Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for the production of concrete pipes in a pipe press with a tubular form serving as formwork, which pass through with a rotating roller head arranged in its longitudinal axis and the concrete is rolled and pressed with press rollers provided on the roller head and with one of the press rollers as part of the roller head Subsequent smoothing cylinder is smoothed, with an impregnating agent being supplied to the still moist concrete on the inner wall of the concrete pipe via the roller head under pressure.
- the invention relates to a pipe press for the production of concrete pipes with a tubular form serving as formwork, with a roller head rotating on a shaft and movable up and down in the longitudinal axis of the tubular form, which presses the concrete rolling and pressing rollers, a downstream, the rolled and pressed concrete smoothing cylinder and a line through which an impregnating agent can be supplied under pressure to the still wet concrete on the inner wall of the concrete pipe.
- a method and a pipe press of the type mentioned are known from SU-A-688 342.
- This publication describes the production of concrete pipes in the roll-press process using press rolls and a smoothing cylinder arranged downstream of the press rolls. Water is brought into the work area of the press rolls to moisten the inner surface of the tube during pressing.
- DE-A-31 15 985 describes the inner lining of already formed and hardened concrete pipes with plastic or the like.
- the flowable plastic is applied to the inner wall of the pipe via a preparation and discharge cylinder, spread out with a drawing head and smoothed with a smoothing ring.
- the object of the invention is to develop a method of the type mentioned at the outset which results in tubes whose inwardly facing surface is largely liquid-tight and has a high abrasion resistance. Furthermore, a pipe press of the type mentioned at the outset is to be specified, with the aid of which this method can be used directly in one operation in the production of concrete pipes.
- This task is procedurally achieved in that impregnating agent is introduced via the smoothing cylinder into the concrete, which has already been partially smoothed, under such high pressure that it penetrates approx. 10 mm deep into the inner wall of the concrete pipe and after the concrete pipe has hardened, it becomes corrosion-resistant and gives an abrasion-resistant protective layer.
- At least one pipe is guided within the shaft from its upper end to approximately the middle height of the smoothing cylinder, which pipe divides at its lower end into a plurality of distributor lines which run radially to the wall of the smoothing cylinder and have free outlets.
- the impregnation agent can be introduced through the pipe and the distribution lines into the concrete, which has already been partially smoothed with the smoothing cylinder, under such high pressure that it penetrates approx. 10 mm deep into the inner wall of the concrete pipe and, after the concrete pipe has hardened, becomes corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant Protective layer results.
- the corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant layer on the inside of a concrete pipe during the manufacture of the pipe, that is, in a state in which the concrete has not yet hardened.
- the impregnation liquid penetrates at least 10 mm deep into the concrete mass and hardens there together with the concrete.
- the protective layer produced in this way has a strength and uniformity which is not known from the concrete pipes impregnated subsequently, ie after curing. Due to its thickness, the protective layer acts as an additional reinforcement of the concrete pipe after hardening. This is an additional advantage of the impregnation process according to the invention, which is not known from the impregnation processes used previously.
- the pipe press has a vertical pipe shape 1, in the longitudinal axis of which a shaft 2 rotating in the counterclockwise direction is arranged.
- the shaft 2 leads from a gear 4 arranged in a gear 3 to a smoothing cylinder 5 which, together with press rollers 6, forms a roller head of the tube press.
- the shaft 2 is surrounded by an outer shaft 7, which rotates clockwise and leads from a gear 8 in the transmission 3 to the two upper press rollers 6.
- a tube 9 is guided, which protrudes with its upper end from the gear 3 and is closed there by a rotating device 10, while the lower end of the tube 9 approximately in the radial direction in the middle of the interior of the smoothing cylinder 5 branched outgoing network.
- the number of distributor lines 11 depends on the diameter of the smoothing cylinder 5 and is on average 4-8 distributor lines. Of course, more distributor lines can be provided for smoothing cylinders with a larger diameter.
- the distributor lines 11 open on the outer surface of the smoothing cylinder 5 into pretensioning nozzles 13 which lie in an annular channel running along the circumference of the smoothing cylinder.
- the pipe press works in the following way: Simultaneously with the beginning of the filling of the concrete into the pipe form 1, which is compressed by the press rollers 6 and smoothed by the smoothing cylinder 5 on the inner wall of the concrete pipe, a synthetic resin solution is used as impregnating agent for the concrete in the by means of a feed line 12 via the rotating device 10 Given tube 9 and led under pressure to the biasing nozzles in the annular channel of the smoothing cylinder 5. From the prestressing nozzles, the synthetic resin solution is distributed in the ring channel over the entire circumference of the smoothing cylinder 5 and penetrates into the concrete, which has in some cases already been smoothed but is still moist.
- the working pressure in the pipe 9 and in the distribution lines 11 is set so that the synthetic resin solution can penetrate at least 10 mm deep into the concrete pipe. By changing the working pressure, smaller or greater penetration depths can be set.
