Claims (20)

  1. Dispositif formant ouvreuse pour ouvrir des balles de fibres pressées, par exemple des balles de coton ou des balles de fibranne et analogues, dans lequel il est prévu des cylindres ouvreurs à bande vitesse (5, 6), les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) contenant des disques dentés ou des pointes coopèrent avec une grille (3, 4) dont les barreaux sont situés entre les disques dentés ou les pointes des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6), le dispositif formant ouvreuse étant mobile et les balles de fibres étant fixes, et les dents (5a, 6a) ou les pointes des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) pénétrant simultanément et par le haut dans les balles de fibres et les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) se déplaçant l'un vers l'autre dans le domaine de la surface des balles, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) et/ou les barreaux de la grille (3, 4) peuvent être réglés verticalement et les uns par rapport aux autres de telle manière qu'au cours de l'avance (B) et du recul (A), lors de l'enlèvement, les dents (5a, 6a) ou les pointes des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) pénètrent sur une profondeur différente dans les balles de fibres (1) afin qu'il soit possible d'obtenir un enlèvement régulier par les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6).

  3. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) sont disposés sur une bascule déplaçable (11).
  4. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) sont déplaçable chacun après l'avance complète (B) ou le recul complet (A).
  5. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications, 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, pendant un passage, le cylindre ouvreur (5, 6) disposé à l'avant dans le sens de la marche (A ; B) pénètre plus profondément dans les balles que le cylindre ouvreur (5, 6) disposé à l'arrière.
  6. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les grilles (3, 4) restent à la même hauteur.
  7. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une grille (3, 4) spécifique est associée à chaque cylindre ouvreur (5, 6), les extrémités ouvertes des barreaux de grille étant tournées les unes vers les autres, et en ce qu'il est prévu des dispositifs de réglage (13, 14) pour le déplacement vertical des grilles (3, 4) l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  8. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des dispositifs de réglage (16, 17, 18) pour le déplacement vertical (Z₁, Z₂) des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) et des grilles (3, 4).
  9. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) et les grilles (3, 4) peuvent tourner autour d'un ce horizontal commun (18).
  10.   11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement vertical des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) et/ou des grilles (3, 4) a lieu pendant l'enlèvement des flocons de fibres des balles de fibres (1).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, pour la mesure de la consommation de courant, on utilise un transducteur de mesure (23a, 23b) ou analogue qui est associé aux moteurs d'entraînement (21, 22) pour les cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une génératrice tachymétrique est associée à chacun des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'à chacun des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6) est associé un résolveur incrémentiel qui consiste en un disque à fentes (28) rotatif, associé au cylindre ouvreur (5, 6), et en un capteur fixe (29).
  15. Dispositif formant ouvreuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des dispositifs de réglage (11 ; 20) pour le déplacement vertical d'au moins l'un des cylindres ouvreurs (5, 6).
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres presseurs (8a, 8b, 8c) sont déplaçables en direction verticale.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des dispositifs de réglage (16, 17, 18 ; 32, 33, 34 ; 32b, 32e) pour le déplacement d'au moins l'un des cylindres presseurs (8a, 8b, 8c).
  18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres presseurs (8a, 8b, 8c) peuvent être déplacés ou peuvent tourner (17, 18) en même temps que le boîtier (2).
