Claims (13)
- Machine de remplissage destinée à remplir des sacs à plis latéraux (1) ouverts et aptes au soudage, qui sont pourvus dans les zones d'angle de cordons de soudure d'angle (3, 4), avec une tubulure de remplissage et de préférence un dispositif de soudage monté en aval de la tubulure de remplissage pour l'application de cordons de soudure (2), la machine de remplissage étant équipée de mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) disposées par paires, saisissant les sacs à plis latéraux (1) dans les zones de plis latéraux, lesquelles sont disposées en particulier sur des tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) de telle manière qu'elles puissent se déplacer le long de voies en forme d'arc de sorte que les zones (B1, B2) des mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6), dans lesquelles les mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) saisissent le sac (1), soient pivotées vers l'extérieur sur les voies en forme d'arc et simultanément vers le haut, les axes de pivotement de ces voies se trouvant verticalement au-dessus des voies en forme d'arc, caractérisée en ce quea. les mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) sont inclinées dans une position de mise en marche contre la verticale,b. les extrémités tournées l'une vers l'autre des mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement dans la position fermée sont plus basses que les extrémités disposées sur les logements de mâchoires (14) etc. les mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) sont horizontales dans la position éloignée l'une de l'autre.

- Machine de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) sont montées de chaque côté entre deux tiges de guidages.
- Machine de remplissage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) peuvent être actionnées de chaque côté à l'aide d'un entraînement (13) individuel respectif et en ce que les entraînements (13) des deux côtés sont synchronisés.
- Machine de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque tige de guidage est réalisée comme une chaîne à plusieurs articulations, et en ce que les extrémités éloignées des mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) des leviers de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) de la chaîne à plusieurs articulations peuvent être pivotées autour d'axes fixes.
- Machine de remplissage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités tournées vers les mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6) des leviers de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) de la chaîne à plusieurs articulations sont articulées à un logement de mâchoire (14).
- Machine de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que des boulons (7, 8), sur lesquels sont logées les mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement (5, 6), sont insérés dans le logement de mâchoire (14) formant la bielle de la chaîne à plusieurs articulations.
- Machine de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que chaque chaîne à plusieurs articulations est réalisée comme une chaîne à plusieurs articulations de type parallélogramme et en ce que les leviers de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) sont inclinés les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Machine de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les distances entre les points d'articulation côté bielle des leviers de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) sont supérieures aux distances entre les axes fixes.
- Machine de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les distances entre les points d'articulation des leviers de guidage (9, 10, 11, 12) formant la chaîne à plusieurs articulations peuvent être réglées sur le côté tourné et/ou éloigné du logement de mâchoire (14).
- Machine de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce que les distances entre les points d'articulation (16, 17) mobiles ou fixes en fonctionnement peuvent être ajustées afin de régler l'inclinaison des leviers de guidage les uns par rapport aux autres pour l'adaptation de la voie en forme d'arc des mâchoires d'écartement et d'alignement à la forme conique du sac sur la tubulure de remplissage.
- Procédé d'écartement d'un sac à plis latéraux avec une machine de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les angles de sac (S1 et S2) saisis sont tirés vers le haut et loin l'un de l'autre sur la voie en forme d'arc, les axes de pivotement de ces voies se trouvant verticalement au-dessous des voies en forme d'arc.
