Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1), en particulier pour des injecteurs d'un moteur à combustion interne dans des conduits de carburant en matière plastique, le bloc de connexion (1) étant fabriqué d'une manière compacte en matière plastique et contenant au moins deux éléments conducteurs (3), procédé caractérisé en ce que les éléments conducteurs (3) sont d'abord pourvus de moyens auxiliaires de montage (6), qui sont enlevés avant la mise en place définitive du bloc de connexion (1) et en ce que les éléments conducteurs (3) sont noyés dans la matière plastique du boîtier (9) du bloc de connexion (1) et sont de cette façon isolés électriquement.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de connexion est pourvu de broches électriques de contact (8), qui peuvent être reliées en particulier pour assurer une liaison électrique avec les injecteurs par une tresse flexible (10) ou par des éléments rigides élastiques (11).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des injecteurs sont intégrés dans le bloc de connexion.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la liaison du bloc de connexion avec des injecteurs intégrés dans une conduite de carburant est constituée sous la forme d'une liaison à fiche.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise des câbles comme éléments conducteurs.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme éléments conducteurs des éléments gravés ou imprimés ou estampés, qui peuvent être fabriqués en particulier à partir d'un produit semi-fini.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion (1), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments conducteurs reçoivent un traitement de surface.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les injecteurs intégrés dans le bloc de connexion sont montés de façon flottante ou amortissante.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments conducteurs sont réunis de façon centrale en une fiche de connexion (5).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de connexion selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la fiche de connexion est pourvue, pour faciliter le montage à une seule main, d'un dispositif de centrage (7).
