Claims (1)

  1. Dispositif de support autonome et interchangeable pour un corps de support (7, 8), susceptible d'être basculé, réglé et fixé, d'éléments de guidage (3a, 3b) pour un produit à laminer, en particulier de l'acier profilé sur des cages de laminage, ces corps de support pouvant être reliés à des poutres de support (16, 17) mobiles en montée et en descente, entraînées par des moteurs de levage (18, 19) et agencées transversalement à la direction de laminage, respectivement au-dessus et au-dessous de la ligne de laminage sur les paires de montants de support (1b, 1c) de la cage de laminage,
    caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les poutres de support (16, 17) sont guidées par leurs deux extrémités (16b, 17b) au moyen de gorges de guidage dans des rails de guidage des montants de support (1b, 1c) de la cage de laminage;
    b) des corps de support (7, 8) sont respectivement agencés sur une poutre de support additionnelle particulière (9, 10);
    c) les poutres de support (16, 17) comportent un évasement (16a, 17a) en saillie en direction des cylindres entre les montants de support (1b, 1c), ouvert en direction de la poutre de support additionnelle (9, 10) et englobant celle-ci;
    d) la poutre de support additionnelle (9, 10) peut être enfichée et fixée sur les poutres de support (16, 17) au moyen d'une liaison à fiche et à douille (21, 20) en direction de la cage de laminoir, et peut être extraite en direction opposée hors de cette position de travail, les fiches (21) étant agencées sur la poutre de support additionnelle (9, 10);
    e) les fiches (21) présentent une extension en forme de collerette (21a) sur le côté éloigné de la poutre de support (16, 17), les corps de support (7, 8) des éléments de guidage (3a, 3b) pour le produit à laminer pouvant être enfichés sur lesdits prolongements en forme de collerette (21a), ces corps de support comportant des douilles d'enfichage correspondantes;
    f) des verrous de blocage à coin, actionnables au moyen d'un fluide sous pression, sont agencés aux deux extrémités (16b, 17b) de la poutre de support (16, 17), ces verrous sollicitant des surfaces d'appui (9b, 10b) prévues aux extrémités (9a, 10a) de la poutre de support additionnelle (9, 10) dans la direction d'enfichage de la poutre de support additionnelle (9, 10).
