,122') versehenen Seitenteilen (121,121') in einer umlaufenden Nut (153,153') der mit einem Flansch (154,154') versehenen Kunststoffbuchse (155,155') schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (10;110) von einer Ausnehmung durchdrungen ist, welche zur Erreichung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung in Abhängigkeit vom Profilquerschnitt des Achskörpers (45;145) oder der Achskörper-Teilstücke (45', 45'';145',145'') ausgebildet ist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus einem Gehäuse (111) und einen Gehäusedeckel (115) zweiteilig ausgebildete Haltevorrichtung (110) von einer im Profilquerschnitt sechskantig ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (112,112') durchdrungen ist, welche derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass zwei miteinander korrespondierende Kanten des Sechskants die Trennfläche des Gehäuses und Gehäusedeckels (111,115) bilden.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Achskörper-Teilstücken (145,145') zugeordneten Enden der beiden Streben (146,146') als Mehrkant ausgebildet und formschlüssig mit den Achskörper-Teilstücken (145,145') verbunden sind.
- Traggestell nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Haltevorrichtung (110) sowie in den Streben (146,146') formschlüssig gehaltenen und als Sechskant ausgebildeten Achskörper-Teilstücke (145,145') in Verlängerung der miteinander korrespondierenden Kanten (K,K') die rückwärts geneigte Stellung der Rückenlehnenträger (102, 102') bilden.
- Traggestell nach Ansprüchen 1 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Rückenlehnenträger (102,102') an den Lagerelementen (130, 130') befestigt sind, wobei die Lagerelemente (130,130') jeweils mit einer dem Profilquerschnitt des Rückenlehnenträgers entsprechenden Ausnehmung versehen sind.
- Traggestell nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 9 oder 2 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Standsäule (5,105) und/oder in Sitzrichtung oder quer dazu angeordnete Gasdruckfeder (64; 164) zum Lösen oder Feststellen über Bowden-Zugglieder mit einer Betätigungsvorrichtung wirkverbunden sind, und dass die Bowden-Zugglieder durch den als Hohlprofilkörper ausgebildeten Achskörper (45;145) bzw. durch den einen oder durch beide Achskörper-Teilstücke hindurchgeführt sind.
