Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lichtelement für geschäumte Polyurethan-Dachelemente, insbesondere in Trapezquerschnittsform, mit einer Vertiefung in Form einer Stufe an einer zur Plattenmitte hin abfallenden Stützrippe des am Anschlußende A angeordneten Trapezelementes und mit einer Dichtung an dem gegenüberliegenden Anschlußende B.
  • Ein derartiges Dachelement ist aus der GB-A 2 147 926 bekannt. Es handelt sich dabei um ein zweischaliges, in den Trapezecken mit HDPE-Blöcken verstärktes Bauelement, das zu den benachbarten Trapezelementen über flanschartige Verlängerungsteile 44, 46 verschraubt ist. Die Abdichtung zwischen den benachbarten Trapezblechen erfolgt über spezielle Klemmprofile 66, die am Ende eine Randwulst 68 aufweisen. An den zur Plattenmitte hin abfallenden Stützrippen sind Vertiefungen eingebracht, in die die Wulstränder 68 nach Art einer Schnappverbindung eingreifen.
  • Die Regendichtigkeit derartiger Schnappelemente ist nicht über die gesamte Länge des Panels gewährleistet. An den Stellen, wo der Wulstrand nicht vollständig auf der Wetterseite 20 des Außenblechs anliegt, können geringe Wassermengen durch Kapillarkräfte angezogen und über die Stützrippen unter die Abdeckung 66 gelangen. Von hier aus fließt das Wasser an den zwischen den Schraubverbindungen 56, 62 befindlichen Stellen vorbei durch die Spalte 32, 34 auf die Innenseite des Daches. Darüber hinaus hat das Lichtelement gemäß GB-A 2 147 926 den Nachteil einer umständlichen Montage durch Verwendung von Schraubverbindungen und zusätzlichen Teilen, wie z. B. der Abdeckung 66.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die erwähnten Nachteile zu vermeiden und ein Lichtelement mit hoher Isolierwirkung, einfacher Montage und absoluter Regendichtigkeit herzustellen. Die Aufgabe wird durch die im Hauptanspruch angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist den Merkmalen der Unteransprüche zu entnehmen.
  • Es hat sich gezeigt, daß ein dreischichtiges, formschlüssig profiliertes Lichtelement die Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Wärmedämmung, der einfachen Montage und durch entsprechende konstruktive Ausbildung mittels Dichtlippe die Anforderungen an die Regendichtigkeit in überragendem Maße erfüllt.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In Fig. 1 sind die drei horizontal verlaufenden Schichten 1, 2, 3 eines trapezförmigen Lichtelementes dargestellt. Sie werden durch eine Vielzahl von vertikalen Stützrippen 9 (a - x) auf Abstand gehalten. An dem einen Anschlußende A zum benachbarten Lichtelement oder anderen Dachplatten befindet sich eine Vertiefung 4 an der oberen Kante der zur Plattenmitte hin abfallenden Trapezwand 5.
  • An der gegenüberliegenden Anschlußseite B befindet sich am unteren Ende des trapezförmig übergreifenden Hakens 7 und der zur Plattenmitte hin abfallenden Trapezwand 6 eine elastische Dichtlippe 8.
  • In Fig. 2 sind die benachbarten Platten 10, 11 an der Stoßstelle 12 ausschnittsweise dargestellt. Es ist erkennbar, daß sich zwischen dem übergreifenden Haken 13 und der in die Trapezwand 16 eingearbeiteten Stufe eine Kammer 14 zur Unterbrechung der Kapillarkräfte befindet. An der Unterseite 17 - 18 der Platten 10, 11 wird die Dichtungsfunktion durch die elastische Lippe 15 erfüllt.
  • Insgesamt wird die Aufgabenstellung durch folgende Kombination gelöst:
    • 1. Formschlüssige Verbindung der benachbarten Elemente 10, 11
    • 2. Passive (Kammer 14) und aktive (Dichtlippe 15) Dichtungsfunktion.
    • 3. Formstabilität durch 3 Schichtenaufbau mit Versteifung durch Stützrippen 9 (a - x)
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Lichtelement sind Eindeckungen mit hoher Spannweite in selbsttragender Ausführung möglich. Ein typischer Anwendungsfall besteht darin, daß 5 Stützrippen auf 600 mm Spannweite angeordnet sind.

Claims (3)

  1. Lichtelement für geschäumte Polyurethan-Dachelemente, insbesondere in Trapezquerschnittsform, mit einer Vertiefung in Form einer Stufe an einer zur Plattenmitte hin abfallenden Stützrippe des am Anschlußende A angeordneten Trapezelementes und mit einer Dichtung an dem gegenüberliegenden Anschlußende B, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lichtelement als dreischichtiges, tragendes Bauelement mit formschlüssigen Verbindungen zu den benachbarten Elementen ausgebildet ist, wobei sich am Anschlußende A zum benachbarten Lichtelement oder anderen Dachplatten eine Vertiefung (4) an der oberen Kante der zur Mitte hin abfallenden Trapezwand (5) befindet, die zwischen zwei benachbarten Elementen als Kammer (14) ausgebildet ist,
    und wobei an der gegenüberliegenden Anschlußseite B am unteren Ende eines trapezförmig übergreifenden Hakens (7) und der zur Plattenmitte hin abfallenden Trapezwand (6) eine elastische Dichtlippe (8) angeordnet ist.
  2. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtlippe (15) an einer Einschnürung (19) des Anschlußendes B angeformt ist.
  3. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Wand der Kammer (14) von dem übergreifenden Haken (13) gebildet wird.
