Claims (14)

  1. Sachet réalisé au moyen d'un matériau en feuille et comportant un fond ainsi que deux parois latérales planes réunies le long de leurs bords par une soudure linéaire, avec un bec verseur dans un coin ou une région du bord, ce bec étant agencé à l'intérieur de la soudure formant ce coin ou cette région de manière à ce que sa section permette de vider le contenu du sachet, la soudure à l'emplacement du coin ou de la région du bord étant formée de manière à entourer au moins partiellement le bec afin de maintenir l'embouchure de déversement en une position stable, le bec comportant un canal (4, 11, 21) formé par une rainure ménagée dans au moins une paroi latérale (1,2), caractérisé en ce que le bec comporte un tube (5, 13, 22) placé dans le canal pour empêcher que celui-ci ne s'affaisse et pour canaliser le déversement du contenu du sachet à travers le tube, et en ce qu'une cavité existe à proximité du bec, devant l'extrémité intérieure du canal ou du tuyau, sous forme d'un creux (12, 23) ménagé dans au moins une paroi latérale (1,2) du sachet pour amorcer le déversement du contenu du sachet à travers le tube.
  2. Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal (4, 11, 21) est formé pour moitié par une rainure dans chaque paroi latérale (1, 2), de façon à ce qu'une demi-section du canal se trouve dans chacune des parois latérales.
  3. Sachet selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal (4, 11, 21) est formé par des rainures cylindriques.
  4. Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (12, 23) est formée pour moitié par un creux ménagé dans chacune des parois latérales (1, 2), de façon à ce que chacune de celles-ci comprenne la moitié du volume de la cavité.
  5. Sachet selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tube (5, 13, 22) est fixé dans le canal (4, 11, 21).
  6. Sachet selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tube (13) est mobile dans le canal (11) et que des moyens (14) sont prévus dans le canal (11) et/ou sur le tube (13) pour éviter que le tube quitte le canal (11).
  7. Sachet selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des perforations (24,30) sont prévues à proximité de la soudure (6).
  8. Sachet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les perforations (24) sont en partie disposées du côté aval autour du canal (21) de manière à former un bec verseur (26) protubérant après l'arrachement.
  9. Sachet selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une section du tube (22) située du côté amont est fixée dans le canal, et que les perforations (30) sont disposées le long de cette section et transversalement par rapport au tube (22), de façon à ce qu'après l'arrachement ce tube (22) forme un bec verseur (26).
  10. Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (23) est en forme de lentille ou de haricot et converge vers l'embouchure du tube (figure 5).
  11. Sachet selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le canal (4) se prolonge plus avant vers l'intérieur que le tube (5).
  12. Sachet selon une des revendications 1 - 11, caractérisé en ce que le tube communique à travers la prolongation (7) du canal (4) et/ou à travers la cavité (12, 23) avec l'intérieur du sachet afin d'obtenir un passage libre pour le déversement.
  13. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un sachet selon une des revendications 1 à 12 en un matériau plastique déformable par thermoplasticité, caractérisé en ce que le canal (4, 11, respectivement 21,) est formé par extrusion dans la feuille de plastique formant la ou les parois latérales, et que le tube (6) est ensuite placé dans le canal.
