Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mine clearing device for clearing anchor mines, as defined in the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such mine clearance devices are known per se, for example from DE 35 28 329.
  • the known mine clearing devices have the disadvantage that relatively complex clamping devices are required, and that the delivery drone is loaded with strong static and dynamic moments during the search run due to the heavy weight of the mine clearing device and thus disrupt the maneuverability of the drone.
  • a further disadvantage of the known mine clearing device is that buoyancy means which can be activated must be used to ascend the device along the anchor rope. These require a relatively large space and are expensive and easily prone to failure.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to develop a mine clearing device which can be brought in particular by underwater drones in such a way that the maneuverability of the drone is influenced as little as possible by the clearing device and that activatable buoyancy means are not required.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the idea that the maneuverability of the delivery device, in particular the drone, is hardly disturbed by the weight of the mine clearance device, since the mine clearance device is buoyancy-neutral during the transportation process.
  • the required buoyancy is then achieved by dropping a buoyancy weight so that buoyancy means that can be activated can be dispensed with.
  • Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation for explaining the invention.
  • 1 denotes an anchor mine, which is connected via an anchor rope 2 (or an anchor chain) to a weight (anchor chair) 4 standing on the seabed 3.
  • An underwater drone 5, which is connected via a cable 6 to the mine hunting boat, not shown, is controlled in the vicinity of the anchor line 2.
  • the drone 5 is connected to the mine clearing device 100 according to the invention via a delivery rod 7.
  • the drone 5 When the drone 5 approaches the anchor rope 2, the latter is pressed by the inlet rails 101, 102 into a clamping device (not shown in FIG. 1). As soon as the anchor rope 2 is in the clamping device of the mine clearing device 100, the drone 5 with the delivery rod 7 releases from the mine clearing device 100 and the mine clearing device 100 rises according to the invention without activatable buoyancy means along the anchor rope 2 to the mine 1.
  • Fig. 2 shows the mine clearing device according to the invention in detail.
  • the inlet rails are again designated 101 and 102. These inlet rails are located on the lead housing 103, the head part of which is identified by 104 and the lower part by 105.
  • the clamping device essentially consists of the clamping levers 107 and 108 arranged on the head part of the housing 104 and of the clamping levers 109 and 110 arranged on the lower part of the housing and only partially visible.
  • the clamping levers are each about pivot points 111, 112 (for those on the lower part of the housing 105 arranged clamping levers, these pivot points are not visible) movable.
  • Clamping lever guides 113 are located between the clamping levers 107 and 108 or 109 and 110.
  • the respective clamping lever guide 113 has a pin 114, 115 which engage in guide slots 116, 117 in the respective clamping lever 114, 115.
  • a locking pin 126 engages in a longitudinal groove 127 of the buoyancy weight 119 and ensures that the clamping levers 107 to 110 are relieved of weight.
  • the delivery rod 7 (FIG. 1) is connected at its end facing the mine clearing device 100 to the mine clearing device 100 via an adapter 119, the buoyancy weight 118 and the clamping levers 107 to 110.
  • Adapter 119 and delivery rod 7 are fastened to one another by means of a pin 128.
  • the underwater drone 5 (FIG. 1) is brought to the anchor rope or anchor chain and attached with the mine clearing device 100.
  • the anchor rope 2 presses against the clamping lever guide 113 and, due to the obliquely outwardly directed guide slots 116, 117, causes the clamping lever 107, 108 to clasp the anchor rope.
  • the drone 5 now moves backwards, it pulls the adapter 119 and the buoyancy weight 118 back in addition to the delivery rod 7. As soon as the safety pin 126 connected to the mine clearing device 100 no longer engages in the longitudinal groove 127 of the buoyancy weight 118, the latter slips through a sleeve 129 of the adapter and falls onto the seabed.
  • the buoyancy caused by the loss of the buoyancy weight 118 ensures that the mine clearing device 100 ascends along the anchor rope 2 to the mine 1, the aim being that the mine clearing device approaches the mine vessel as far as possible. in order to achieve the best possible effect of the active charge 124 installed in the mine clearing device 100.
  • electronics 121 located in the clearing device are activated, which, after a dead time phase, which serves to remove the delivery drone 5 from the clearing location, enables the two active charges 124, 125 in the mine clearing device 100 by means of acoustically coded sonar signals during one to ignite after a certain period of time after the clinging process.
  • the active charge 124 built into the mine clearing device 100 acts in the direction of the mine vessel and is intended to destroy it. If this does not succeed because the distance between the clearing device 100 and the sump 1 is too large, the anchor rope 2 of the mine 1 is severed by a second built-in cutting charge 125, so that the mine can float, where it is then cleared on the surface by bombardment.
  • a target area lighting device (not shown here) is released by the clearing device 100, which floats to the surface and illuminates the target area, so that mines destroyed by the active charge 124 cannot be cleared at night after floating .

Abstract
