Abstract

본 발명은 그 높이 및 기울기가 조절될 수 있는 의자, 특히 사무용 의자를 위한 하중-지지 프레임에 관한 것으로 시트캐리어 (1), 백레스트캐리어 (2), 하중-지지 및 선회장치 (80)와 지주(5)로 이루어진다.
무릎측 및 백레스트측에 배치되고 방추체에 지지된 스트럿(46,32)에 의하여 시트 캐리어 및 백레스트캐리어(1,2)는, 적어도 제1스트링요소(40,40')의 복원력에 대하여 시트방향에 가로질러 배열된 수평축(X)에 대하여 선회될 수 있고 어느 위치에서도 제2 스프링요소에 의하여 고정되고 다시 해방될 수 있도록 방추체에 설치된다.
지주(5) 위에는 방추체가 수평방향으로 통과하고 제1스프링요소(40, 40')의 복원력을 조절할 수 있는 브레이싱 요소(20)가 볼트(15)에 대하여 선회될 수 있도록 설치되는 멈춤장치 (10)가 배치되어 있다.

제1도는 높이를 조절할 수 있는 지주(standing column)상에 배치된 사무용 의자를 위한 하중-지지 프레임(load-bearing frame)의 제1예시 구체예의 측면도이고,
제2도는 제1도에 따른 하중-지지 프레임의 평면도이고,
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 Ⅲ-Ⅲ 선에 따른 제1도의 하중-지지 프레임의 단면도이고,
제4도는 제3도에 도시된 Ⅳ-Ⅳ 선에 따른 제1도의 하중-지지 프레임 일부분의 부분 단면도이고,
제5도는 지주에 고착된 제1도에 따른 하중-지지 프레임용 멈춤장치와 그위에 배치된 브레이싱요소를 나타내는 도면이고,
제6도는 브레이싱요소가 그위에 배치되어 있는 멈춤장치의 평면도이고,
제7도는 제5도에 따른 멈춤장치의 단면도이고,
제8도는 제6도에 따른 멈춤장치에 대한 브레이싱요소의 단면도이고,

Claims (15)

  1. 지주(5,105). 지주위에 배치된 하중-지지 및 선회장치 (80,100), 시트캐리어 (1,101) 및 백레스트캐리어(2,102)로 이루어지며. 상기 시트캐리어 및 백레스트캐리어가 방추체 (45. 145)의 백레스트측과 무릎측에 배치된 스트럿에 의하여 하중-지지 및 선회장치 (80, 180)에 설치되며, 적어도 제 1 스프링요소의 복원 력에 대하여 하중-지지 및 선회장치의 수평축(X)에 대해 후방으로 상기 캐리어를 선회할 수 있으며 축(X)에 평행 또는 교차하여 배치된 제2스프링요소(64,164)에 의하여 어느 위치에 상기 캐리어들을 고정시키고 다시 해방시킬 수 있는 그 높이 및 기울기가 조절될 수 있는 의자, 특히 사무용 의자를 위한 하중-지지 프레임에 있어서, 지주(5,105)의 상부선단에 배치되며 방추체(45,145)가 그를 거쳐 통과하는 멈춤장치 (10. 110)와. 양측에 축(X)의 길이 방향으로 배열되며 측면스트럿(46,46';146, 146')과 멈춤장치(10, 110)사이에 배치되며, 방추체(45, 145) 위에 설치되며 스프링 복원력을 조절하기 위하여 한 스프링선단편 (42,42';142, 142')에 의해 멈춤장치(10,110)상에 설치된 브레이싱요소(20,120)에 유지되며 타선단 (41,41';141,141')에 의해 백레스트캐리어(2;102)에 조작가능하게 연결되는 베어링요소(35,35';130,130')에 유지되는 두 나선상 스프링(40,40';140,140')을 특징으로 하는 의자, 특히 사무용의자를 위한 하중-지지 프레임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방추체(45, 145)가 두부분으로 세분되며, 두부분의 방추체편(45',45";145',145")이 한편으로는 시트캐리어(1,101)의 무릎측에 접합된 스트럿 (46. 46';146, 146')에 조작가능하게 연결되며 다른 한편으로는 회전시 완전히 맞물려 결합되도록 멍춤장치(10, 110)에 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 선단편 (42,42';142. 142')에 조작가능하게 연결된 브레이싱요소(20. 120)는 두개 간격을 두고 떨어져 있는 측부품(21,21';121,121')에 의하여 멈춤장치에 배치되며 방추체(45)에 평행하는 볼트(15) 또는 예컨대 방추체 (145)의 축(X)에 대하여 선회될수 있으며 파지편(25,125)이 구비된 나사식 스핀들(24, 124)에 의하여 멈춤장치(10,110)에 관하여 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  4. 제1항에 있어 서, 공압스프링으로서 설계된 제2 스프링 요소(64)가 그 자체 공지된 방식으로 두 스트럿 (46, 46') 사이에 방추체 (45)와 평행하면서 일정거리에 배치되며 그위에 배치된 미끄럼편(60, 60')과 연관된 레버시스템(50,50')을 거쳐서 스트럿(46,46')에 조작가능하게 연결되어서 밸브가 열릴때 스프링요소(64)가 백레스트캐리어 및 시트캐리어(1,2)의 조절운동동안에 방추체(45)에 관하여 평행하게 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 공압스프링으로서 설계된 제2스프링요소(164)가 그 자체 공지된 방식으로 방추체(145)에 가로질러 배치되며 한선단에 의해 멈춤장치(110)에 선회 가능하게 설치되며 타 무릎-측 선단에 의해 시트캐리어(101)상에 선회가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 방추체(45, 145)가 종단면이 다각형 공동형상체로서 설계 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  7. 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 두부분의 방추체편 (45',45";145'145")이 6각형 공동형상체로서 설계되며 6각형 결합편(144)에 의하여 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 두 나선상 스프링(40,40';140,140')이 플라스틱부싱 (43,44,43',44';150, 155, 150', 155')에 적어도 선단부분에 의해 설치되며, 절단부를 갖춘 방추체(45, 145)로 밀어내기 위한 플라스틱부싱이 방추체(45,145)의 외부형상에 알맞도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  9. 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 브레이 싱요소 (120)가 각기 아치형 절단부 (122, 122')가 있는 두측부품(121, 121')에 의하여 플랜지(154, 154')를 갖춘 플라스틱부싱의 주위홈(153, 153')에 선회가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  10. 제1항 또는 제6항에 잇어서 절단부가 멈춤장치(10, 110)를 관통하며, 방추체 (45, 145) 또는 두부분의 방추체편(45',45";145',145")의 종단면에 따라서 설계되어서 확실한 맞물린연결을 달성하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  11. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 6각형 의 두 대응단부가 하우징(11)과 하우징 커버(115)의 분리표면을 형성하도록 절단부(112, 112')가 배치 되고 설계되며, 종단면이 6각형이 되도록 설계되는 절단부(112, 112')가 하우징 (111)및 하우징 커버(115) 두부분으로 설계되는 멈춤장치(110)를 거쳐서 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  12. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 방추체편(145, 145')에 할당된 두 스트럿(146, 146')의 선단이 다각형방식으로 설계되며 방추체편(145, 145')에 확실하게 맞물려 결합하는 방식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 멈춤장치(110) 및 스트럿(146, 146')에 완전히 맞물려 결합하는 방식으로 유지되며 6각형으로 설계된 방추체편(145, 145')은 대응단부(K, K')의 연장부에 백레스트캐리어(102, 102')의 후방으로-경사진 위치를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  14. 제1항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 후방으로- 경사진 위치에 있는 두 백레스트캐리어(102, 102')는 베어링요소(130,130')에 고정되고 베어링요소(130,130') 각각은 백레스트 캐리어의 종단면에 대응하여 설계된 절단부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
  15. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어 서, 해방 또는 고정을 위하여 시트방향으로 또는 거기에 가로질러서 배치된 공압스프링(64, 164) 및/또는 지주(5, 105)에 배치된 공압 스프링은 보우덴케이블요소를 거쳐 가동장치에 조작가능하게 연결되며, 보우덴케이블 요소가 공동형상체로서 설계된 방추체(45, 145) 또는 방추체편 하나 또는 둘을 거쳐서 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중-지지 프레임.
