Claims (23)
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (1) commandée par une serrure centrale, avec une têtière (2) et une barre mobile (3) guidée par la face arrière de la têtière, dans laquelle la serrure supplémentaire comporte un pêne (22) qui est susceptible de se déplacer pour sortir de la têtière par une ouverture de sortie de pêne, pour pénétrer dans la gâche de dormant avec un effet d'accrochage, et qui est susceptible d'être déplacé, au moyen d'une commande à coulisse présentant un engagement fente/tenon (ou fente/téton) par une pièce de liaison coulissante de barres mobiles, à la suite de l'actionnement de barres mobiles dans la serrure supplémentaire, caractérisée en ce que la commande à coulisse décompose le trajet de déplacement du pêne (22) en tronçons partiels différents, le pêne se déplaçant vers l'extérieur pour assurer la fermeture, d'abord sur un trajet linéaire et ensuite, pour obtenir l'accrochage du crochet par l'arrière, selon un déplacement orienté transversalement au déplacement général de fermeture, en ce que le pêne (22) comporte sur sa queue de pêne une surface de butée (29) qui, après le déplacement linéaire de sortie, vient s'appuyer sur la face arrière de la têtière, de manière que le pêne (22), au cours de la poursuite du déplacement de la barre mobile, pivote autour de cet appui sur la face arrière de la têtière, pour venir en position d'accrochage du crochet par l'arrière.
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (63) commandée par une serrure centrale, avec une têtière (65) et une barre mobile (72) guidée par la face arrière de la têtière, dans laquelle la serrure supplémentaire comporte un pêne (76) qui est susceptible de se déplacer pour sortir de la têtière par une ouverture de sortie de pêne, pour pénétrer dans la gâche de dormant avec un effet d'accrochage, et qui est susceptible d'être déplacé, au moyen d'une commande à coulisse présentant un engagement fente/tenon par une pièce de liaison coulissante de barres mobiles, à la suite de l'actionnement de barres mobiles dans la serrure supplémentaire, caractérisée en ce que la commande à coulisse décompose le trajet de déplacement du pêne (76) en tronçons partiels différents, le pêne se déplaçant vers l'extérieur pour assurer la fermeture, d'abord sur un trajet linéaire et ensuite, pour obtenir l'accrochage du crochet par l'arrière, selon un déplacement orienté transversalement au déplacement général de fermeture, en ce que le pêne traverse avec son téton (ou tenon) (77), en plus de la fente de coulisse de la pièce de liaison de barres mobiles, une fente de guidage (78) en forme d'angle et située du côté du boítier, cette fente de guidage (78) présentant une première branche angulaire (78') courant perpendiculairement à la têtière (65) et dans laquelle est guidé le téton (77) au cours du déplacement linéaire de sortie, cette première branche angulaire (78') se prolongeant par une deuxième branche angulaire (78") orientée parallèlement à la têtière, et dans laquelle le téton (77) est guidé au cours de son déplacement orienté transversalement, et en ce qu'un espace (F), restant libre en position de fermeture du pêne (76), de l'ouverture (66) de passage de pêne, est rempli par le nez de blocage (88) d'un cliquet (85) au cours de la phase finale du déplacement transversal du pêne.
- Serrure barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (34) commandée par une serrure centrale, avec une têtière (36) et une barre mobile (38) guidée par la face arrière de la têtière, dans laquelle la serrure supplémentaire comporte un pêne (44) qui est susceptible de se déplacer pour sortir de la têtière par une ouverture de sortie de pêne, pour pénétrer dans la gâche de dormant avec un effet d'accrochage, et qui est susceptible d'être déplacé, au moyen d'une commande à coulisse présentant un engagement fente/tenon par une pièce de liaison coulissante de barres mobiles, à la suite de l'actionnement de barres mobiles dans la serrure supplémentaire, caractérisée en ce que la commande à coulisse décompose le trajet de déplacement du pêne (44) en tronçons partiels différents, le pêne se déplaçant vers l'extérieur pour assurer la fermeture, d'abord sur un trajet linéaire et ensuite pour obtenir l'accrochage du crochet par l'arrière, selon un déplacement orienté transversalement au déplacement général de fermeture, en ce que le pêne traverse avec son téton (48), en plus de la fente de coulisse de la pièce de liaison de barres mobiles, une fente de guidage (49) en forme d'angle et située du côté du boítier, cette fente de guidage présentant une première branche angulaire (49') courant perpendiculairement à la têtière (36), et dans laquelle est guidé le téton (48) au cours du déplacement linéaire de sortie, cette première branche angulaire (49') se prolongeant par une deuxième branche angulaire (49"') orientée parallèlement à la têtière, et dans laquelle le téton (48) est guidé au cours de son déplacement orienté transversalement, en ce que la fente de coulisse (41) de la commande de coulisse s'élargit vers son extrémité (42) du côté de la têtière, et, au cours de la sortie de fermeture du pêne (44), actionne un accumulateur d'énergie (K) du pêne se déchargeant au cours de la sortie de fermeture du pêne (44), par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce coulissante (55) actionnée par un ressort de compression (51) d'accumulateur d'énergie et se décharge dès que le téton (48) a atteint la pointe (49") de l'angle, et en ce que le ressort de compression (61) d'accumulation d'énergie s'appuie sur la pièce de liaison de barres mobiles.
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (63) commandée par une serrure centrale, avec une têtière (65) et une barre mobile (72) guidée par la face arrière de la têtière, dans laquelle la serrure supplémentaire comporte un pêne (76) qui est susceptible de se déplacer pour sortir de la têtière par une ouverture de sortie de pêne, pour pénétrer dans la gâche de dormant avec un effet d'accrochage, et qui est susceptible d'être déplacé, au moyen d'une commande à coulisse présentant un engagement fente/tenon par une pièce de liaison coulissante de barres mobiles, à la suite de l'actionnement de barres mobiles dans la serrure supplémentaire, caractérisée en ce que la commande à coulisse décompose le trajet de déplacement du pêne (76) en tronçons partiels différents, le pêne se déplaçant vers l'extérieur pour assurer la fermeture, d'abord sur un trajet linéaire et ensuite, pour obtenir l'accrochage du crochet par l'arrière, selon un déplacement orienté transversalement au déplacement général de fermeture, en ce que le pêne traverse avec son téton (ou tenon) (77), en plus de la fente de coulisse de la pièce de liaison de barres mobiles, une fente de guidage (78) en forme d'angle et située du côté du boítier, cette fente de guidage (78) présentant une première branche angulaire (78') courant perpendiculairement à la têtière (65) et dans laquelle est guidé le téton (77) au cours du déplacement linéaire de sortie, cette première branche angulaire (78') se prolongeant par une deuxième branche angulaire (78") orientée parallèlement à la têtière, et dans laquelle le téton (77) est guidé au cours de son déplacement orienté transversalement, par un coulisseau de guidage (81) susceptible de se déplacer par rapport à la pièce de liaison (71) de barres mobiles, ce coulisseau comportant une fente (80) courant dans la direction de déplacement de sortie du pêne, et dans laquelle est guidé en étant bloqué en rotation un téton (79) situé du côté du pêne, ce téton entraínant avec lui le coulisseau de guidage (81) au cours du déplacement transversal du pêne.
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (101) commandée par une serrure centrale, avec une têtière (102) et une barre mobile guidée par la face arrière de la têtière, dans laquelle la serrure supplémentaire comporte un pêne (122) qui est susceptible de se déplacer par pivotement autour d'un axe de pivotement pour sortir de la têtière par une ouverture de sortie de pêne, pour pénétrer dans la gâche de dormant avec un effet d'accrochage, et qui est susceptible d'être déplacé, au moyen d'une commande à coulisse présentant un engagement fente/tenon par une pièce de liaison coulissante de barres mobiles, à la suite de l'actionnement de barres mobiles dans la serrure supplémentaire, caractérisée en ce que la coulisse (131) susceptible d'être entraínée par la barre mobile est accouplée au pêne (122) par l'intermédiaire de la fente de commande (117) et du téton de commande (121) de la commande à coulisse, en ce qu'un tronçon de fente de commande (119, 119', 119") courant en biais par rapport à la direction de déplacement des barres mobiles, se prolonge à une extrémité par un premier tronçon de fente (120) courant parallèlement à la direction de déplacement de barres mobiles, pour réaliser le blocage du pêne (122) sorti en position de fermeture, en ce que le tronçon de fente de commande forme un deuxième tronçon de fente (119") et un troisième tronçon de fente de commande (119') formant un angle obtus par rapport au deuxième, le troisième tronçon de fente (119') se raccordant au premier tronçon de fente (120) courant parallèlement à la direction de déplacement des barres mobiles, et en ce que la longueur du troisième tronçon de fente (119') est dimensionnée de telle façon que lorsque le téton de commande (121) a dépassé la position de préfermeture du pêne (122) dans le troisième tronçon de fente (119'), une rampe d'armement (125) formée d'un côté sur la tête de pêne (123) du pêne (122) ) ait complètement dépassé la têtière (102).
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un socle (33) prévu sur la surface avant du pêne (22) et remplissant, lorsque le pêne est sorti, un espace libre (F) de l'ouverture de passage (24) de pêne du rail de têtière (2).
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (1, 34, 63) commandée par une serrure centrale, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un téton (21, 48, 77) est guidé dans un tronçon de fente (19, 41, 73) de la pièce de liaison (13, 37, 71) de barres mobiles, ce tronçon de fente courant à angle aigu par rapport à la têtière.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 7, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le téton (21, 48, 77) est engagé dans une fente de guidage (28, 49', 78') du fond de serrure ou palâtre (6, 43, 68), cette fente étant orientée perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement des barres mobiles.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (22), au cours de sa sortie de fermeture, se déplace d'abord sur une trajectoire sensiblement linéaire et formant un angle obtus par rapport à la barre mobile (3), en réalisant un léger pivotement de la tête de pêne (23) dans la direction opposée à l'accrochage, et pivote ensuite à l'intérieur de la tôle de gâche pour obtenir l'accrochage.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1, 6, 7, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 1, caractérisée par un tronçon de fente (18) disposé parallèlement à la direction de coulissement des barres mobiles et raccordé au tronçon de fente (19) orienté selon un angle aigu par rapport à la tétière (2).
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1, 6, 7, 10, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 1, caractérisée par un tronçon de fente (20) disposé parallèlement à la direction de déplacement des barres mobiles, pour assurer le verrouillage du pêne (22) en position de sortie fermée.
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (1) commandée par une serrure centrale, selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1, 6, 7, 10, 11, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (22) est sollicité élastiquement vers la position de sortie fermée par un ressort (30) agissant sur la queue de pêne (26) en dessous d'un téton (ou tenon) de guidage (21) de la liaison fente/téton.
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (1) commandée par une serrure centrale, selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1, 6, 7, 10 à 12, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (22) est disposé dans une poche (15) de la pièce de liaison (13) de barres mobiles, dont le fond comprend les tronçons de fente (18, 19, 20).
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 3 ou 7, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le téton (48) traverse un corps de roulement (50) qui est disposé dans la fente de coulisse (41).
- Serrure à barres mobiles munie d'une serrure supplémentaire (34) commandée par une serrure centrale, selon la revendication 3, 7, 14, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (44) est guidé par une pièce coulissante (55) sollicitée élastiquement, en ce que la pièce coulissante (55) porte un téton de guidage (58) traversant une paroi transversale (60) de la pièce de liaison (37) de barres mobiles, et sur ce téton le ressort de compression (61).
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 2 ou 7, pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la butée de blocage (88) est constituée par une extrémité coudée d'un cliquet (85) maintenu vertical par l'action d'un ressort.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (85) est disposé sur la pièce (71) de liaison de barres mobiles, et est sollicité élastiquement dans la direction de son engagement de blocage, et en ce que son extrémité coudée (butée de blocage 88) constitue par son côté étroit dirigé vers l'arête (66) de l'ouverture de passage de pêne un flanc de blocage en position sortie (91) entrant en action lors du déplacement de retrait de la pièce de liaison (71) de barres mobiles.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 10 ou 17, caractérisée en ce que la position du cliquet (85) est assurée par une liaison téton/fente (86, 87) avec une course libre dans la fente dans la direction de déplacement de la pièce de liaison (71) de barres mobiles, et en ce que la butée de blocage passe autour d'une saillie (67) disposée sur sa trajectoire de déplacement, ladite saillie constituant la patte de liaison du boítier (64) par rapport à la têtière (65).
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisée en ce que la surface frontale (92) de la butée de blocage (88) forme également un flanc de blocage en position sortie qui, en position ouverte, forme un angle aigu avec la surface intérieure des rails de têtière.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 4, 7 pour autant que la revendication 7 soit rattachée à la revendication 4, ou 16 à 19, caractérisée en ce que le coulisseau de guidage (81) est réalisé en forme de T et en ce que les extrémités de la branche (83) du T sont disposées dans les pièces en fourche (84) de la pièce de liaison (73) des barres mobiles, et en ce que le pied (82) du T comprend la fente (80), dans laquelle le téton (79) du côté du pêne est guidé en étant bloqué en rotation.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par une fente de guidage (130) courant dans la coulisse (131) parallèlement au déplacement des barres mobiles, fente qui est traversée par un téton (132) de positionnement du pêne (122) formant l'axe de pivotement et logé dans le boítier ou palâtre et dont la longueur correspond à la course des barres mobiles.
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon l'une des revendications précédentes 5 ou 21, caractérisée par un tronçon de fente (118) courant parallèlement à côté de la fente de guidage (130), du côté opposé au rail de têtière (102), et se raccordant du côté de l'extrémité à la fente de commande pour bloquer en position de fermeture le pêne (122).
- Serrure à barres mobiles selon l'une des revendications précédentes 5, 21, 22, caractérisée par une nervure de guidage (135, 136) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de déplacement de barres mobiles et formée dans le couvercle (134) du boítier ou palâtre pour recevoir les pattes de guidage (137) de la coulisse (131), pour guider la coulisse (131) sur le fond (139) du boítier.
