Claims (9)

  1. Four à autonettoyage par pyrolyse, dont le moufle peut fonctionner avec un élément de chauffage placé au moins dans une paroi et avec, éventuellement, un chauffage supplémentaire à circulation d'air, le moufle pouvant être ventilé par l'intermédiaire d'un ventilateur d'air ambiant et étant équipé de moyens destinés à l'autonettoyage par pyrolyse, caractérisé en ce qu'un système automatique de pyrolyse, qui identifie une valeur limite d'encrassement, commande l'autonettoyage pyrolytique, ce système automatique de pyrolyse étant constitué d'un comparateur (11) de valeurs limites et d'une commande (12) de pyrolyse, tous deux reliés entre eux, et le comparateur (11) de valeurs limites introduisant dans un registre, par l'intermédiaire d'une unité sensorielle disposée dans l'espace de cuisson (2), des valeurs d'encrassement du four, valeurs qui sont conditionnées par l'utilisation, les comparant ensuite avec une valeur limite d'encrassement du four et activant la commande (12) de pyrolyse lorsque la valeur limite est dépassée, l'unité sensorielle étant constituée d'au moins un capteur qui modifie sa conductivité électrique en fonction du degré d'encrassement.
  2. Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur modifie sa conductivité électrique en fonction du degré d'encrassement conditionné par le fonctionnement du four.
  3. Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la commande (12) de pyrolyse, activée par le comparateur (11) de valeurs limites, déclenche l'autonettoyage pyrolytique.
  4. Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la commande (12) de pyrolyse signale l'autonettoyage pyrolytique de manière visuelle à l'aide d'un affichage (3) de pyrolyse.
  5. Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la commande (12) de pyrolyse signale l'autonettoyage pyrolytique de manière sonore à l'aide d'une indication de pyrolyse.
  6. Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, après un signal d'accusé de réception, la commande (12) de pyrolyse débloque une commande (13) de chauffage destinée à l'autonettoyage pyrolytique.
  7. Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce la commande (12) de pyrolyse impose l'autonettoyage pyrolytique et débloque la commande (13) de chauffage destinée à l'autonettoyage pyrolytique.
  8. Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'utilisateur peut effacer le registre du comparateur de valeurs limites qui additionne les valeurs d'encrassement.
  9. Four selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'autonettoyage pyrolytique peut être déclenché par un démarrage forcé.
