Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Obst- oder Gemüsekiste aus einem einteiligen Stanzzuschnitt aus Vollpappe, welcher einen Boden, zwei Längswände, zwei Stirnwände und Klebelaschen für eine Vier-Ecken-Klebung aufweist wobei jede Stirnwand zwei gefaltete und an der Stirnwand innenseitig angeklebte hohle Eckstützen und einen auf die beiden Eckstützen jeder Stirnwand aufgefalteten, Stapelarretierungen zeigenden und mit Laschen gegenüber den Eckstützen arretierten Deck- und Stapelstreifen hat, und der Stapelstreifen der mit einem daran angeformten, abgewinkelten Griffstreifen und einem aus einer in der Stirnwand ausgestanzten Grifföffnung herausformbaren Grifflappen ein hohles Griffteil bildet.
  • Eine derartig ausgeführte, stapelfähige Aufrichtschachtel ist aus der DE-OS 33 21 614 bekannt geworden. Die Eckstützen haben dabei eine drei- oder viereckige Säulenform und sind durch das hohle Griffteil gegenüber den Längs- und Stirnwänden in der aufgerichteten Stellung arretiert, in dem der Deck- und Stapelstreifen und der Griffstreifen durch in Schlitze einsteckbare Laschen und Ansätze fixiert werden.
  • Diese Fixierung erfolgt nur im oberen Schachtelbereich, also unter dem Deck- und Stapelstreifen und der auf dem Schachtelboden sich abstützende Eckstützenbereich hat keine Formfixierung, so daß hierdurch insgesamt eine unzureichende Formstabilität der aufgerichteten Faltschachtel im Gebrauchszustand vorliegt. Weiterhin ist die Durchführung der Formfixierung durch die Steckdurchführung mittels Laschen, Ansätzen, Schlitzen und Aussparungen umständlich durchführbar.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Obst- oder Gemüsekiste aus einem einteiligen Stanzzuschnitt aus Vollpappe dahingehend zu verbessern, daß diese durch Vier-Ecken-Klebung herstellungsmäßig fertiggeklebt ist, flach zusammenlegbar zu lagern ist, am Gebrauchsort mit wenigen Handgriffen zu der Kiste aufrichtbar ist und dabei durch einfache Mittel in der Kistenform formstabil arretiert und als stapelbare Kiste mit hoher Stabilität und einfacher Stapelarretierung ausgeführt ist sowie mit stabilen Griffteilen ausgestaltet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst, wobei die in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführten Gestaltungsmerkmale vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Aufgabenlösung nach Anspruch 1 darstellen.
  • Durch die Erfindung ist eine in den vier Ecken fertig verklebte, aufrichtbare Obst- oder Gemüsekiste aus Vollpappe geschaffen worden, die im zusammengefalteten Zustand flachliegend, platzsparend zu lagern und zu transportieren und für die Benutzung am Gebrauchsort, z. B. auf dem Obst- oder Gemüsefeld, mit wenigen Handgriffen zu der Kiste aufgerichtet werden kann.
  • Bei diesem Aufrichtvorgang entsteht automatisch eine Aussteifung der Kiste, indem die in ihren Ecken einteilig angeformten und angeklebten hohlen Eckstützen sich ebenfalls auffalten und mit einfachen Verankerungsmitteln in Form von angeformten Fixierlappen und ausgeformten Sicken mit dem Kistenboden zusammenwirken, wodurch die stehenden Wandungen stabil fixiert sind.
  • Weiterhin stützen sich auf den Eckstützen im aufgefalteten Zustand einteilig angeformte und eckseitig verklebte Deck- und Stapelstreifen lose aufliegend ab, durch die eine weitere Versteifung erfolgt und die gleichzeitig Stapelflächen mit ausgestanzten Stapelarretierungen für übereinander zu stapelnde Kisten bilden.
  • Außerdem von Vorteil sind die in Verbindung mit den Deck-und Stapelstreifen gebildeten, von angestanzten Griffstreifen und Grifflappen gebildeten hohlen Griffteile an den Stirnwänden, die ein gutes Erfassen der Kiste ermöglichen und zur weiteren Stabilisierung und Tragfähigkeit beim Stapeln beitragen.
  • Diese Kiste ist einfach im Stanzzuschnitt, günstig und sicher in der Vier-Ecken-Klebung und sehr bequem in der Handhabung sowie äußerst stabil ausgebildet und kann zur Nutzung der verschiedensten landwirtschaftlichen Nahrungsmittel verwendet werden.
  • Auf den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, welches nachfolgend näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Obst- oder Gemüsekiste aus Vollpappe in der aufgerichteten Gebrauchsstellung,

  • Die Obst- oder Gemüsekiste ist aus einem einteiligen Stanzzuschnitt aus Vollpappe gemäß Fig. 7 zu einer in den vier Ecken fertig verklebten, stapelbaren Aufrichtsteige ausgebildet.
  • Der einteilige Stanzzuschnitt bildet einen Boden (1), zwei Längswände (2), zwei Stirnwände (3) und mehrere Klebelaschen (4, 5) für die Vier-Ecken-Klebung.
  • Jede Stirnwand (3) bildet zwei gefaltete und an der Stirnwand (3) innenseitig angeklebte hohle Eckstützen (6) und einen auf die beiden Eckstützen (6) aufgefalteten und mit Klebelaschen (4) zwischen je einer Eckstütze (6) und Längswand (2) festgelegten Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7).
  • Jede Eckstütze (6) ist als Quadratsäule ausgeführt und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Kistenhöhe und auf der oberen Stirnseite der beiden Eckstützen (6) einer Stirnwand (3) liegt jeweils der in Kistenquerrichtung durchgehende Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) lose auf.
  • Für die lagestabile Fixierung jeder Eckstütze (6) in der aufgerichteten Stellung stützt sich diese mit einem angeformten, abgewinkelten Fixierlappen (8) an einer Sicke (9) des Bodens (1) ab, wobei dieser Fixierlappen (8) an der parallel zur Längswand (2) verlaufenden und der gegenüberliegenden Eckstütze (6) zugewandten Quadratseite jeder Eckstütze (6) vorgesehen ist.
  • Die beiden Längenenden jeder Stirnwand (3) sind zu je einer durch vier Falzlinien (10) zu der Eckstütze (6) umfaltbaren und zur Längswand (2) hin den angestanzten Fixierlappen (8) zeigenden Faltlasche (6a) verlängert. Zwischen der Faltlasche (6a) und der benachbarten Klebelasche (5) ist ein Schlitz (5a) ausgestanzt, in dem der an die Faltlasche (6a) angeformte Fixierlappen (8) liegt; der Fixierlappen (8) hat eckige, vorzugsweise rechteckige Grundform und erstreckt sich zwischen der ersten und zweiten Falzlinie (10) der Faltlasche (6a) von der Außenseite des Stanzzuschnittes gesehen.
  • An die beiden Längenenden jedes Deck- und Stapelstreifens (7) schließt sich die Klebelasche (4) an und zwischen Klebelasche (4) und Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) ist eine Falzlinie (11) sowie im Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) im Anschluß an die Klebelasche (4) eine diagonale Falzlinie (12) für das flache Zusammenfalten jeder Eckstütze (6) vorgesehen.
  • Die beiden Längswände (2) haben je einen trapezförmigen Ausschnitt (13), an dessen parallel zum Boden (1) verlaufende, kürzere Trapezlängskante ein durch eine Falzlinie (14) nach innen umgefalteter und an die Längswand (2) innenseitig angeklebter Versteifungsstreifen (15) sich anschließt.
  • Weiterhin zeigen die beiden Längswände (2) zwei über je eine Falzlinie (16) zum Einfalten der Längswände (2) auf den Boden (1) mit den Längswänden (2) verbundene, außen an die Eckstütze (6) und an die Klebelasche (4) angeklebte Klebelaschen (5).
  • An die äußere Längskante jedes Deck- und Stapelstreifens (7) ist ein Griffstreifen (22) angeformt, der über eine Falzlinie (23) mit dem Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) verbunden ist und in der Länge dem Abstand zwischen den beiden zugeordneten Eckstützen (6) entspricht.
  • In den beiden Stirnwänden (3) ist jeweils eine Grifföffnung (17) mit einem herausformbaren (herausbiegbaren) Grifflappen (17a) mit etwa Trapez-Grundform vorgesehen.
  • Der Griffstreifen (22) bildet mit dem Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) und dem Grifflappen (17a) ein hohles, im Querschnitt dreieckiges Griffteil (24) (Fig. 4 und 6), wobei der Griffstreifen (22) sich schräg nach unten und zur Stirnwand (3) erstreckt und der Grifflappen (17) schräg nach oben und zum Aufnahmeraum der Kiste hin verläuft, außen am Griffstreifen (22) anliegt und in eine Aussparung (25), vorzugsweise an der freien Längskante des Griffstreifens (22) ausgestanzte und in der Grundform trapezförmige Aussparung (25) lagefixiert und griffteilstabilisierend eingreift.
  • In dem Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) sind von dessen Falzlinie (21) ausgehend zwei Stege (26) als Stapelarretierungen ausgestanzt, die sich senkrecht nach oben zum Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) erstrecken und außen an den Stirnwänden (3) einer daraufgestapelten Kiste anliegen.
  • Die Vier-Ecken-Klebung erfolgt folgendermaßen:
  • Die Faltlaschen (6a) werden nach innen eingefaltet, so daß die quadratische Eckstütze (6) entsteht und der freie Stützlappen (6b) an der Innenseite der Stirnwand (3) anliegt und dort mit der Stirnwand (3) verklebt wird.
  • Dann wird jeder Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) auf seine beiden Eckstützen (6) um die Falzlinie (21) aufgefaltet, liegt lose auf den Eckstützen (6) auf und seine beiden Klebelaschen (4) werden nach unten an die Außenseite der Eckstützen (6) heruntergefaltet und daran durch Kleben befestigt.
  • Anschließend werden die Seitenwände (2) hochgeklappt, so daß ihre vier Klebelaschen (5) an den Außenseiten der Eckstützen (6) und der Klebelaschen (4) anliegen und dann erfolgt über die gesamte Laschenhöhe die Verklebung mit den Eckstützen (6) und den Klebelaschen (4).
  • Die beiden Versteifungsstreifen (15) sind vorher nach innen an die Seitenwände (2) angefaltet und angeklebt worden.
  • Die so aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt gebildete Aufrichtsteige läßt sich flach zusammenklappen, indem die Längswände (2) nach innen auf den Boden (1) gefaltet werden und dabei über die Vier-Ecken-Klebung die Eckstützen (6) dianonal zusammengefaltet und mit den Stirnwänden (3) ebenfalls in Richtung Boden (1) gefaltet werden und dann auf den Längswänden (2) aufliegen.
  • Dabei knicken die Längswände (2) in den Falzlinien (16) ein und ihre Klebelaschen (5) legen sich mit der Stirnwand (3) auf die Längswände (2) auf. Die Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) falten sich dabei durch die Falzlinien (12) nach außen auf und liegen mit den Stirnwänden (3) in einer Ebene. Ebenfalls sind die Griffstreifen (22) durch ihre Falzlinien (23) aufgefaltet und verlaufen mit den Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) in einer Ebene (Fig. 2).
  • In dieser flach zusammengelegten Stellung können die Kisten raumsparend gelagert und bereitgestellt werden.
  • Zum Aufrichten der Wände (2, 3) in die Gebrauchsstellung der Kiste werden die Stirnwände (3) erfaßt und nach außen hoch um die Falzlinien (18) zwischen Stirnwänden (3) und Boden (1) hochgeschwenkt, wobei über die Klebeverbindung die Längswände (2) ebenfalls um ihre Falzlinien (19) gegenüber dem Boden (1) hochschwenken und dabei die bisher diagonal flachliegenden Eckstützen (6) in ihre Quadratsäulenform aufgefaltet werden, wobei die Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) sich automatisch auf die oberen Stirnseiten der Eckstützen (6) auffalten.
  • Nachdem das Aufrichten der Längs- und Stirnwände (2, 3) durchgeführt ist, rasten die Eckstützen (6) mit ihren Fixierlappen (8) hinter die nach oben vorstehenden Sicken (9) des Bodens (1) und dadurch ist die aufgerichtete Gebrauchsstellung der Obst- oder Gemüsekiste stabilisiert und gesichert. Die Sicken (9) sind von länglichen Wulsten gebildet, die parallel zur Längsrichtung der Seitenwände (2) verlaufen.
  • Dann werden beide Grifflappen (22) nach unten und in Richtung Stirnwand (3) um ihre Falzlinie (23) umgebogen, so daß sie spitzwinklig zur Stirnwand (3) und zum Deck-und Stapelstreifen (7) stehen und danach werden die Grifflappen (17a) aus den Grifföffnungen (17) nach oben hochgebogen und in die Aussparungen (25) des Griffstreifens (22) eingedrückt, wodurch das Griffteil (24) stabilisiert ist.
  • Damit beim Zusammenfalten der Kiste die Fixierlappen (8) ausreichend Freiheit haben und nicht beschädigt werden, ist für jeden Fixierlappen (8) im Bereich der Falzlinie (18) ein Durchbruch (20) ausgespart, durch den die Eckstütze (6) mit ihrem Fixierlappen (8) fassen kann; jeder Durchbruch (20) erstreckt sich teilweise im Boden (1) und teilweise in der Stirnwand (3) und hat eine eckige, wie rechteckige Grundform.
  • Die Obst- oder Gemüsekiste hat in bevorzugter Weise eine rechteckige Grund- und Raumform.
  • Für ein einwand- und störungsfreies Auf- und Zusammenfalten der Obst- oder Gemüsekiste sind in den Falz-Linien-Stoßpunkten zwischen den Längs- und Stirnwänden (2, 3), zwischen den Klebelaschen (5, 6), zwischen den Streifen (7, 22) und zwischen den Streifen (7) und der Stirnwand (3) die Eckbereiche freischneidende Ausstanzungen (27) vorgesehen.

Claims (10)

1. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste aus einem einteiligen Stanzzuschnitt aus Vollpappe, welcher einen Boden (1), zwei Längswände (2), zwei Stirnwände (3) und Laschen (5) für eine Vier-Ecken-Klebung aufweist, wobei jede Stirnwand (3) zwei gefaltete und an der Stirnwand (3) innenseitig angeklebte hohle Eckstützen (6) und einen auf die beiden Eckstützen (6) jeder Stirnwand (3) aufgefalteten, Stapelarretierungen (26) zeigenden und mit Laschen (4) gegenüber den Eckstützen (6) arrtierten Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) hat and der Stapelstreifen (7) mit einem daran angeformten, abgewinkelten Griffstreifen (22) und einem aus einer in der Stirnwand(3) ausgestanzten Grifföffnung (17) herausformbaren Grifflappen (17a) ein hohles Griffteil (24) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
a) die hohlen Eckstützen (6) sich mit einem angeformten, abgewinkelten Fixierlappen (8) gegen eine aus dem Boden (1) herausgeformte Sicke (9) arretierend abstützen und
b) die Laschen (4) des Deck- und Stapelstreifens (7) als Klebelaschen zwischen Eckstütze (6) und Längswand (2) angeordnet sind.
2. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Eckstütze (6) als die gesamte Kistenhöhe einnehmende Quadratsäule ausgeführt ist, auf deren oberen Stirnseite der Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) lose aufliegt.

Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Längenenden jeder Stirnwand (3) zu einer durch Falzlinien (10) zu der Eckstütze (6) umfaltbaren Faltlasche (6a) verlängert sind, an der zur Längswand (2) hin zeigend der Fixierlappen (8) mit eckiger, vorzugsweise rechteckiger Grundform angestanzt ist.
4. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Sicke (9) von einer länglichen, parallel zur Längswand (2) verlaufenden, aus dem Boden (1) nach oben herausgeformten Wulst gebildet ist.

Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fixierlappen (8) an der parallel zur Längswand (1) verlaufenden und zur gegenüberliegenden Eckstütze (6) zeigenden Quadratseite jeder Eckstütze (6) angeformt und rechtwinklig zur Eckstützenhöhe abgewinkelt auf dem Boden (1) aufliegend gegen die Sicke (9) mit ihrem freien Rand anliegt.

Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griffstreifen (22) an den freien Längsrand des Deck- und Stapelstreifens (7) angestanzt ist, eine Länge hat, die dem Abstand zwischen zwei stirnwandseitigen Eckstützen (6) entspricht, und an ihren freien Längskanten eine ausgestanzte Aussparung (25) hat, in die der Grifflappen (17a) lagefixiert eingreift.
7. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffteil (24) einen dreieckigen Querschnitt hat und die Aussparung (25) und der Grifflappen (17a) je eine Trapez-Grundform haben.
8. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Falzlinie (18) zwischen Boden (1) und Stirnwand (3) für jeden eckstützenseitigen Fixierlappen (8) ein teilweise im Boden (1) und teilweise in der Stirnwand (3) liegender Durchbruch (20) ausgestanzt ist, durch den der Fixierlappen (8) im zusammengefalteten Zustand der Kiste greift.
9. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus dem Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) von der Falzlinie (21) zwischen Stirnwand (3) und Deck-und Stapelstreifen (7) beginnend zwei Stege (26) ausgestanzt sind, die in der aufgerichteten Kisten-Gebrauchsstellung senkrecht nach oben stehen und Stapelarretierungen bilden.
10. Obst- oder Gemüsekiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an beide Längenenden des Deck- und Stapelstreifens (7) je eine Klebelasche (4) anschließt und zwischen Klebelasche (4) und Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) eine Falzlinie (11) sowie im Deck- und Stapelstreifen (7) im Anschluß an die Klebelasche (4) eine diagonale Falzlinie (6) vorgesehen ist und daß die Längswände (2) jeweils zwei über je eine diagonale Falzlinie (16) mit den Längswänden (2) zum Einfalten der Längswände (2) auf den Boden (1) verbundene, außen an die Eckstützen (6) und die Klebelaschen (4) angeklebte Klebelaschen (5) besitzen.
