Claims (4)

  1. Ausbrechstation in einer Maschine zum Stanzen von plattenartigen Werkstücken mit Greiferstangen, welche in ihrer oberen Ebene arbeiten, um die plattenartigen Werkstücke in ihre Ebene (X-X) zu bringen, wobei die besagte Station ein Ausbrechbrett (10) umfasst, welches von einer ersten Steuervorrichtung (12-16) angehoben und abgesenkt wird, um ein von Greifern gehaltenes plattenartiges Werkstück (5) zu stützen, aus welchem die Abfälle von oberen festen Stiften (22) und von unteren Teleskopstiften (23) ergriffen und nach unten gebracht werden, wobei die letzteren jeweils zu einem oberen Ausbrechwerkzeug (20) und einem unteren Ausbrechwerkzeug (30) gehören, die unter der Wirkung einer zweiten (40-47) und einer dritten (50-57) Steuervorrichtung vertikal verschiebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausbrechbrett (10) nur an seinem vorderen Rand angehoben und abgesenkt wird, so dass es um seinen hinteren Rand schwenkt, wobei das angehobene Ausbrechbrett (10) in bezug auf die Ankunftsebene der plattenartigen Werkstücke schräg ist.
  2. Ausbrechstation gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anheben des vorderen Randes des Brettes (10) gemäss einer Drehung mit einem Winkel von 1 bis 6 Grad, und vorzugsweise von 2 bis 4 Grad erfolgt.
  3. Ausbrechstation gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausbrechwerkzeuge (20, 30) parallel sind zum angehobenen Ausbrechbrett (10), und dass sie entlang von schrägen Führungen (27, 37) rechtwinklig gleiten.
  4. Ausbrechstation gemäss Patentanspruch 1, in welcher das Ausbrechbrett (10) in seitlicher Verschiebung in hintere (11) und vordere (18) Trägerleisten eingefügt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuervorrichtung zum Anheben (12-16) einzig auf die vordere Leiste (11) einwirkt, welche, falls gewünscht, mit einem sozusagen horizontalen und um sein hinteres Ende schwenkenden Führungsarm (17) verbunden ist.
