Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten von Schachtelzuschnitten in einer dieselben verarbeitenden Maschine mit einer Längsführungsschiene (14) an einem festen Teil des Maschinengestells (10,12), einer unteren an einer unteren Rollenstrecke (30) angebrachten Transportvorrichtung und einer entsprechenden oberen Transportvorrichtung, die durch regulierbare Mittel (44, 47) an einer oberen Rollenstrecke (43) in fester Verbindung mit einem Ausleger (50) befestigt ist, wobei das Ausgangsende der unteren Rollenstrecke (30) drehbar (16) in einer horizontalen Ebene an einem festen Teil des Maschinengestells (10) in der Nähe der Führungsschiene befestigt ist, wobei das Eingangsende der unteren Rollenstrecke von der Führungsschiene mit Hilfe von mechanischen oder elektromechanischen Mitteln (55, 56) um einen vorbestimmten Wert abgesetzt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Rollenstrecke der oberen Transportvorrichtung durch den Ausleger unmittelbar mit der unteren Rollenstrecke der unteren Transportvorrichtung verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Transportvorrichtung einen durch untere Laufrollen (35) abgestützten Endlosriemen (20) umfasst, während ergänzend dazu die obere Transportvorrichtung eine Reihe oberer Laufrollen (40) am Ende von in einer Vertikalebene drehbaren Hebeln (41) umfasst, deren anderes Ende an einer Rampe (42) angebracht ist, die ihrerseits mit regulierbaren Mitteln (44, 45, 46, 47) an der oberen Rollenstrecke (43) befestigt ist, wobei die oberen Laufrollen vertikal den unteren Laufrollen entsprechen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Hebel (41) ein Längspaar Laufrollen (40) trägt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riemen (20) durch eine Treibriemenscheibe (26) bewegt und durch eine Spannriemenscheibe (24) gespannt wird, welch letztere der Einwirkung von elastischen Mitteln (25) unterworfen ist, wobei die besagten Riemenscheiben an einer benachbarten vertikalen Grundplatte (10) angebracht sind, in der Weise, dass der besagte Riemen durch Führungsriemenscheiben (21/31 28/38) zweimal um eine halbe Drehung gewendet wird, um einen Teil zuerst am Eingang und hierauf am Ausgang der unteren drehbar beweglichen Rollenstrecke (30) vertikal hochzustellen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorgenannten Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck der oberen Laufrollen (40) auf den Zuschnitt einerseits mittels vertikaler um eine horizontale Hebeldrehachse gerollten Flachfedern (48) erfolgt, wobei einer der Arme auf die Oberseite des Hebels und der andere auf eine Innenseite der Rampe einwirkt, und andererseits mittels einer Einheit aus einer Reguliergewindestange (44), die in die Rampe (42) eingeschraubt und mittels eines Rändelknopfpaares (49) an der besagten Stange an der Rollenstrecke (43) befestigt ist.
