Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour fixer et tendre un blanchet sur un cylindre (2) d'une machine à imprimer, le dispositif étant disposé dans une cavité (1) parallèle à l'axe et comportant des arbres tendeurs (3, 3') pour tendre un blanchet, à l'aide d'un dispositif de fixation (28; 29; 32) pour l'amorce de blanchet (31) et l'extrémité de blanchet (31'), caractérisé en ce qu'une crémaillère (27; 27'), pouvant être actionnée au moyen d'une vis de serrage (21; 21'), est placée en liaison fonctionnelle, par une roue intermédiaire (11, 11'), avec des dents se trouvant sur la périphérie de l'arbre tendeur (3; 3'), de manière que soit prévu un blocage de l'amorce de blanchet (31), le blocage pouvant être actionné par une roue dentée intermédiaire (11) au moyen d'un disque de came (16) et d'un poussoir (41);
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le blocage est constitué d'un bras (33) présentant, à l'une de ses extrémités, un crochet (34) orienté à angle droit par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du bras et, à son autre extrémité, une pièce de tourillonnement (36) à section transversale à peu près circulaire.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de tourillonnement (36) présente un guidage (38) fourchu, s'étendant à angle droit.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige (39) placée en liaison fonctionnelle avec le guidage fourchu (38) est disposé à angle droit par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du poussoir (41).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (41) peut être actionné, par l'intermédiaire du disque à came (16), à l'encontre de la force à un ressort de pression (42).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la roue dentée intermédiaire (11) est reliée rigidement au disque à came (16).
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la crémaillère (27; 27') présente un trou taraudé axiale, avec lequel la vis de serrage (21; 21') est en liaison fonctionnelle.
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la vis de serrage (21; 21') peut prendre appui, d'une part, contre une tôle de maintien (22; 22') et, d'autre part, contre un palier de pressage (24; 24'), avec une rondelle intermédiaire (26,; 26').
  9. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le disque de came (16) est relié à la roue dentée intermédiaire (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre (8).
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (8; 8'), la crémaillère (27; 27'), ainsi que le disque de came (16), sont disposés sur un bloc palier (7; 7') fixé, au moyen de vis (5; 5'), dans le fond d'un creusement (6; 6') ménagé dans la cavité de cylindre (1; 1').
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, pour chaque cylindre porte-blanchet (1) sont prévus au moins deux dispositifs tendeur ainsi qu'un blocage pour l'amorce de blanchet (31).
