Claims (6)
- Manette (1) destinée à commander des fenêtres, des portes ou similaires- pourvue d'une plaque de fixation, plus particulièrement d'un palier (2),- se composant d'un corps de base (3),- qui, d'une part, présente un coussinet centré (14) dans lequel la poignée (5) est placée de manière à pouvoir pivoter et fixée axialement,- et qui, d'autre part, permet une fixation, principalement sur le battant, vantail ou autre panneau de la fenêtre, de la porte ou similaire par l'intermédiaire de vis ou autres traversant celle-ci,- de même qu'elle possède un cache (4)- disposé également de maniére à pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe du col de la poignée (12) et destiné à recouvrir les vis de fixation ou similaires,- ledit cache (4) s'appuyant élastiquement sur un épaulement respectivement une surface de butée du col de la poignée (12),- et le cache (4) se composant d'un matériau souple, par exemple du plastique ou du métal,caractérisée- en ce que le cache (4) porte une douille (22) dont la hauteur axiale excède l'épaisseur du cache (4) vers le haut et vers le bas,- en ce que le coussinet (14) du corps de base (3) pour le col de la poignée (12) forme avec lesdites pièces de construction environnantes une douille (16) autour de laquelle la douille (22) du cache (4), et ainsi aussi le cache (4), est placée entre l'épaulement respectivement la surface de butée (13) du col de la poignée (12) et la surface frontale du corps de base (3) de manière à ne pas pouvoir coulisser axialement mais à pouvoir pivoter,- en ce que le cache (4), en raison d'une courbure propre donnée, plus particulièrement préformée, a un effet élastique interne propre,- en ce que le cache (4) constitue dans l'ensemble un élément axialement élastique, qui peut être pressé axialement contre le corps de base (3) par une prétension pouvant être produite par l'effet élastique à partir de l'épaulement respectivement la surface de butée (13) prévu à cet effet sur le col de la poignée (12).

en ce que le cache (4) forme une cavité dont les parois latérales, conçues comme un bord (20), reposent de façon plate avec le flanc plus long sur le corps de base (3), tandis que, sur le flanc plus court, elles présentent des éléments d'arrêt saillants (24) qui peuvent être encliquetés sur le corps de base (3) dans des logements prévus à cet effet. - Manette (1) selon la revendication 5,
