- a limit value comparator 11 receives operational oven contamination values via this sensor system arranged in the cooking space 2. The limit value comparator 11 compares these values with an oven contamination limit value and, if the limit value is exceeded, a pyrolysis control 12 is activated, which in turn enables a heating control for pyrolytic self-cleaning 13, so that pyrolytic self-cleaning can be initiated. If the limit value comparator 11 has decrypted a limit value violation, then the pyrolysis display 3 determines an optical and / or acoustic signal. Operating elements for the pyrolysis display 3 allow the display to be deleted, possibly connected with a reset in the limit value comparator register, or an immediate initiation of the pyrolysis.
- the limit value comparator 11 forms an actual value for oven contamination from the type of use and frequency of use of the oven functions, enters this into the contamination register of the limit value comparator, compares it with a limit value for oven contamination and if this limit value is exceeded, the pyrolysis control 12 is activated.
- the pyrolysis control 12 activated by the limit value comparator 11 triggers or signals the pyrolytic self-cleaning.

- the pyrolysis control 12 releases the heating control 13 after an acknowledgment signal, so that the pyrolysis process can begin in the cooking space.
- the pyrolysis control 12 can also be used to force pyrolytic self-cleaning after repeated acknowledgment.
- the contamination values transmitted by the sensor technology or by adding up time values to the limit value comparator 11 are added up in a limit value comparator register. If the comparison with the limit value comparator register and a stored pollution limit value indicates that the limit value has been exceeded and the operator wishes to delay pyrolytic self-cleaning, the pollution values added up in the limit value comparator register can be deleted or reduced using a deletion signal. A forced start for pyrolytic cleaning is also possible.

Description
The invention relates to a stove with pyrolytic self-cleaning, the muffle can be operated by a heating element arranged in at least one wall area and possibly with additional forced-air heating, the muffle being ventilated by a forced-air fan and equipped with means for pyrolytic self-cleaning.
The possibility of preventing or eliminating such contamination by means of pyrolytic self-cleaning is well known. So far, the decision to initiate the pyrolytic cleaning process has been made to the operator, e.g. left to the housewife. This had the consequence of individual cleaning cycles.
The object of the invention is to provide an objectively justified initiation of pyrolytic cleaning processes. The arrangement according to the invention for solving this problem is characterized in that an automatic pyrolysis system recognizing the pollution limit value controls the pyrolytic self-cleaning, the pollution limit value recognizing one The automatic pyrolysis system consists of a limit value comparator and a pyrolysis control, which are connected to each other, and that the limit value comparator enters operational oven pollution values in a register via sensors arranged in the cooking chamber, compares them with an oven contamination limit value and, if the limit value is exceeded, pyrolysis Activation activated, the sensor system consisting of at least one sensor that changes its electrical conductivity due to contamination rates.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the pyrolysis control (12) activated by the limit value comparator (11) triggers the pyrolytic self-cleaning.
Due to the arrangement according to the invention, the cleaning process of the oven muffle is recommended by the appliance itself if it is sufficiently dirty. The contamination of the oven muffle can be detected and processed by suitable sensors, which, for example, assess the electrical conductivity, or other systems, which, for example, use ultrasound to make distinctions. Another way to record contamination values of the oven muffle is to use a time-dependent and usage-dependent system for the respective stove.
- Fig. 1
- einen Herd mit pyrolytischer Selbstreinigung in Vorderansicht,
- Fig. 2

- Fig. 2
- a schematic control circuit for a stove with pyrolytic self-cleaning.
The
If the
