    • E01H10/007Mobile apparatus specially adapted for preparing or applying liquid or semi-liquid thawing material or spreading granular material on wintry roads

Definitions

  • the invention relates to a spreading disc for a winter service spreading device for spreading granulated spreading material, which is driven to rotate about an essentially vertical axis of rotation and is provided on its upper side with throwing blades which run essentially radially to the axis of rotation and which start at a common inner radius with different radial lengths have, and to which the grit is continuously fed by means of a conveyor from a storage container via a downpipe.
  • Spreading plates of the generic type are known (DE-A-39 24 358, company lettering Pietsch KG GmbH & Co), on the top of which are arranged sausage blades of different lengths, which run essentially radially to the axis of rotation of the spreading plate.
  • the spreading plates have a circular outer contour with which the outer end edges of these sausage vanes are flush. Due to the different lengths of the throwing blades, the inner ends lie on different radii.
  • six throwing blades are provided, all of which are of different lengths from one another, the length of the longest throwing blades corresponding to approximately one third of the spreading disc radius and the length of the shortest spreading blade corresponding to approximately one fourth of the spreading disc radius.
  • a baffle is arranged centrally on the top of the spreading plate, which is covered on its circumference with a large number of sawtooth-like teeth, the radially outer tooth heads of which lie behind the radially inner tooth feet in the direction of rotation.
  • a radial distance is provided between the impact body and the sausage vanes, the size of which, depending on the length of the sausage vane, is between a third and about half the spreading disc radius.
  • the scatter density in the edge areas of the traffic area to be sprinkled e.g. at the edges of a road, much denser than in the area immediately behind a spreading vehicle equipped with such a spreading disc.
  • centrifugal fertilizer spreader is already known (DE-U-8 712 075), which has two centrifugal disks rotating in opposite directions, each of which is arranged under an adjustable outlet opening of a storage container.
  • These centrifugal discs each consist of circular, flat, plane support plates, each of which is provided with two diametrically opposed throwing blades of different lengths on the upper sides. While the inner ends of these throwing blades have the same radial distance from the axis of rotation, their outer ends lie not only on uneven radii but also outside the circumference of the carrier plate carrying the throwing blades.
  • Another rotating driven centrifugal disc is also known (GB-A-1 130 539), which is also used for the centrifuging of granulated or powdered fertilizers.
  • nine equally long throwing blades are arranged on an outwardly slightly conical ring disk, which sits on a central, round carrier plate and has the circumferential shape of a regular nine-corner, the outer ends of which are flush with the circumferential edge of the ring disk and the inner ends of which are flush with the corners on one common radius.
  • This centrifugal disc has nothing to do with the problem according to the invention.
  • the object of the invention is to improve a spreading disc of the generic type in such a way that, regardless of the speed-dependent spreading widths set in each case, a uniform spreading material distribution can be achieved over the entire spreading width.
  • the spreader plate is provided with three groups of throwing blades, each consisting of three throwing blades with different radial lengths, that the radially inner ends of all throwing blades begin at teeth of a central tooth cone, the tooth flanks of which are at the front in the direction of rotation serve as baffles for the spreading material hitting the toothed cone, and that the outer edge of the spreading disc is flush with the outer ends of the individual throwing blades lying on different radii in the radial direction to the axis of rotation.
  • the spreading plate and its throwing blades and the full guidance of the spreading material thereby guaranteed over the respective entire length of the individual throwing blades
  • the controlled detection and guidance of the spreading material from the individual throwing blades also results in a uniform angular position of the individual spreading material compartments with respect to one another and with respect to the axis of rotation of the spreading plate.
  • the multiple arrangement of the throwing blades of different lengths results in the important advantage that the different spreading material compartments are repeated several times within one revolution of the spreading disc. This means that even with very low spreading densities and small spreading widths, which are achieved by low spreading quantity supply and correspondingly low rotating speeds of the spreading disc, a high uniformity of the spreading material distribution within the resulting spreading material carpet is achieved on the traffic area.
  • the inventive embodiment according to claim 2 ensures that the spreading material from the impact surfaces of the central toothed cone on the spreading plate is immediately grasped by the sausage vanes and accelerated uniformly outwards towards the spreading plate edge, so that there is a uniform, continuous flow of spreading material.
  • the embodiment of the invention according to claim 3 ensures that the spreading material reaches the impact surfaces of the central toothed cone as completely, directly and without interference as possible.
  • the configuration according to claim 4 ensures that the spreading material does not rise on the throwing blades and leaves them over the upper edge.
  • Fig. 1 shows a spreading plate 1, which is provided on its top with three groups of three, ie a total of nine uniformly distributed throwing blades 2, 3 and 4 in the circumferential direction.
  • the spreading disc 1 is fastened by means of a hub 5 to an essentially vertical shaft 6 which can be driven to rotate about an axis of rotation 7.
  • a truncated cone-like toothed cone 8 is arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation 7 on the top of the spreader plate and is provided with eighteen sawtooth-like teeth 9 on its outer surface.
  • the spreading plate 1 has a flat circular section 10. The radius of the circular section 10 and the lower radius of the toothed cone 8 correspond to approximately one third of the maximum radius R1 of the spreading plate 1.
  • the radially outside between the tooth cone 8 and the outer edge 11 ring zone of the spreading plate 1 has to the horizontal plane 12, in which the circular section 10 of the spreading plate 1 is at a cone angle a of about 5 to 10 °, so that the outer edge 11 of the spreading plate 1 in lies vertically above the circular section 10.
  • a liquid container 13 is arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation 7, which is provided with a liquid supply device 14.
  • a filler neck 15 is arranged on the side of the liquid container 13 diametrically opposite the liquid supply device 14.
  • the teeth 9 of the tooth cone 8 are arranged in such a way that their tooth heads 16 each lie in front of the respective tooth feet 18 in the direction of rotation of the arrow 17.
  • the tooth flanks 19 lying at the front in the direction of rotation of the arrow 17 serve as baffle surfaces for the scattering material hitting the tooth cone 8.
  • the radially inner ends of the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 end on a radius R which is smaller than the radius of the toothed cone 8 or of the circular section 10.
  • the sausage blades 2, 3, 4 each adjoin one of the tooth flanks 19 of the toothed cone without gaps 8 on and run in the direction of the tooth flanks 19.
  • the tooth flanks 19 of the tooth cone 8 thus form with the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 a closed radial guide surface 20 for the grit.
  • the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 have different lengths 12, 13, 14, so that their radially outer end edges 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 lie on different radii R2, R3, R4 with respect to the axis of rotation 7.
  • the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 are arranged one behind the other so that in the direction of rotation the arrow 17 in each case on a longest throwing shovel 2 a throwing shovel 3 with an average length 13 and this followed by a throwing shovel 4 with the shortest length 14.
  • the circumferential outer edge 11 of the spreading disc 1 is adapted to the different lengths of the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 so that they are in the radial direction with the outer end edges 2/1, 3/1 and 4/1 of the throwing blades 2, 3 and 4, respectively ends flush.
  • the circumferential sections 21, 22 and 23 of the spreading disc 1 lying between the outer end edges 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 of the individual throwing blades 2, 3, 4 run in an arc shape and continuously merge into one another.
  • peripheral sections 21, 22, 23 can connect the outer ends 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 in the form of a straight line 24 or a concave arc 25 or a convex arc 26.
  • the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 have a cross-sectional profile that extends over approximately two thirds of their total height from the top of the spreader plate, essentially axially parallel to the axis of rotation 7, that is to say essentially in the vertical direction upwards and in the upper third in the direction of rotation of the arrow 17 in a quarter circle forward is bent.
  • the outer end edges 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 run from bottom to top axially parallel to the axis of rotation 7 or at right angles to the surface of the spreader plate. However, this course of the end edges 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 influences the scatter pattern only to a negligible extent.
  • each throwing blade 2, 3, 4 end with their radially outer end edges 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 on different radii, it is achieved that each throwing blade 2, 3, 4 with respect to the throwing direction and the throwing distance another spread pattern, ie another spread fan, is generated (FIG. 4).
  • the spreading material hitting the toothed cone 8 bounces from the tooth flanks 19 of the teeth 9 of the toothed cone 8 onto the surface of the spreading plate 1.
  • the throwing blades 2, 3, 4 are in the area of their connection with the Tooth flanks 19 are provided with recesses 2/2, 3/2, 4/2 on their upper edge.
  • the spreading material that leaves the spreading disc over a larger radius is not only accelerated over a longer period of time, but it is also additionally accelerated accelerated with an increasing radial force outside. Consequently, the radial speed is the lowest on a short throwing blade 4 and the radial speed on the longest throwing blade 2, so that different throwing distances are achieved.
  • the throwing direction and the throwing angle of the individual throwing blades 2, 3 are also , 4 different, because, as I said, the spreading material leaves the spreading plate earlier in the short sausage vanes 4 than in the longer sausage vanes 3 or 2, the spreading material compartments of which begin in a later angle of rotation position.
