Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Ablösen von in Stapeln (R) aufeinanderliegenden Papierbögen, indem der Stapel gegen eine bogenförmige Fläche (41) gedrückt wird, um die Bögen von diesem Stapel abzulösen, wobei, während der Stapel (R) gegen die genannte bogenförmige Fläche (41) gedrückt wird, Druckkräfte auf den äusseren Bogen des Stapels, welcher sich auf der Seite befindet, die der mit der bogenförmigen Fläche (41) in Kontakt stehenden Seite entgegengesetzt ist, entlang wenigstens einer Angriffslinie ausgeübt werden, welche sich über die gesamte Länge des Stapels (R) und parallel zu den Mantellinien der bogenförmigen Fläche erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Angriffslinie senkrecht zu den Mantellinien der bogenförmigen Fläche (41) längs einer Strecke, die sich vom einen zum anderen der zu den Mantellinien der bogenförmigen Flächen parallelen Bögenränder erstreckt, und dann über jeden dieser Ränder hinaus verschoben wird, wodurch die Bögen abgelöst werden, wobei die Stärke der genannten Druckkräfte während ihrer Verschiebung ausreichend bleibt, um die Bögen gegen die bogenförmige Fläche (41) zu halten und wobei die Geschwindigkeit der genannten Verschiebung so eingestellt ist, dass die abgelösten Bögen sich nacheinander von den übrigen gebogenen Bögen abspreizen und wieder einen ebenen Stapel bilden, und dass dieser gebildete Stapel geradegerüttelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als bogenförmige Fläche eine konvexe, vorzugsweise zylindrische Fläche (41) verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei Angriffslinien der Druckkräfte gibt, welche über den vom Stapel (R) bedeckten Teil der gebogenen Fläche hinaus verschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese zwei Angriffslinien von der zentralen Zone des äusseren Bogens des Stapels aus in entgegengesetzter Richtung bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Druckkräfte den genannten Stapel (R), ausgehend von einer Platte (1), gegen eine bogenförmigen Fläche (41) drücken, welche in solcher Weise über dem Stapel angeordnet ist, dass die Verschiebung der genannten Druckmittel über die Bogenränder des Stapels hinaus zur Folge hat, dass die Bögen einer nach dem anderen unter Bildung eines Stosses auf die Platte (1) zurückfallen und dass der genannte, den Stapel bildende Stoss mittels mechanischer Rüttelmittel (15, 16, 5, 6) geradegerüttelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Luft zwischen die Ränder der Bögen geblasen wird, wenn sie von den Druckkräften entlastet werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Ausführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie- einen Rütteltisch (1), der in der Mitte eine Zone (17) aufweist, die geöffnet werden kann,- einen Verformungszylinder (41), der im Abstand über diesem Tisch angeordnet ist und dessen Mantellinien im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene dieses Tisches sind,- bewegliche Druckmittel mit wenigstens zwei drehbaren und bewegbaren Ablösewalzen (61, 62), deren Drehachse (63, 64) zu den Mantellinien des genannten Verformungszylinders (41) parallel ist, wobei diese Walzen so angeordnet sind, um in Bezug auf den Verformungszylinder von einer Anfangsstellung aus unter dem Stapel (R) in der genannten Zone (17) des Tisches (1), die geöffnet werden kann, längs zur zylindrischen Fläche parallelen Bahnen verschoben zu werden und um auch in radialer Richtung in Bezug auf den Zylinder verschoben zu werden;- Steuerungsmittel (44, 44'; 45, 45'; 56, 56') für die Steuerung der Bewegungen der genannten Ablösewalzen (61, 62);- Mittel, um Luft gegen die parallel zu den Mantellinien des genannten Zylinders liegenden Ränder der abgelösten Bögen zu blasen, und- Rüttelmittel (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Ablösewalzen (61, 62) jede mit zwei Stellgliedern (44, 44'; 45, 45') verbunden sind, welche drehbar um die Achse (43) des genannten Verformungszylinders (41) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zone (17) des Rütteltisches (1), die geöffnet werden kann, ein einziehbares Teil in Form eines Kolbens (2) angeordnet ist, welcher zwischen einer tiefliegenden Stellung, die die genannte Zone freilässt, und einer hohen Stellung beweglich ist, in welcher er gegen die untere Seite des genannten Stapels gedrückt wird.
