目前市场上羽绒加工行业对高档羽绒质量要求越来越高，分选高蓬松率的绒朵是行业发展的必经手段，由于鹅、鸭种类多，饲养宰杀的方法不一样，羽绒的品质高低不同，收购时又混在一起。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种羽绒分选装置，设备结构简单，易操作，分选效率高。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
一种羽绒分选装置，包括有外筒、搅拌装置、喂料口、排料口、电机、分选箱、分选管道、收集箱和风机，所述的外筒外侧设有喂料口和排料口，其内部设有搅拌装置与电机相连接，所述的外筒上设有分选箱，所述的分选箱上设有2个分选口与分选管道连通，所述的分选管道连接到收集箱，所述的收集箱通过管道与风机相连接。
收购的毛坯羽绒从喂料口进入，启动搅拌装置和风机，羽绒被搅拌后，高蓬松率的绒朵通过风机的吸力，从分选箱内分选口进入收集箱，与风机连接的管道口设有筛网，糅合在羽绒里的灰尘通过风机呗帅选除去。

如图1所示一种羽绒分选装置，包括有外筒(1)、搅拌装置(2)、喂料口(3)、排料口(4)、电机(5)、分选箱(6)、分选管道(7)、收集箱(8)和风机(9)，所述的外筒(1)外侧设有喂料口(3)和排料口(4)，其内部设有搅拌装置(2)与电机(5)相连接，所述的外筒(1)上设有分选箱(6)，所述的分选箱(6)上设有2个分选口与分选管道(7)连通，所述的分选管道(7)连接到收集箱(8)，所述的收集箱(8)通过管道与风机(9)相连接。收购的毛坯羽绒从喂料口进入，启动搅拌装置和风机，羽绒被搅拌后，高蓬松率的绒朵通过风机的吸力，从分选箱内分选口进入收集箱，与风机连接的管道口设有筛网，糅合在羽绒里的灰尘通过风机呗帅选除去，本实用新型具有结构简单，易操作，分选效率高等优点。
