Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à une structure de disque optique que l'on obtient en collant l'une sur l'autre deux parties de substrats en utilisant un adhésif composé d'une résine thermodurcissable et d'une résine polymérisant sous l'effet des ultraviolets, et à un procédé de production dudit disque optique. Un film céramique est posé sur les périphéries interne et externe de chaque substrat pour transmettre les rayons ultraviolets à l'adhésif, mais ni le film d'enregistrement ni le film réflecteur ne sont posés. Grâce à l'irradiation par les rayons ultraviolets pendant l'étape de collage, la résine polymérisant aux ultraviolets sur la périphérie interne et externe du substrat subit une vulcanisation, de sorte que les substrats sont collés l'un sur l'autre temporairement. On chauffe le disque optique ainsi obtenu pour provoquer la vulcanisation de la résine thermodurcissable. Les deux parties de substrats sont ainsi soudées entièrement l'une contre l'autre. Grâce à l'adhérence temporaire produite par la résine polymérisant aux ultraviolets, il est possible de placer verticalement les substrats pendant l'étape de thermodurcissement sans les déformer et sans que l'adhésif ne coule. La présence des films céramiques sur les périphéries interne et externe des substrats augmente la force adhésive et garantit pendant longtemps une fiabilité accrue.

Claims (7)

  1. Disque optique comprenant :
    un premier et un second substrats (1, 9),
    une couche adhésive (7) collant les premier et second substrats ensemble, et
    les couches suivantes formées sur au moins l'un des substrats :
    une première couche protectrice (2, 10),
    une couche d'enregistrement (3, 11) formée sur la première couche protectrice en une forme annulaire ayant un diamètre intérieur et un diamètre extérieur,
    une seconde couche protectrice (4, 12) formée sur la couche d'enregistrement, et
    une couche de céramique (6, 14) formée sur la seconde couche protectrice dans une région définie par un premier diamètre inférieur au diamètre intérieur et un second diamètre supérieur au diamètre extérieur.
  2. Disque suivant la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une couche réflectrice (5, 13) formée entre la seconde couche protectrice (4, 12) et la couche de céramique (6, 14), dans une région annulaire entre un trou central (16) percé dans les substrats (1, 9) et le diamètre extérieur des substrats.
  3. Disque suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la couche adhésive (7) est composée d'une résine thermodurcissable et d'une résine durcissable à la lumière ultraviolette.
  4. Disque suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la couche d'enregistrement (3, 11) comprend un alliage de métal des terres rares et de métal de transition.
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un Disque optique comme défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant les stades consistant à :
    (a) former sur au moins l'un des substrats (1, 9) une première couche protectrice (2, 10),
    (b) former une couche d'enregistrement (3, 11) dans une forme annulaire ayant un diamètre intérieur et un diamètre extérieur, sur la première couche protectrice,
    (c) former une seconde couche protectrice (4, 12) sur la couche d'enregistrement, et

  6. Procédé suivant la revendication 5, comprenant en outre le stade consistant à :
       (e) former, après le stade (c) et avant le stade (d), une couche réflectrice (5, 13) avec une région annulaire entre un trou central (16) percé dans les substrats (1, 9) et le diamètre extérieur des substrats.
  7. Procédé suivant la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel le stade (b) consiste à former la couche d'enregistrement (3, 11) d'un alliage de métal des terres rares et de métal de transition.
