The lugs 35 and 36 serve to slightly lift the envelope pushed over the flap so that the transport fingers do not line up with the flap.
  • the inserting device has only very few translationally moved or oscillating parts in order to keep the mass forces that occur. With the exception of the hold-down roller 21, the bag 13 and the lever system acting on it, otherwise only rotary movements occur. The hold-down roll and the bag only have small displacement or swivel angles.

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de mise sous enveloppe comprenant un conteneur (1) pour les enveloppes vides et, placé sous le conteneur, un organe d'ouverture d'enveloppes (5, 6, 7) rotatif pour ouvrir le rabat des enveloppes, et des organes de transport rotatifs (8, 9) pour transporter l'enveloppe jusqu'à un magasin d'insertion (13) et pour au moins partiellement tendre la même sur le magasin d'insertion, ainsi que des éléments de transport (34) pour insérer le contenu (38) de l'enveloppe dans le magasin d'insertion (13) et pour transporter plus loin l'enveloppe remplie, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau de compression est placé dans la région au-dessus de l'extrémité (61) du magasin d'insertion (13) dirigée vers le conteneur d'enveloppes (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de transport (8, 9) sont placés sur le côté des organes d'ouverture (5, 6, 7) et centrés sur le même axe (4) que les organes d'ouverture (5, 6, 7), mais sont entraînés séparément.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'ouverture d'enveloppes est formé d'au moins une griffe d'ouverture (5, 6, 7) placée sur une périphérie de cercle.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les rouleaux de transport (10, 11) coopérant avec les organes de transport (8, 9).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le magasin d'insertion (13) et le rouleau de compression (21) sont contrôlés par une came (23) via un levier (24, 25, 26, 27, 28).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des autres organes de transport (17, 18, 19, 20, 30) de type rouleau placés entre l'organe de transport et le magasin d'insertion.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport sont formés de doigts (34) fixés sur une courroie de transmission positive (33).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le magasin d'insertion (13) est muni de saillies (35, 36) pour l'enveloppe (3).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le magasin d'insertion (13) est placé de manière rotative.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des bandes de transport placées dans la région de l'extrémité du magasin dirigée vers la pile d'enveloppes pour transporter les enveloppes fermées hors du dispositif de mise sous enveloppe.
  11. Méthode de mise en oeuvre du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle le rabat de l'enveloppe (3) tout en bas d'une pile d'enveloppes (1) est ouvert par un organe d'ouverture d'enveloppe (5, 6, 7), conduit par des organes de transport rotatifs (8) d'un magasin d'insertion (13) et est au moins partiellement tendu sur le magasin d'insertion (13), tandis que le contenu (38) est conduit par des éléments de transport (34) dans le magasin d'insertion (13) et que l'enveloppe (3) avec le contenu (38) est soulevée et entraînée hors du magasin d'insertion (13) par des éléments de transport (34), caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau de compression (21) est prévu qui s'abaisse vers le bas avant que l'enveloppe ne se pose tendue sur le magasin d'insertion, afin d'ouvrir un peu l'enveloppe.
