In Richtung der in radialer Richtung verlaufenden Mittellinie 17 befindet sich in der Vertiefung 6 der Zylindergrube 1 eine Bohrung 18 mit Zusatzbohrung 19 zur Aufnahme einer Spannschraube 21. Die Spannschraube 21 stützt sich einerseits in der Nähe des Zylinderumfanges an einem Halteblech 22 ab, welches eine Bohrung 23 zum Betätigen der Spannschraube 21 aufweist und welches durch nicht dargestellte Stehbolzen in der Zylindergrube 1 befestigt ist. Die Spannschraube 21 stützt sich andererseits in der Zusatzbohrung 19 auf einem Drucklager 24 mit Zwischenscheibe 26 über einen Zapfen 25 ab. Die Spannschraube 21 ist über die Hälfte ihrer Länge mit einer Zahnstange 27 umgeben, welche ein Gewindeloch besitzt, das mit dem Gewinde der Spannschraube 21 in Wirkverbindung steht. Claims (11)

  1. Device for fixing and tensioning a blanket on a cylinder (2) of a printing machine, the device being arranged in a pit (1) which is parallel to the axis and possessing tensioning shafts (3, 3') for tensioning a rubber blanket having a fixing device (28; 29; 32) for the beginning (31) of the rubber blanket and the end (31') of the rubber blanket, characterised in that a toothed rack (27; 27') is provided which can be actuated by a tensioning screw (21; 21') and is operatively connected via an intermediate toothed wheel (11; 11') to teeth at the periphery of the tensioning shaft (3; 3'), in that an arresting device for the beginning (31) of the rubber blanket is provided which can be actuated via the intermediate toothed wheel (11) by means of a cam disc (16) and a push-rod (41).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the arresting device consists of an arm (33) which has at its one end a hook (34) arranged at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the arm and at its other end a bearing piece (36) approximately circular in cross-section.
  3. Device according to Claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the bearing piece (36) has a fork-like guide (38) running at right angles.
  4. Device according to Claim 1 to 3, characterised in that a pin (39) operatively connected to the fork-like guide (38) is arranged at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the push-rod (41).
  5. Device according to Claim 1 to 4, characterised in that the push-rod (41) can be actuated via the cam disc (16) against the force of a compression spring (42).
  6. Device according to Claim 1 to 5, characterised in that the intermediate toothed wheel (11) is fixedly connected to the cam disc (16).
  7. Device according to Claim 1 to 6, characterised in that the toothed rack (27; 27') has an axial threaded bore, to which the tensioning screw (21; 21') is operatively connected.
  8. Device according to Claim 1 to 7, characterised in that the tensioning screw (21; 21') can be supported on the one hand against a holding plate (22; 22') and on the other hand against a thrust bearing (24; 24') with washer (26; 26').
  9. Device according to Claim 1 to 8, characterised in that the cam disc (16) is connected to the intermediate toothed wheel (11) via a shaft (8).
  10. Device according to Claim 1 to 9, characterised in that the shaft (8; 8'), the toothed rack (27; 27') and also the cam disc (16) are arranged on a bearing block (7; 7') which is fixed by screws (5; 5') in the bottom of a recess (6; 6') in the cylinder pit (1; 1').
  11. Device according to Claim 1 to 10, characterised in that at least two tensioning devices and also one arresting device for the beginning (31) of the rubber blanket are provided per rubber-blanket cylinder (2).
