Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour ouvrir et enfiler des sacs sur un manchon de remplissage, en particulier des sacs à plis latéraux, qui ont été amenés séparément à une table de redressement (11) avec l'ouverture du sac situé vers l'avant, le dispositif' comprenant :
    au moins des premiers organes d'aspiration (15) montés sur la table de redressement, qui sont déplaçables dans la région de l'ouverture du sac contre la paroi du sac située au-dessous,
    au moins des seconds organes d'aspiration (17) montés sur la table de redressement, qui sont déplaçables contre la paroi du sac située au-dessous,
    et les deux organes d'aspiration (15, 17) peuvent être éloignés les uns des autres en étant alimentés par une dépression,
    et comprenant une paire de pales d'écartement (4) susceptibles d'être introduites dans l'ouverture du sac au voisinage des plis latéraux, lesdites pales étant fixées à des premiers organes de basculement (7) et étant capables de basculer autour d'un axe de basculement X₁ horizontal situé au-dessus de la table de redressement (11),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une paire d'éléments de saisie de sac (10) avec des paires de griffes (40) capables de basculer autour d'axes de rotation X₃, X₄ parallèles au plan de la table de redressement, et grâce à ceci susceptibles d'être ouvertes et fermées, et lesdites griffes étant agencées de telle façon qu'elles saisissent respectivement les deux plis latéraux dans la région de l'ouverture du sac,
    en ce qu'il est prévu des organes de basculement (37) pour les éléments de saisie de sac (10), qui sont susceptibles de basculer autour du même axe horizontal X₁, situé au-dessus de la table de redressement (11), que les premiers organes de basculement pour les pales d'écartement, et en ce que les pales d'écartement (4) sont agencées de façon à pouvoir basculer autour d'un autre axe de basculement horizontal X₂, parallèle à l'axe de basculement X₁ mentionné en premier lieu, sur des bras de basculement plus courts et sur un rayon plus faible vis-à-vis des premiers organes de basculement (7) susceptibles de basculer de leur côté.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les organes de basculement (7, 37) pour les pales d'écartement (4) et pour les éléments de saisie de sac (10) sont reliés les uns aux autres et sont reliés à des moyens d'entraînement communs (8, 9).
  3. Appareil selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les pales d'écartement (4) sont coudées d'environ 90° par rapport aux bras de basculement courts (5), lesquels sont de leur côté à nouveau coudés dans le même sens d'environ 30 à 50°.
  4. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les organes de basculement (3, 37) pour les pales d'écartement (4) et les éléments de saisie de sac (10) sont agencés fixement sur une barre rotative commune (31).
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la table de redressement (11) comporte une barrette de butée finale (12), qui est située dans le trajet de basculement des pales d'écartement (4) et qui peut être pivotée ou déplacée vers le bas hors de ce trajet.
  6. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la table de redressement (11) comporte des arêtes de butée latérales réglables.
