Claims (9)

  1. Appareil pour amener une étoffe à une découpeuse pour un faible nombre de couches, qui forme une surface de travail,
    dans lequel au moins deux paliers de rotation (6) destinés chacun à une balle d'étoffe (16) sont disposés sur un châssis (3), dans lequel on prévoit un soutirage d'un pan d'étoffe (22, 23, 24) de chacune des balles d'étoffe par rotation de la balle d'étoffe autour d'un axe de rotation (7), on prévoit une possibilité de coulissement alternatif de la balle d'étoffe dans la direction de l'axe de rotation et on prévoit une alimentation du pan d'étoffe à la découpeuse pour faible nombre de couches,
    dans lequel les deux paliers de rotation (6) sont entraînés conjointement ou simultanément et les deux pans d'étoffe correspondants (22, 23, 24) sont superposés l'un à l'autre lors de leur alimentation à la découpeuse pour faible nombre de couches, et
    dans lequel sous le palier de rotation (6) est prévue une bande transporteuse d'alimentation (2) entraînée munie d'un tronçon d'alimentation rectiligne (1) vers la découpeuse pour faible nombre de couches,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque palier de rotation (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'une auge munie d'une paroi transporteuse (15) entraînable (19), et que chaque palier de rotation en auge (6) est prévu sur un chariot à auge (8) qui est déplaçable en va-et-vient et entraîné (13) sur le châssis (3) dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (7) de la balle d'étoffe, les parois de transport des auges étant entraînées à la même vitesse,
    que la surface de travail de la découpeuse est formée par le brin supérieur d'une bande transporteuse et que la vitesse de bande de la bande transporteuse d'alimentation (2) est accordée à la vitesse de bande de la bande transporteuse de la découpeuse,
    que, sur le chemin de déplacement d'un bord d'extrémité de chacun des pans d'étoffe (22, 23, 24), après l'auge correspondante, agit un dispositif palpeur de bord (36) qui fonctionne en commandant l'entraînement (13) du chariot à auge correspondant (8),
    qu'un ajustage des bords des pans d'étoffe s'avançant vers la bande transporteuse d'alimentation est effectué, et
    qu'il est prévu un entraînement commandé (19, 4) propre ou séparé pour chaque palier en auge (6), pour chaque chariot d'auge (8) et pour la bande transporteuse d'alimentation (2) ainsi que la bande transporteuse de la découpeuse.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi transporteuse entraînable (15) est formée de convoyeurs en auge (17) disposés parallèlement entre eux et à distance les uns des autres et s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (7) de la balle d'étoffe.
  3. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la paroi de l'auge, sont prévus des rouleaux d'appui (17) qui sont montés fous, sont parallèles entre eux, s'étendent perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (7) des balles d'étoffe et sont portés par une tringlerie d'appui (28, 29) qui peut être soulevée et abaissée en relation de la paroi transporteuse entraînable (15).
  4. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à une première extrémité de l'auge est prévue une butée (32) traversant l'auge et propre à pivoter transversalement à l'axe de rotation (7) de la balle d'étoffe, et en ce qu'à la seconde extrémité de l'auge est prévue une pièce de poussée (34) traversant l'auge et propre à coulisser dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (7) de la balle d'étoffe, et sur laquelle agit une tige de manoeuvre (37) qui se termine à la première extrémité de l'auge.
  5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à une extrémité de l'auge, le bord d'extrémité de l'auge est réalisé sous la forme de rouleaux d'introduction (26) montés fous et s'étendant transversalement à l'axe de rotation (7) de la balle d'étoffe.
  6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, sur le chemin de déplacement de chaque pan d'étoffe (22, 23, 24), agit un dispositif de détection (38), et en ce que chaque dispositif de détection fonctionne en commandant l'entraînement (17) de chaque palier de rotation en auge (6).
  7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir du dessous de chaque auge, un dispositif de détection agit dans l'auge et en ce que chaque dispositif de détection fonctionne en commandant l'entraînement des paliers de rotation en auge.
  8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des manettes de commande (41) et des boutons de commande (40) sont disposés du côté de l'appareil, associé à chaque fois à une extrémité des auges.
  9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un encodeur d'impulsions monté sur la découpeuse pour faible nombre de couches est couplé, par un dispositif de liaison électrique, à un dispositif de commande pour un mode de fonctionnement de l'appareil.
