Definitions
- the invention relates to a vehicle for picking up and transporting of waste with one on the vehicle behind arranged in the driver's cab, on his Cab end has a fill opening, and with a pair of swivel arms that with a pick-up and tilting device to accommodate at least one in front of the front of the vehicle's standing waste container is and the waste container picked up via the cab moved away and in the area of the filling opening of the Collection container emptied behind the cab, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Vehicles of this type so-called overhead loaders, are known for example from DE-A-11 82 592 and DE-A-11 42 311.
- a variant is also from US-A-4 096 959 known, in which instead of a pair of arms only one swivel arm arranged on the side of the vehicle is provided, the one running transverse to the axis direction of the vehicle Crossbar for receiving the waste container.
- the Swivel arm pair or the single swivel arm are either articulated on the vehicle frame behind the cab and are here arched or bow-shaped (DE-AS 11 82 592, DE-AS 11 42 311) or the pair of swivel arms is in three parts trained and also behind the cab on the upper edge of the collecting container articulated (DE-AS 12 26 053).
- DE-AS 11 82 592, DE-AS 11 42 3111 the pair of swivel arms is in three parts trained and also behind the cab on the upper edge of the collecting container articulated
- US-A-3 140 788 and US-A-3 167 195 are overhead loader vehicles known in which the collecting container with the vehicle can neither be moved nor swiveled is fixedly connected. The trained as a pair of swivel arms The loading device is in the upper area stored on the collection container, so that from the loading process to keep the resulting loads away from the vehicle frame. This results in a complex construction for the collection container, which is training as a swap body does not allow.
- a refuse collection vehicle is also known from EP-A-0 235 784, that is a detachable container connected to the vehicle and a pressing device firmly connected to the vehicle for filling the collecting container, but in which the Feed the press device provided swivel arm pair in disadvantageously at the bottom of the vehicle frame behind the cab is articulated and bow-shaped.
- the invention has for its object a vehicle to train the type described above so that a clean Emptying is caused by the on the vehicle the predetermined permissible Clearance profile even when swiveling and emptying a waste collection container only slightly exceeded becomes.
- locking means for fixed Coupling of the collecting container are arranged.
- Such Locking means for example, arranged on the carrier Pins and / or hooks can be formed in corresponding recesses in the front area of the collecting container intervene, the carrier is achieved on the one hand and the collection container, on the other hand, essentially one in itself form rigid unit, so that practically none, at least no disturbing relative movements between the collection container and the one protruding into it through the filling opening tubular extension of the hopper occur can.
- the locking means are expedient with actuating means, for example in the form of hydraulic cylinders or the like.
- the docked Collecting container due to its weight part of the tipping moment in the area of the articulated attachment point on what to relieves the load on the vehicle chassis in this area.
- the carrier is designed as a box structure is, the hopper and the side walls Are part of the load-bearing structure.
- This arrangement has the advantage that a rigid Construction is created that both the load when Operation of the swivel arm pair as well as the load when Pressing is able to record.
- the hopper ends up in side walls, which are essentially across the cab extend to the front area.
- a guide for at the upper edge of the two side walls a sliding cover is provided. Since the invention Design of the swivel arm pair allows this without waste container so far over the hopper swing back that its free ends below
- the arrangement provides the upper edge of the collecting container a cover the possibility in pure driving, for example, in the field of application or for recording and Settling locations for the detachable collection container, the whole Cover arrangement and so against weather influences shield. It is useful here if the back End of the guides forms a swivel cover. This creates the free space above the hopper enlarged for the emptying process and at the same time the The hopper is still partially shielded without the Free space for the emptying movement is impaired. Even during the collection operation, heavy rainfall can occur at least the area above the hopper in each case are temporarily shielded by the cover, so that an entry of rainwater into the collection container Minimum is reduced.
- the carrier by means of a three-point support is attached to the vehicle chassis, whereby, based on the vehicle's longitudinal axis, two side-by-side attachment points are firmly connected to the vehicle chassis and the third attachment point articulated at a distance from it is connected to the vehicle chassis.
- This arrangement has the Advantage that the rigid and rigid with the vehicle chassis carriers to be connected nevertheless the twist of the Vehicle chassis around the longitudinal axis is not affected. It is particularly useful here if the articulation of the third attachment point in the area of the longitudinal central axis the vehicle chassis is arranged so that this articulation point practically none when the vehicle chassis is twisted Executes transverse movements.
- the drive means can be mechanically formed, in which by means of a transmission linkage via the swivel drive of the swivel device generated pivoting movement of the pivoting device in the same direction on the lifting and tilting device with mechanical Funds can be transferred.
- the mechanical coupling takes place in such a way that the pivoting movement the pick-up and tilting device with regard to the pivoting speed parallel, with regard to the swivel direction is opposite.
- Swiveling devices in particular in the case of bow-shaped or angled swivel arm pairs is one such mechanical Coupling is relatively complex and leads to a Increase in weight, so that here preferably a hydraulic Drive means is to be provided that immediately the receiving and tilting device acts, in which the Control depending on the swivel angle of the swivel device via a correspondingly controlled supply and discharge the hydraulic fluid.
- the drive means is formed by at least one oil motor is connected to the receiving and tilting device is.
- the drive means by at least one with the pivoting device connected hydraulic cylinder is formed the preferably via a transmission linkage with the recording and tilting device is connected.
- Hydraulic cylinder are simpler and have the advantage that they run in parallel on the corresponding parts the swivel device, for example the swivel arms, can be attached.
- a transmission linkage must be provided here, which is an implementation of the linear piston movement allowed in a swivel movement of over 100 degrees.
- hydraulic drive means has opposite mechanical drive means the advantage that one of the geometric shape of the swivel device or Swivel arm pairs is independent because the energy supply to the Drive means take place via pipes and / or hoses can easily the contour of the swivel device can be laid in the following.
- a Swivel arm pairs are conveniently on each swivel arm an oil motor or a hydraulic cylinder arranged.
- hydraulic cylinders are expedient designed as a double-acting cylinder, so that through appropriate control of the inflow and outflow the hydraulic fluid the required synchronization, d.
- the drive means to synchronize with the pivoting movement the swivel device with a swivel movement connected to the swivel device driven pump unit is.
- This pump unit is only used for the drive of the hydraulic drive means of the receiving and Tilting device and the swivel drive itself Swivel device driven.
- the desired control the pick-up and tilting device depending on the swivel angle the swivel device is thereby easier Way to accomplish.
- an oil engine is a corresponding unit working as a pump intended.
- hydraulic cylinders in this case one or more actuable for the swivel device to arrange hydraulic piston-cylinder units on the vehicle.
- the drive means at the same time the tilt drive forms, wherein reversing means are provided by the Reaching the emptying position for the waste container from the pump unit for synchronization control to one Pressure oil supply switched and the pick-up and tilting device pivoted in the tilt position and back into the vertical position is pivoted back, and then back up Synchronous control is reset.
- the pair of swivel arms is connected to means that one Shortening of that by the pair of swivel arms and the one taken up Waste bins given overall radius at least in the area effect above the cab.
- the funds can in an embodiment according to the invention in telescopic the swivel arm pairs are made with extensions which the receiving and tilting device is connected.
- means can be obtained by one connected to the free ends of the swivel arm pair Guide arm pair are formed.
- the pair of guide arms between the free Ends of the pair of swivel arms are pivotally arranged is and during the entire swivel path through the guide means essentially against the vehicle and under one constant angle aligned with the horizontal is held.
- it can especially on vehicles with a lowered cab achieve that the swiveling process into the emptying position, but in particular also the tilting of the recorded Waste bin for emptying, a space that needs by the approved height of the collecting container on the Vehicle does not exceed or only slightly exceeds.
- Another The advantage of this arrangement is that the guide means is much easier to design by which vertical alignment of the receiving and tilting device during of the swivel path extending over the cab is effected.
- the drive means for vertical guidance of the Waste container by at least one on the receiving and Tilting device or on the swivel bearing of the swivel arm pair fixed first gear and by a Pivotal point of the receiving and tilting device or the pair of guide arms formed with this fixed second gear with a form-fitting, endless traction device, in particular a chain connected to the first gear is.
- the chain rolls when the pair of swivel arms is pivoted on the fixed gearwheel and thereby swivels the receiving and tilting device or the pair of guide arms relative to the pair of swivel arms.
- the pair of swivel arms with its swivel bearing can be pivoted about a vertical axis with a rotary bearing is connected to the carrier.
- This arrangement has the advantage that the waste container to be picked up not only from one Position in front of the cab but also from one position can be recorded next to the lane of the vehicle. This offers the possibility of collecting the waste containers to be placed in a row next to each other and with to drive the vehicle along the row and one after the other to take up and empty the individual waste containers and drop it off next to the vehicle.
- this arrangement is that such a vehicle is also able to get a second, on a trailer to carry carried container, which in particular is advantageous if larger amounts of waste in rural areas Areas or special waste in addition to normal waste must be collected.
- the Trailer with its special waste container next to it set up the vehicle so that the normal Waste in the collection container on the vehicle and the Waste containers containing special waste in the adjacent one Trailer or a second container Be emptied.
- the pivot bearing with the carrier in the longitudinal direction and / or in Transversely to the vehicle is slidably connected.
- the in addition to the possibility of pivoting the pair of swivel arms Slidability given about a vertical axis offers the advantage that changes in distance in horizontal Direction can be done with the entire system can without having to move the vehicle itself. This is both for holding the waste bin in the front area and beneficial in the side area of the vehicle as well for the use case when a waste container in a next to the Vehicle emptied on a trailer container shall be.
- the pivot bearing with the carrier in the longitudinal direction to the vehicle is connected and the pivot bearing transverse to its axis is slidably connected to the pivot bearing.
- the pivot bearing with the carrier in the longitudinal direction to the vehicle is connected and the pivot bearing transverse to its axis is slidably connected to the pivot bearing.
- the pivot bearing with the carrier in the longitudinal direction to the vehicle is connected and the pivot bearing transverse to its axis is slidably connected to the pivot bearing.
- a crossbar for support, guidance and locking of the collecting container which is arranged around a in Swivel axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is mounted, preferably the pivot axis with the Joint axis of the third attachment point of the carrier flees.
- the collection container is also in one Three-point support connected to the vehicle chassis, the two front support points through the fixed Support points of the carrier formed on the vehicle chassis during the third point of support through the Swivel bearing of the crossbar is formed. That is the crossbar supporting joint can also be done by a Ball joint are formed.
- At least one between crossbar and Effective positioning spring element provided in the vehicle chassis is. This ensures that in the unloaded state the crossbar with guide rollers and / or locking elements is provided for the collection container in relation is aligned horizontally on the vehicle chassis, so that when picking up or driving under the collecting container Bottom rails can engage precisely in the guide rollers.
- the vehicle shown in Fig. 1 for picking up and transporting of waste is with a lowered Cab 1 provided so that above the cab greater free space is available.
- a collecting container 2 is arranged releasably, via Pin or fasteners 3 is attached.
- the collection container 2 can here after loosening the closures 3 in different Be removed from the vehicle. This can either in that the collection container 2 down has extendable supports shown in more detail in FIG. 12, so that the vehicle comes with a lowering device is equipped after lowering from the elevated Can drive away the container. The recording then takes place in reverse order, as is shown in FIGS. 12 to 15 will be explained.
- hook lift through which a recorded Collect the container a short distance to the rear is moved horizontally and then by pivoting the Lift hook is pushed further back, so that Vehicle as soon as the collecting container with its rear edge touches the ground, with further pivoting of the lift hook can drive forward and the collection container can settle on the floor. Picking up an empty one Collecting container is done in the same way.
- hook lift constructions are known and need here in their Structure not to be explained in more detail.
- the one carrying the hook Arm must, however, be designed in a bow shape, so that he Grips the discharge opening of the hopper.
- Another option is to use the vehicle to provide a so-called tipping bridge, which with a Cable winch is equipped so that after releasing the lock and again moving the collection container in a horizontal direction backwards, the tipping bridge swung up and the collecting container with the help of the winch the inclined tipping bridge can be lowered, until again the rear edge of the collecting container the bottom touched and drive the vehicle forward while lowering further can until the collection container is finally on the floor lies on. The recording is done in reverse.
- a tipper bridge allows it if instead a hydraulic lifting device is provided for a cable winch is, the collecting container instead of being placed on its bottom surface this on its rear face perpendicular to set up. It is only necessary to do this at Swing up and lower the collection container at the same time to pivot the tipping bridge to the 90 ° position as soon as the Collecting container with its lower rear edge on the floor gets up. The vehicle then reverses accordingly. The recording takes place in reverse order.
- the rear end wall 4 of the collecting container 2 is more common Formed as a lockable flap, so that after Open the lock of the contents of the collection container by Tipping can be emptied.
- the collection container can also be designed so that the front end wall 5 as an emptying flap is trained and completely for emptying can be folded up.
- the press On the vehicle itself is in the space between the cab 1 and the end wall 5 of the collecting container 2 a press arranged, the hydraulic press cylinder 8 and one Press ram 9, dashed here in the press position is shown.
- the press also has a hopper 10 on, the discharge opening through a tubular Extension 11 is formed, which is dimensioned so that it through the filling opening 6 of the collecting container 2 into this protrudes. Now 9 waste with retracted ram thrown into the hopper 10, this can over the press ram 9 through the tubular extension 11 of the discharge opening of the hopper 10 in the Collection container 2 are inserted.
- the tubular extension is, as will be explained below, in Collection container encompassing the edge of the filling opening assigned channel-like protective cover 66 into which the extension 11 is introduced.
- the end wall 5 of the collecting container 2 can also above the filler opening 6 over the Width - hinged flap extending the filling opening 12 may be arranged, which is dimensioned so that when inserted Extension 11 rests on this. Now the container 2 is withdrawn, then the flap pivots 12 down and covers the upper area of the filler opening 6 and secures them against falling out of the container contents, until the door 7 is closed.
- the hopper 10 runs upwards in side walls 13, which are essentially beyond the driver's cab 1 extend into the front area.
- Fig. 1 is for Not simplifying the illustration of the front side wall shown.
- the upper edges 14 of both side walls are with a guide for a displaceable and preferably windable Cover 15 provided so that the space above the Driver's cab and the press are completely closed while driving can be. Via a displacement drive 16, for example a winding device, then this space can be opened by pulling back the cover 15.
- the end 17 of guides 14 adjacent winding device 16 is expediently designed so that it at withdrawn cover as shown in dashed lines, can be swung up.
- the vehicle described with reference to FIG. 1 is now for the Changing the collecting container 2 so designed that the collecting container 2 with extendable downwards, not closer here shown supports is provided, the vehicle itself to release the container after opening the closures 3 can be lowered by a small amount and therefore under the container can drive out.
- the vehicle has one with a hydraulic cylinder as Drive provided carriage 18 on the vehicle can be moved with a displacement of about 50 to 100 cm is stored, as Fig. 2 shows.
- the carriage 18 carries the front closure designed as a driver 3.
- the vehicle can be used to pick up an elevated Collecting container 2 in the lowered state under this drive until the front closure element on the collection container 2 is approximately over the closure 3 of the carriage 18. Then the vehicle is raised so that the shutter 3 in the Closing element engages the container 2 and the closure 3 closed. Now the carriage 18 is after moved at the front so that when the door 7 is open, the tubular Extension 11 can enter the fill opening 6. This process is in its sequence in FIGS. 12 to 15 shown.
- a functional device 19 is provided in the vehicle, for example in the form of an endless chain or a toothed belt 20, which is provided with a driver 21.
- the chain 20 is via a drive 22, for example a hydraulic motor, drivable.
- the door 7 designed as a sliding door the filling opening 6 now has a corresponding catch, in which the driver 21 can engage, so that when advancing over the carriage 18 of the driver 21 initially engages in the catch of door 7 and via the functional device 19 opened the door by moving it upwards can be.
- the carriage 18 then moves on forward until the extension 11 through the filler opening 6 is inserted and the rear container end with the associated Closure 3 can also be locked.
- the Functional device 19 with the carriage 18 a structural unit represents so that when picking up a collection container in the manner described above, the latching of the door 7 in the driver 21 already intervenes, even if the one with the sled 18 connected closure 3 is locked. The door 7 can then be opened before the collection container 2 through the sled towards the tubular extension 11 the press is moved.
- Can on the functional device also correspondingly controllable and drivable actuators for the actuating and locking means one in Collection container arranged locking plate may be arranged.
- Fig. 3 is now in connection with the above Vehicle a device 23 for picking up and emptying a waste container 24 shown and described. All explained in detail above and for explanation the function of the device 23 unnecessary elements are omitted in Fig. 3 for simplicity of illustration.
- the device 23 is supported by a pair of swivel arms 25 formed, the swivel arms parallel to each other and in one The distance from each other is approximately the width of the cab 1 corresponds.
- the pair of swivel arms 25 is with a swivel bearing 26 in the front area above the cab 1 arranged on a carrier 27.
- the pair of swivel arms 25 is provided with a swivel drive which is designed in this way is that the swivel arm over an angle of about 180 ° from the lower recording position shown in the Upper rest position 25 'shown in dashed lines pivoted can be.
- the swivel drive can, for example, by one or more hydraulic piston-cylinder units are formed, with corresponding lever arrangements the required swivel angle can be achieved. this will 4 to 6 are shown in more detail.
- Appropriately is also the design of the swivel drive in the form of a so-called hydraulic swivel motor.
- two telescopically nested, with wide helical teeth Provided shaft-piston elements hydraulically axially postponed. The axial movement is determined by a corresponding internal toothing fixed to the housing, which with the toothing of the Shaft interacts, converted into a rotary motion.
- the pair of swivel arms 25 is now connected to a guide means 28, the one Pick-up and tilting device 29 for the waste container 24 wearing.
- the guide means 28 is designed here that while extending over the cab 1 Swivel path of the waste containers 24 aligned approximately vertically remains and until the pair of swivel arms in the fully extended emptying position swiveled 25 '' has been. In this position, the waste container 24 load-bearing pick-up and tilting device via its own Tilt drive, not shown here, for example a hydraulic piston-cylinder arrangement mounted on the guide means, pivoted into the emptying position shown, so that the container contents into the hopper 10 the press 7 can occur.
- the representation of the device 23 in three different Positions of their swivel path indicate that already when shooting and over the entire swivel path Waste container 24 with its guide means between the Swivel arm pair is pivoted through, so that the necessary Free space practically over the free end 30 of the two swivel arms is limited, i.e. at no time neither by the pair of swivel arms still through the container this area is significantly exceeded.
- the representation in FIG. 3 also shows that that required by the device 23 in operation Free space through the upper edge of the collecting container 2 exceeds the specified height only slightly, so that a Clearance profile of less than 4.3 m can be maintained can.
- the guide means 28 is in the illustrated embodiment formed by a pair of guide arms 31, each Guide arm each at the free end 30 of a swivel arm 25 is articulated.
- the receiving and tilting device 29 is then with its tilt drive on the free ends of the pair of guide arms 31 mounted.
- the pair of guide arms 31 is connected to the pair of swivel arms 25 so that it during the entire swivel path essentially against that Vehicle and at a substantially constant angle remains aligned with the horizontal like this can be seen from the drawing.
- There is a drive for this provided which essentially consists of one in each Swivel plane of the pair of swivel arms 25 fixed on the swivel bearing 26
- Gear 32 and each one with one Guide arm firmly connected gear 33 is formed.
- Both Gears are connected to each other via an endless chain 34 connected so that when pivoting the pair of swivel arms 25th the chain 34 "rolls" on the fixed gear 32. Since both gears have the same diameter, hereby the gear 33 and thus the associated guide arm kept in the same orientation with respect to the vehicle like the fixed gear 32. By different Gear diameter can now provide a “translation” be the more or less strong change of the Alignment of the pair of guide arms with respect to the vehicle causes so also to the "geometry” especially for to be able to carry out the area of the emptying position 25 '.
- Fig. 3 also reveals that shown in dashed lines Rest position 25 'the device 23 overall within of the space predetermined by the side walls 13 above the cab 1 can be pivoted. So that is it is possible, as already described above with reference to FIG. 1, the device 23 for pure driving operation completely covered after closing the cover 15 is.
- Fig. 4 is the embodiment explained in Fig. 3 in the basic structure shown on a larger scale and in more detail.
- Matching components have the same reference numerals Mistake.
- 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b then show the sequence of movements of the device 23 to the emptying position for a received waste container 24.
- 6b then shows the driving position.
- Each swivel arm of the swivel arm pair 25 is in the range of A pivotable additional lever 36 is associated with the pivot bearing 26.
- Via a first swivel drive 37 in the form of a hydraulic cylinder is the additional lever 36 with the free end 30 of associated swivel arm connected.
- the additional lever 36 is also each via a second swivel drive 38, the is also designed in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, with the vehicle, preferably with the structure still Carrier 27 for the pivot bearing 26, to be explained in more detail.
- the hydraulic cylinders are only by their lines of action shown dotted. Now becomes the first rotary actuator 37 acted upon, the pair of swivel arms 25 pivots the representation shown in Fig. 5a high.
- the swivel motor eliminates the hydraulic cylinders 37, 38 with the corresponding stop elements.
- the hydraulic swivel motor is immediately axially aligned attached to the pivot bearing 26 on the carrier 27 so that its Shaft attacks directly on the swivel arm 25. Possibly. is it expedient to provide two hydraulic swivel motors that drive one arm of the pair of swivel arms 25.
- Fig. 4 is also schematically the attachment of the Carrier 27 shown on the vehicle. This takes place at the illustrated embodiment by means of a three-point support on the chassis, being immediately behind the cab 1 is a crossbar 42 is arranged, the two side-by-side attachment points firmly to the vehicle chassis connected is. By far behind the crossbar 42, the third attachment point is provided via a centrally located support 43 which is articulated with the Vehicle chassis is connected.
- This pivot point is which cannot be represented here, in the central longitudinal axis of the Vehicle chassis and can both by a single-axis joint as well as be formed by a ball joint. This is it is possible that the vehicle chassis about its longitudinal axis can twist without having to attach the crossbar 42 on the one hand and the hinge point 43 on the other Squeezes can occur.
- the carrier 27 is shown only schematically in FIG. 4.
- the carrier is Box construction, both the hopper 10 and also partial areas of the side walls 13 with as supporting elements are formed, so that here high rigidity results in a relatively low weight.
- 4 is for the sake of simplicity of illustration the front side wall removed, so that the arrangement of the parts lying between the side walls 13 are visible.
- Fig. 4 also reveals that the carrier designed in this way 27 also for fastening the press cylinder 8 and can be used to guide the ram 9.
- the carrier 27 are preferably below the extension 11 of the discharge opening of the hopper 10 at least two locking pins 44 lying side by side arranged in corresponding recesses in the to be connected Intervene in the collection container and thus the collection container 2 in connection with not shown here lock hook-shaped locking elements practically rigid, so at least in the area where the extension 11 protrudes into the collecting container 2, relative movements between the extension 11 on the one hand and the collecting container 2 are largely excluded.
- FIG. 7 shows a simplified form of the device 23. This consists only of a pair of swivel arms 25, between the free ends of the receiving and tilting device 29 is rotatably mounted.
- the arrangement is here so that a guide means, for example a Chain guide 32, 33, 34, as described with reference to FIG. 3, is arranged, which ensures that the received waste container 24, as shown in the intermediate position 25 '' ', aligned vertically during the entire swiveling process remains. Only the one shown in the lowest position Recording process and the one shown in the top position The emptying process is then carried out between the pair of swivel arms 25 and the receiving and tilting device arranged Tilt drive accomplished.
- the illustration in FIG. 7 shows that the clearance space predetermined by the collecting container 2 not significantly exceeded during the emptying process becomes.
- FIG. 8 shows a modification of the embodiment according to FIG. Fig. 7 shown.
- the pair of swivel arms 25 is telescopic guided extensions 45 provided on which the Pick-up and tilting device 29, as described above, is attached.
- Guide means are again provided here, which ensure that during the swiveling process up to vertically in the emptying position of the waste container 24 remains aligned. These are shown in more detail in FIG. 16 to be discribed.
- FIG. 1 A further embodiment is shown in FIG which the swivel arm pair 25, based on the receiving position, is angled downwards.
- the free ends of the swivel arm pair 25 are then again with a pair of guide arms 31 provided, at the free ends of the receiving and Tilting device 29 is attached.
- the swivel movement runs in such a way that first the pair of guide arms 31st is swung up into the intermediate position shown, so that the total swivel radius between the axis of rotation of the Pick-up and tilting device 29 on the one hand and the pivot bearing 26 on the other hand is shortened accordingly.
- FIG. 10 a schematically shows a top view of the front area of the vehicle described with reference to FIG. 3.

- the hopper 10 and the collecting container 2 are indicated schematically.
- the swivel bearing 26 of the swivel arm pair 25 is included the carrier 27 connected via a pivot bearing 35, which in turn slidable in the vehicle longitudinal direction with the carrier 27 is connected.
- FIG. 10 a) the position of the swivel arm pair 25 with its pivot bearing 26 with respect to the vehicle shows how they also with a rigid design according to FIG. 3 is given
- Fig. 10 b) schematically shows the above Possibility of the pivot bearing connected to the pivot bearing 35 26 to move forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
- the connection is here to simplify the illustration of the pivot bearing 26 with the pivot bearing 35 not shown.
- This makes it possible for the pivot bearing 26 to be as deep as possible to arrange in the front area above cab 1, since now by the specified move option the entire arrangement on the right (Fig. 10 c)) or left side of the vehicle (Fig. 10 d)) can be pivoted.
- This also gives you the option of being on the side of the road to hold standing waste containers.
- the arrangement swung back into the front area, into the original, Move back to the basic position shown in Fig. 10 a) and then the litter bin over the cab emptied into the hopper.
- FIG. 10 From the illustration and description of FIG. 10 can be further derive a further modification. Now becomes the pivot bearing 35 by a corresponding configuration of the carrier 27 not only in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle but also across Vehicle longitudinal direction slidably connected to the carrier 27, then it is readily apparent that one of the Fig. 10 b) corresponding advanced positioning of the pivot bearing 26 with the pair of swivel arms 25 also for one of the two side Positions corresponding to Fig. 10 c) or Fig. 10 d) is achievable.
- FIG. 11 is a view against the rear of the vehicle Support of the collecting container 2 in the area of the rear End of the vehicle chassis 46 shown.
