本发明公开一种带有搅拌装置的吸尘反应系统,包括吸尘装置和反应釜,反应釜的顶部设有投料口,吸尘装置包括吸尘罩和抽气装置,吸尘罩位于投料口上方,吸尘罩和抽气装置之间通过吸尘管连接,抽气装置包括内设有活塞的抽气筒,该活塞连接有活塞杆,活塞杆一端伸出抽气筒后端并与丝杆电机连接,丝杆电机的丝杆伸入套筒状的活塞杆内并与之螺纹连接,反应釜内设置有搅拌主轴,搅拌主轴的上部伸出反应釜,搅拌主轴上安装有搅拌桨,搅拌桨包括呈V字形的搅拌叶,搅拌叶的下侧设有搅拌侧片,本发明可在投料过程中对漂浮在投料口处的粉状原料进行抽吸,避免粉状原料飞扬,保证工人的身体健康和工厂的安全生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料加工领域,具体涉及一种带有搅拌装置的吸尘反应系统。
背景技术
反应釜是综合反应容器,广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品等生产型用户和各种科研实验项目的研究,反应釜广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、医药、食品等领域,其通过搅拌装置对物料进行搅拌混合,使反应釜中的物料更加均匀的分布以加速物料反应,保证反应釜中的物料按照既定反应条件,进行既定的化学反应,在复合材料加工领域,进料时需要将各原料倒入反应釜中搅拌混合,因为材料均为粉末状,在加料过程中会产生大量飞扬的粉尘,在搅拌过程中,因为搅拌桨不能稳定工作,也会产生大量粉尘,这些化学粉尘对工人的身体健康和工厂的安全生产有极大的危害,现有技术多采用在厂房周围加排气扇的方式除尘,这种方式做不到很好的除尘效果。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提出一种在投料时能有效吸除投料口上方漂浮的粉尘的一种带有搅拌装置的吸尘反应系统。
技术方案如下:
一种带有搅拌装置的吸尘反应系统,包括吸尘装置和反应釜,其中反应釜的顶部设有投料口,其关键在于:所述吸尘装置包括吸尘罩和抽气装置,所述吸尘罩与抽气装置之间通过吸尘管连接,所述吸尘罩位于所述投料口上方;
所述反应釜内设置有搅拌主轴,该搅拌主轴的上部伸出所述反应釜,所述搅拌主轴上安装有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨包括呈V字形的搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶的下侧设有搅拌侧片,所述搅拌侧片的上端与所述搅拌叶的下端固定连接;
所述抽气装置包括抽气筒,在该抽气筒内设有活塞,该活塞连接有活塞杆,该活塞杆的一端伸出所述抽气筒的后端面,该活塞杆的伸出端连接有丝杆电机,所述活塞杆呈套筒状,所述丝杆电机的丝杆伸入套筒状的所述活塞杆内并与之螺纹连接,所述吸尘管的一端与抽气筒的前端面连接,在所述抽气筒的前端面连接有排尘管,在所述吸尘管和排尘管上分别设有截止阀。
采用本技术方案的有益效果是投料时产生的浮沉可通过吸尘装置吸除,大大降低了浮沉可能带来的生成安全隐患和健康隐患,反应釜内部设置的带有搅拌侧片的搅拌桨能降低搅拌时的盲区,使物料混合更均匀。
进一步,上述吸尘罩呈漏斗状,该吸尘罩的咀部与所述吸尘管接通,该吸尘罩的罩口覆盖有第一滤网,在吸尘罩的罩口边缘设置有三个扣片,所述扣片一端固定在所述吸尘罩的外壁上,所述扣片的另一端向内弯折并扣住所述第一滤网。采用本发明的有益效果是被吸附到滤网上的粉尘可回收,降低了原材料的损耗率。
上所述排尘管的出气口处安装有第二滤网。采用本发明的有益效果是排出的尾气经第二滤网进一步过滤除去粉尘,避免污染环境。
在所述吸尘管上安装有调节阀,该调节阀靠近所述吸尘罩。采用本发明的有益效果是可根据需要调节吸尘罩上方的风力大小。
上述搅拌叶上设有凸点。采用本发明的有益效果是增大搅拌时物料和桨叶的摩擦力,搅拌更均匀,同时物料不易粘附在搅拌叶上。
有益效果:采用本发明的有益效果是投料过程中,对漂浮在投料口处的粉状原料进行抽吸,避免粉状原料飞扬,保证工人的身体健康和工厂的安全生产,反应釜内部设置的带有搅拌侧片的搅拌桨能降低搅拌时的盲区,使物料混合更均匀,吸附后的粉尘可通过吸尘罩上方的滤网回收,降低了物料的损耗率,而排尘管上的滤网能起到防止污染环境的作用。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,一种带有搅拌装置的吸尘反应系统,包括吸尘装置和反应釜,其中反应釜的顶部设有投料口1,所述吸尘装置包括吸尘罩6和抽气装置8,所述吸尘罩6与抽气装置8之间通过吸尘管5连接,所述吸尘罩6位于所述投料口1上方。
所述反应釜内设置有搅拌主轴2,该搅拌主轴2的上部伸出所述反应釜,所述搅拌主轴2上安装有搅拌桨4,所述搅拌桨4包括呈V字形的搅拌叶41,所述搅拌叶41的下侧设有搅拌侧片42,所述搅拌侧片42的上端与所述搅拌叶41的下端固定连接,所述搅拌叶41上设有凸点43。
所述抽气装置8包括抽气筒81,在该抽气筒81内设有活塞82,该活塞82连接有活塞杆83,该活塞杆83的一端伸出所述抽气筒81的后端面,该活塞杆83的伸出端连接有丝杆电机84,所述活塞杆83呈套筒状,所述丝杆电机84的丝杆伸入套筒状的所述活塞杆83内并与之螺纹连接,所述吸尘管5的一端与抽气筒81的前端面连接,在所述抽气筒81的前端面连接有排尘管9,在所述吸尘管5和排尘管9上分别设有截止阀7。
从图中还可以看出,所述吸尘罩6呈漏斗状,该吸尘罩6的咀部与所述吸尘管5接通,该吸尘罩6的罩口覆盖有第一滤网3,在吸尘罩6的罩口边缘设置有三个扣片12,所述扣片12一端固定在所述吸尘罩6的外壁上,所述扣片12的另一端向内弯折并扣住所述第一滤网3,在所述排尘管9的出气口处安装有第二滤网10,在所述吸尘管5上安装有调节阀11,该调节阀11靠近所述吸尘罩6。

1.一种带有搅拌装置的吸尘反应系统,包括吸尘装置和反应釜,其中反应釜的顶部设有投料口(1),其特征在于:所述吸尘装置包括吸尘罩(6)和抽气装置(8),所述吸尘罩(6)与抽气装置(8)之间通过吸尘管(5)连接,所述吸尘罩(6)位于所述投料口(1)上方;
所述反应釜内设置有搅拌主轴(2),该搅拌主轴(2)的上部伸出所述反应釜,所述搅拌主轴(2)上安装有搅拌桨(4),所述搅拌桨(4)包括呈V字形的搅拌叶(41),所述搅拌叶(41)的下侧设有搅拌侧片(42),所述搅拌侧片(42)的上端与所述搅拌叶(41)的下端固定连接;
所述抽气装置(8)包括抽气筒(81),在该抽气筒(81)内设有活塞(82),该活塞(82)连接有活塞杆(83),该活塞杆(83)的一端伸出所述抽气筒(81)的后端面,该活塞杆(83)的伸出端连接有丝杆电机(84),所述活塞杆(83)呈套筒状,所述丝杆电机(84)的丝杆伸入套筒状的所述活塞杆(83)内并与之螺纹连接,所述吸尘管(5)的一端与抽气筒(81)的前端面连接,在所述抽气筒(81)的前端面连接有排尘管(9),在所述吸尘管(5)和排尘管(9)上分别设有截止阀(7);
