Claims (6)
- Dispositif de dépôt de livres, corps d'ouvrages, revues, piles de feuilles ou produits similaires, qui sont acheminés à grande vitesse sous forme d'un flux de produits par un transporteur vers un endroit de réception en venant au contact d'une butée, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur est un transporteur inférieur (2) qui fait avancer librement les produits (1) dans le sens du transport et en ce que des moyens de transport (6, 7; 10 à 13) entraînés en rotation prennent les produits l'un après l'autre du transporteur inférieur (2) pour les acheminer vers un endroit de réception (3), la vitesse des moyens de transport étant réglable de sorte que le mouvement du produit (1) à déposer peut d'abord être accéléré pour créer un espace dans le flux de produits, puis être freiné pour déposer le produit (1) sur l'endroit de réception (3).
- Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport sont constitués d'un rouleau inférieur (6) et d'un rouleau supérieur (7) qui peuvent être entraînés ensemble alternativement à une vitesse supérieure et à une vitesse inférieure à celle du transporteur (2).
- Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la vitesse des rouleaux inférieur (6) et supérieur (7) est réglable de sorte que la longueur du trajet d'un produit (1) avancé par les rouleaux (6), (7) jusqu'à un détecteur (8') soit saisie par un capteur incrémental (9) et que le début du freinage puisse être établi à l'aide d'un ordinateur en fonction du format du produit et de la vitesse d'arrivée.
- Dispositif de dépôt selon les revendications 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que le rouleau supérieur (7) est disposé en pouvant tourner librement.
- Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport sont constitués de deux paires de rouleaux (10, 11; 12, 13) disposées l'une derrière l'autre, les rouleaux (10), (11) disposés immédiatement après le transporteur (2) pouvant être entraînés à une vitesse supérieure à celle du transporteur (2), les rouleaux (12), (13) disposés à la suite pouvant être entraînés à une vitesse inférieure à celle dudit transporteur.
- Dispositif de dépôt la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (12), (13) pouvant être entraînés à une vitesse inférieure sont disposés en arrière par rapport aux rouleaux (10), (11) pouvant être entraînés à une vitesse supérieure, les deux rouleaux supérieurs (11), (13) étant disposés sur un bras de support (14) commun, oscillant librement autour d'un point d'appui (15).
