Claims (16)

  1. Banne à bras articulé, comportant des consoles pour la fixation de la banne ainsi que des fixations (2), pouvant être fixées aux consoles pour recevoir un arbre de banne, les fixations (2) montées sur les consoles (1) pouvant être accrochées à des moyens de fixation (4, 5), par le fait que les consoles présentent sur leurs extrémités inférieures une saillie (10) en crochet, orientée vers le haut, dans laquelle une bande (11) faisant saillie depuis les extrémités inférieures arrières des fixations (2) peut être accrochée, caractérisé en ce que les consoles (1) présentent à leurs extrémités supérieures un boulon fileté, monté à rotation et à pivotement, avec une partie de réglage (8; 31) pouvant être vissée dessus, qui peut être accrochée dans un évidement (9; 33) correspondant disposé à l'extrémité supérieure des fixations (2) et en ce que les fixations constituent un espace intérieur à peu près en forme d'arc de cercle, dans lequel par exemple une cassette comportant l'arbre de banne avec la banne peut être introduite.
  2. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu un écrou, pouvant être vissé, à titre de pièce de réglage, sur le boulon fileté (7) et présentant à son extrémité arrière une collerette (12) s'engageant dans une gorge (13) correspondante de l'évidement (9).
  3. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un point de tourillonnement (7a; 20) pour le boulon fileté (7) monté articulé peut être coulissé dans les consoles, en direction latérale, et fixé à sa position et soumis à un serrage, à l'intérieur d'une chambre, ouverte vers l'avant, formée par deux rebords (24, 25) des consoles (1).
  4. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une vis de sécurité (23), pouvant être pressée contre le point de tourillonnement (20) pouvant coulisser dans la chambre à l'intérieur de la console (1), est prévue pour assurer le blocage de la position du boulon fileté (7), pour empêcher tout déplacement en direction latérale et pour assurer la sécurité de la portée de l'écrou (8) par sa collerette (12) dans l'évidement (9) et la gorge (13) des fixations (2), afin d'empêcher tout desserrement de cette liaison.
  5. Banne à bras articulé selon les revendications 1 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'extrémité supérieure de la console est prévue une vis de blocage de position (27) pouvant être vissée dans un trou taraudé et à l'aide de laquelle la fixation (2) peut être bloquée à sa position accrochée, sur une butée (26; 30) orientée vers l'arrière.
  6. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu un patin de gorge (29), pouvant être enfoncé dans le canal et présentant une patte (29a), faisant saillie vers l'avant et dotée d'un trou taraudé destiné à recevoir la vis de blocage de réglage.
  7. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la bande (11) en saillie de la fixation présente un appendice (26), orienté vers l'arrière et servant de butée pour la vis de blocage de réglage (27).
  8. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la fixation (2) présente dans sa section arrière supérieure une face arrière (30) orientée vers l'arrière, à peu près horizontale, servant de butée pour la vis de blocage de réglage (27).
  9. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu un trou taraudé, traversant les deux rebords (24, 25) de la console (2) en suivant le même axe, trou taraudé dans lequel peut être vissée la vis de blocage de réglage (27) destinée à fixer la position d'accrochage de la fixation (2) sur la console (1), par mise en butée sur la fixation, (en 26; en 30).
  10. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement réalisé sur l'extrémité supérieure de la fixation (2) est destiné à recevoir un guidage (31) cylindrique, servant de partie de réglage, présentant un trou taraudé (32) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du guidage, pour recevoir le boulon fileté (7), de sorte que le boulon fileté (7) puisse être accroché dans l'évidement de la fixation avec le guidage cylindrique vissé dessus.
  11. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement est constitué par deux joues latérales (33), présentant, au-dessus de la position du boulon fileté (7) accroché avec le guidage cylindrique (31), un perçage traversant la totalité d'au moins l'une des deux joues latérales et dans lequel peut être introduit une goupille de sécurité (34).
  12. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la cassette pouvant être, le cas échéant, insérée dans les fixations et équipée d'un arbre à banne, avec la banne, est pratiquement auto-porteuse et est composée en un matériau mince, de préférence en une tôle mince.
  13. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la cassette (6, 6a) présente en plusieurs endroits de sa surface extérieure des bandes en crochet ou en T, des moulures, des saillies (14, 15) ou analogues, permettant de s'engager dans des ouvertures, rainures ou cavités (16, 17) correspondantes, ménagées dans la paroi intérieure de la fixation.
  14. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce que les bandes, moulures ou saillies, ainsi que les ouvertures, rainures ou cavités sont configurées de façon que la cassette (6, 6a) appuie sur la paroi intérieure des fixations sous précontrainte mécanique.
  15. Banne à bras articulé selon la revendication 1 et 12, 13, caractérisée en ce que la cassette (6, 6a) est composée, dans la direction périphérique, de plusieurs parties pouvant être reliées ensemble à volonté.
  16. Banne à bras articulé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que les bras articulés (3) sont montés à peu près symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian, sensiblement horizontal, de l'espace intérieur des fixations (2), en tourillonnant sur leurs extrémités extérieures avant.
