Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) für die Längsausrichtung von plattenartigen Werkstücken (2) in einer Einführstation einer sie verarbeitenden Maschine, gehalten durch zwei Seitenträger (9, 10), zwischen welchen eine Zugangsrampe für die besagten plattenartigen Werkstücke angeordnet ist, welche aus aus zwei Platten (5, 6) gebildet ist, die gemäss einer Linie (7) abwärts gebogen sind, wobei diese Linie (7) nicht senkrecht zur Laufrichtung (3) der besagten Werkstücke (2) verläuft, welch letztere durch mindestens zwei Transportriemen (17, 18) stromabwärts bewegt werden, die um mindestens zwei Riemenscheiben (15, 16) drehen, welche zwischen unbeweglichen Lagern (11, 12, 13, 14) am Eingang der besagten Vorrichtung (1) gehalten werden, wobei diese Vorrichtung (1) als Vorderteil eine Schutzplatte (39) hat, über welcher sich herunterklappbare Klappen (30, 31, 32) befinden, die mit einer Querwelle (24) fest verbunden sind, welche die Vorderenden der zwei Seitenträger (9, 10) verbindet und mit einer Pendelbewegung zwischen 0 und 45 Grad schwingt, wobei diese Bewegung mit der Produktionsgeschwindigkeit der Maschine synchronisiert ist, um die besagten plattenartigen Werkstücke (2) sukzessiv auszurichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Gelenkwelle (24) ausgestattet ist, die aus mehreren Segmenten (26, 27, 28) besteht, die jeweils eine der besagten Klappen (30, 31, 32) tragen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (24) vier Kardangelenke (25) umfasst, welche die besagten Segmente (26, 27, 28) miteinander verbinden, sowie die Enden der Welle (24) mit beweglichen Lagern (21, 22) verbinden, die unabhängig voneinander in der vertikalen Ebene einstellbar sind.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittelsegment (26) horizontal durch unbewegliche Lager (13, 14) auf einer Höhe getragen wird, so dass sich die obere Kante der Klappe (30) sozusagen auf derselben Höhe befindet wie die Transportriemen (17, 18) wenn die Klappe (30) in einer vertikalen sogenannten geschlossenen Position ist, und unterhalb dieser Höhe wenn sie sich in der schrägen sogenannten geöffneten Position befindet.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beweglichen Lager (21, 22) in Nuten (20) vertikal gleiten, welche an den Enden der Seitenträger (9, 10) angeordnet sind, so dass die Enden der Welle (24) in einem Bereich bewegt werden können, der sich von einem Niveau oberhalb des Mittelsegments (26) bis zu einem Niveau unterhalb dieses Segments erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der beweglichen Lager (21, 22) entweder manuell nach Lösen einer Schraube mit Griff (23), welcher jedes Lager gegen die entsprechende Nute (20) klemmt, oder automatisch durch irgendeinen Aktuator erfolgt, welcher entsprechend dem Ausmass der Krümmung der plattenartigen, in die sie verarbeitende Maschine eingeführten Werkstücke (2) gesteuert werden kann.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (30, 31, 32) starr auf der Gelenkwelle (24) und symmetrisch zur Längsachse der Maschine befestigt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich alle Klappen (30, 31, 32) in der gleichen vertikalen Ebene befinden wenn sie in die sogenannte geschlossene Position angehoben werden.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenklappen (31, 32) identisch und trapezförmig sind, so dass durch Einstellung der Höhe ihrer Aussenenden mit Hilfe der vertikalen Verschiebung der entsprechenden Lager (21, 22) die obere Kante dieser Klappen mit derjenigen der Mittelklappe (30) ausgerichtet werden kann, indem so eine horizontale geradlinige Linie gebildet wird, und dass sich in dieser Konfiguration die Aussenkardangelenke (25) der Seitenklappen (31, 32) auf einem höheren Niveau befinden als das Mittelsegment (26).
  9. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trapezform der Seitenklappen (31, 32) ebenfalls so ausgebildet ist, dass wenn die Höhe ihres Aussendendes auf dem tiefsten Niveau ist, ihre untere Kante parallel zum angrenzenden Rand der Schutzplatte (39) ist.
