Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊绒开松装置，包括开松室，在开松室的内部设有开松盘，传动轴从开松室的上表面伸入到开松室内部与开松盘固定连接，在开松室的上表面设有电机，电机转轴上的转盘与露在开松室外部的传动轴上的传盘通过皮带连接，在开松室的上表面还设有进料道，进料道与开松室内部相连通，所述开松盘由一“米”字型骨架与盘箍组成，盘箍套在骨架的外侧与骨架一体成型，骨架的上下表面均设有若干拨叉，本发明能够快速将粘裹在一起的块状羊绒打松，并且通过进气道送气使进料道内产生负压，使上料更加方便。

技术领域
本发明属于羊绒加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种羊绒开松装置。
背景技术
在当今的社会随着人们生活水平的不断提高羊绒制品的需求越来越旺盛，然而羊绒的生产加工过程就变的越来越重要，若某一道工序的处理出现问题则会严重影响羊绒质量，在生产加工的过程中羊绒中会混有一些杂质与碎屑，因此就需要对其进行清洗，然而清洗后的羊绒很容易粘裹在一起结成块状，不利于后续工序的加工，因此如何使清洗过后的羊绒开松便成了迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决现上述问题，本发明提供了一种羊绒开松装置，能够将粘裹在一起的块状羊绒打松，并且上料方便。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种羊绒开松装置，包括开松室，在开松室的内部设有开松盘，传动轴从开松室的上表面伸入到开松室内部与开松盘固定连接，在开松室的上表面设有电机，电机转轴上的转盘与露在开松室外部的传动轴上的转盘通过皮带连接，在开松室的上表面还设有进料道，进料道与开松室内部相连通，所述开松盘由一“米”字型骨架与盘箍组成，盘箍套在骨架的外侧与骨架一体成型，骨架的上下表面均设有若干拨叉。
进一步的，在进料道的中段外侧壁上还设有进气管，所述进气管与进料道相连通进气管向上倾斜，进气管的内部设有进气风扇。
进一步的，所述拨叉在骨架的骨干上下表面交错设置。
进一步的，所述进料道的上端设有漏斗。
进一步的，所述拨叉采用不锈钢材质。
进一步的，所述进气管与进料道的连通处设有滤网。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：能够快速将粘裹在一起的块状羊绒打松，并且通过进气道送气使进料道内产生负压，使上料更加方便。

为了进一步描述本发明的技术特点和效果，以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述。
参照图1-图2所示，一种羊绒开松装置，包括开松室1，在开松室1的内部设有开松盘2，传动轴3从开松室1的上表面伸入到开松室1内部与开松盘2固定连接，在开松室1的上表面设有电机4，电机4转轴上的转盘与露在开松室外部的传动轴上的转盘通过皮带连接，在开松室1的上表面还设有进料道5，进料道5与开松室1内部相连通，所述开松盘2由一“米”字型骨架21与盘箍22组成，盘箍22套在骨架21的外侧与骨架21一体成型，骨架21的上下表面均设有若干拨叉6。
由于羊绒体积大，分量轻，在进料的时候多有不便，为了能更顺畅的进料，在进料道5的中段外侧壁上还设有进气管7，所述进气管7与进料道5相连通进气管7向上倾斜，进气管7的内部设有进气风扇8，这样就会在进料道5内产生负压，羊绒就很容易放入。
为了使开松更加均匀，所述拨叉6在骨架21的骨干23上下表面交错设置。
为了方便上料，所述进料道5的上端设有漏斗9。
进一步的，所述拨叉6采用不锈钢材质。
为了阻止羊绒进入进气管7，所述进气管7与进料道5的连通处设有滤网10。
使用的时候先通过进料道5进行加料，在进气扇8的作用下进料道5内会产生一定的负压，使放料更加容易，放料完毕后将进料道5的道口封闭，由电机4带动开松盘2转动，开松盘2上的拨叉6会不停的将结成块的羊绒打撒对羊绒进行开松。

1.一种羊绒开松装置，其特征在于：包括开松室（1），在开松室（1）的内部设有开松盘（2），传动轴（3）从开松室（1）的上表面伸入到开松室(1)内部与开松盘(2)固定连接，在开松室(1)的上表面设有电机(4)，电机(4)转轴上的转盘与露在开松室外部的传动轴上的转盘通过皮带连接，在开松室（1）的上表面还设有进料道（5），进料道（5）与开松室（1）内部相连通，所述开松盘（2）由一“米”字型骨架（21）与盘箍（22）组成，盘箍（22）套在骨架（21）的外侧与骨架（21）一体成型，骨架（21）的上下表面均设有若干拨叉（6）；在进料道（5）的中段外侧壁上还设有进气管（7），所述进气管（7）与进料道（5）相连通，进气管（7）向上倾斜，进气管（7）的内部设有进气风扇（8）；所述拨叉（6）在骨架（21）的骨干（23）上下表面交错设置。
