Definitions
- the invention relates to a fitting for a pull-out cabinet, with a pull-out frame for storing at least one Loading element for a cupboard content and for storing one Bracket for a front panel of the pull-out cabinet, whereby the pull-out frame in turn on at least two at a distance telescopic pull-out rails arranged one above the other is mounted for attachment to a side wall of the Pull-out cabinets are provided, and wherein the holder for the Front paneling in this way on the front of the pull-out frame is mounted that an angle between that of the pull-out rails defined pull-out direction of the pull-out cabinet and that of the Bracket defined main extension plane of the front panel is adjustable.
- Pull-out cabinets are known in which the pull-out direction of the pull-out cabinet not at right angles to the The main extension plane of the front panel runs. Ausziehdon with such unusual angles between the pull-out direction and the front panel are only in small series manufactured. This is especially true if, for example, only the Pull-out cabinets with an angle of 45 ° can be considered. It would be interesting, therefore, a single fitting for pull-out cabinets with different angles between the pull-out direction and the front panel, for example, 35 to 60 ° to be able to use.
- a well-known fitting for a pull-out cabinet at the beginning described type has a two-part bracket for the Front panel on.
- Each part of the bracket includes one Angle element with two at a fixed angle to each other arranged legs.
- the other Leg is in a horizontal support tube open at the end of the pull-out frame can be inserted.
- the angle element With one through the carrier tube in the leg engaging screw, the angle element secured the support tube. With this screw and two more Screwing is the relative position of the other leg with the Breakpoint for the front panel to the carrier tube of the Pull-out frame adjustable to a certain extent.
- US-A-2775501 is a fitting for a pull-out cabinet known about the front panel of a drawer on the Rest of the drawer is adjustable. Specifically, one can Angle between the pull-out direction of the drawer and the front cover set around a horizontal axis become.
- the fitting has two side by side Swivel bearing with a common, perpendicular to the direction of extension extending pivot axis, in the area of each A perforated plate connected to the front panel is provided on an arc around the pivot axis has a plurality of edge-closed elongated holes. Screws with which the Perforated plate between two attached to the rest of the drawer Plates can be clamped.
- the invention has for its object a fitting to provide the type described above, for a Variety of pull-out cabinets with different angles between the extension direction and the main extension plane of the Front paneling is suitable. At the same time the fitting in as far as possible pre-assembled, small transport dimensions exhibit.
- this task is carried out with a fitting Type described above solved in that between the Pull-out frame and the bracket for the front panel at least two fixed, spaced one above the other Swivel bearing with a common, perpendicular to the direction of extension extending pivot axis are formed that in Area of each swivel bearing with the pull-out frame connected first perforated plate and in parallel with a non-rotatable the bracket for the front panel connected second Perforated plate are provided, the first perforated plate and the second perforated plate on a common circular arc around the Pivot axis each have a plurality of edge-closed Have openings so that the angle between the Extending direction of the pull-out cabinet and the main extension level the front panel by connecting the two Perforated plates with a fastener that fits into a pair overlapping openings intervening the respective Swivel bearing blocked, adjustable in discrete steps.
- the bracket is opposite the pull-out frame around the perpendicular to the pull-out direction Swivel axis swiveling.
- This pivotability covers the angle of interest between the front panel and the Pull-out direction of the pull-out frame. Allows at the same time the pivotability, the folding of the holder on the pull-out frame, to minimize the transport dimensions of the fitting to reach.
- the pivotability by the connecting the two perforated plates Connection element completely eliminated. Eliminating the pivotability of the bracket with the connecting element only requires insertion into the pair of overlapping ones Perforations.
- the connecting element it can a rivet, a self-tapping screw, one Act locking pin or the like.
- the distance of the discrete angles between the extension directions and the front panel is preferably chosen so that it can be bridged with a fine adjustment for this angle is.
- the Bracket at least two spaced one above the other Have breakpoints for the front panel, in each the angle between the pull-out direction of the pull-out cabinet and the main extension plane of the front panel can be finely adjusted is.
- the pivot bearing between the pull-out frame and the bracket for the front cladding can each through bearing holes in the two perforated plates and a bearing pin arranged in them be formed. That means every swivel bearing included the adjustment device for the angle between the pull-out frame and the front panel has only the components two perforated plates, the bearing pin and in the fully assembled Condition of the connecting element. This is the new fitting inexpensive to manufacture.
- the Openings on a circular arc with a relatively small radius be provided around the pivot axis in the perforated plates.
- the Radius is preferably 15 to 40 mm, in particular about 25 mm. A certain size of radius is required to be sufficient Space for the edge-closed openings in the To provide perforated plates. At the same time, too an extremely small radius to very large leverage on the Guide fasteners and the swivel bearings.
- the openings preferably have in the first perforated plate a fixed first arc spacing with respect to each other Swivel axis while the openings in the second Perforated plate with each other a fixed second arc distance related to the pivot axis and the first and the second sheet spacing are different sizes.
- the angle between the pull-out frame and the front panel in relatively small, discrete steps can be set. If the difference between the first and the second arc distance, the largest common divisor of the two Arc distances, it also corresponds to the distance of the discrete angle between the extension and the Bezel.
- a suitable first arc distance is about 20 ° and a suitable second arc distance about 15 °.
- At these arc distances can with three openings in the sheet spacing of 20 ° in the first perforated plate and four openings with one Arc distance of 15 ° in the second perforated plate over a wide Angular range distances of the discrete angles between the Extension direction and the front paneling of 5 ° realized become.
- the discrete angles are the distances between the individual openings in the perforated plates relatively large. This leaves a lot of material between the individual Breakthroughs back and ensures high stability of the Perforated plates safely.
- the main extension plane of the front panel is 0 °, 5 ° or 10 ° is the full range of discrete angles between the pull-out direction and the front panel around it Arc distance shifted. That means that with such a Arc distance of 5 ° for both perforated plates the total displacement of the spectrum is 10 °. That way, at fixed number of openings in both perforated plates Area where the discrete angle between the front bezel and the pull-out direction the desired small distance of, for example, 5 ° to the actually desired ones Angle between the front panel and the direction of extension be adjusted.
- the new fitting can also be used for Pull-out cabinets are used where the front paneling is perpendicular to the direction of extension, d. H. for standard pull-out cabinets. This means that a single fitting covers all applications from.
- the angle between the pull-out direction of the pull-out cabinet and the main extension plane of the front panel is in each of the two stops for the front panel preferably around at least plus / minus 2.5 ° fine adjustable to take into account the discrete distance between the two perforated plates adjustable angle of 5 ° cover the entire angular range to be able to.
- the bracket for the front panel has one connected to both swivel bearings via horizontal arms vertical support on which the two stops for the Front paneling are formed, with the at each stop horizontal distance of the front panel to the vertical Carrier is adjustable. This enables an additional Swiveling the front panel around a horizontal axis, d. H. relative to a vertically aligned plane. So that is a fundamentally improved adaptability of the front panel given a stop on the respective pull-out cabinet.
- the pull-out frame can support at least the vertical supports have a loading element, which consists of a hollow profile are trained that together with adapter plates for attachment on the bracket also to form a subframe is intended for the front panel. This will create a additional rationalization in the storage of Starting materials for the new fitting reached.
- the vertical Carrier of the pull-out frame for example the hanging openings for wire baskets as loading elements are made formed the same hollow profile that also for the formation of a Subframe for a multi-part front panel in particular is usable.
- the hollow profile can be closed on one side with closed slots for inserting the adapter plates with which the front paneling is attachable to the bracket. These slots are harmless to the pull-out frame but a defined bearing for the adapter plates if this with the hollow profile to form the subframe for the Front paneling can be put together.
- the entire new fitting can be designed as a right / left fitting be, so that it has the same function both on the one side wall as well as on the opposite side wall a pull-out cabinet can be attached. With pull-out cabinets with angled front paneling it makes sense always the lower side wall for storing the fitting use.
- the formation of the new fitting as a right / left fitting is primarily concerned with the formation of the breakpoints noticeable for the front panel on the bracket if this Breakpoints are provided for hanging the front cover from above are because then there is a way to hook both provided from above as well as "from below".
