Selbstklebeetikett mit einer an seiner klebstofffreien Oberfläche befestigten, aus einer flexiblen Folie bestehenden Aufhängelasche (1), von der ein erster Bereich (1A) fest mit dem Etikett (2) verbunden ist und ein zweiter Bereich (1B) lose auf dem Etikett (2) aufliegt. Die dem Etikett (2) zugewandte Oberfläche der Aufhängelasche (1) weist eine durchgehende Klebstoffschicht auf, die in dem zweiten Bereich (1B) von einer nichtklebenden Schicht bedeckt ist. Dadurch wird die Herstellung vereinfacht und die mechanische Belastbarkeit der Aufhängelasche erhöht.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Selbstklebeetikett mit einer an seiner klebstofffreien Oberfläche befestigten aus einer flexiblen Folie bestehen­den Aufhängelasche, von der ein erster Bereich fest mit dem Etikett ver­bunden ist und ein zweiter Bereich lose auf dem Etikett aufliegt.
  • Ein Selbstklebeetikett dieser Art ist aus den Unterlagen des deutschen Gebrauchsmusters G 87 05 092.7 bekannt. Mit dem bekannten Selbstklebe­etikett können Gegenstände, insbesondere Arzneimittelflaschen, automa­tisch etikettiert werden. Das heißt, die mit den Etiketten belegte Träger­folie wird über eine Spendelippe gezogen, wobei die Etiketten sich mit ihrer vorauslaufenden Kante abheben, von einem Walzwerk gegriffen und auf einen Gegenstand, wie beispielsweise eine Arzneiampulle, gepreßt werden. Mit dem bekannten Selbstklebeetikett können daher Gegenstände, wie etwa Arzneimittelampullen, in einem automatischen Vorgang sowohl etikettiert als auch mit einer Aufhängelasche versehen werden.
  • Bei dem bekannten Etikett ist die Aufhängelasche durch partielles Ver­schweißen mit dem Etikett verbunden. Diese Technik ist jedoch nur bei bestimmten Materialien, nämlich bei schweißbaren Materialien, anwend­bar. Infolge des Schweißvorganges ist die Etikettenherstellung vergleichs­weise aufwendig und teuer.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, das eingangs genannte Selbstklebeetikett dahingehend zu verbessern, daß es schnell und somit billig herstellbar ist, auch aus nicht-schweißbaren Materialen gefertigt werden kann und zugleich eine größere Belastungsfähigkeit der Aufhänge­lasche aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist dadurch gelöst, daß die dem Etikett zugewandte Ober­fläche der Aufhängelasche eine durchgehende Klebstoffschicht aufweist, die in dem zweiten Bereich von einer nichtklebenden Schicht bedeckt ist.
  • Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, daß durch die Verwendung der Klebstoffschicht in dem ersten Bereich und dem dadurch hervorgerufenen Verkleben zwischen dem ersten Bereich der Aufhängelasche und dem Eti­kett eine sichere Verbindung hergestellt werden kann, insbesondere, wenn ein Kleber verwendet wird, der eine besondere Festigkeit gegen Scherkräfte aufweist. Das erfindungsgemäße Etikett kann daher auch für größere und somit schwerere Arzneimittelflaschen verwendet werden, ohne daß die Gefahr bestünde, daß die Aufhängelasche ausreißen könnte. Hinsichtlich der Verwendung von Materialien besteht praktisch keine Einschränkung. Insbesondere ist die Verwendung von Polyester vorteilhaft. Überraschenderweise hat sich auch gezeigt, daß die Etikettenherstellung vereinfacht wird, obwohl eine partielle klebende Schicht erzeugt werden muß. Dadurch, daß jedoch erfindungsgemäß die dem Etikett zugewandte Oberfläche der Aufhängelasche eine durchgehende Klebstoffschicht aufweist und nur in dem zweiten Bereich von einer nichtklebenden Schicht bedeckt ist, eignet sich das Selbstklebeetikett gemäß der Erfindung für die automatische Herstellung unter vergleichsweise geringem technischen Aufwand.
  • Vorzugsweise weist der lose aufliegende Bereich die Form eines Bügels auf, der von dem Etikett abgehoben werden kann. Dieser lose Bereich dient gewissermaßen als Aufhängeöse.
  • Vorzugsweise besteht die Aufhängelasche aus transparentem Material. Da­durch wird das Erscheinungsbild des eigentlichen Etiketts durch die Auf­hängelasche, die kaum auffällt, nicht beeinträchtigt, insbesondere dann, wenn nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sowohl die Kleb­stoffschicht als auch die nichtklebende Schicht an der Aufhängelasche transparent sind. Die Transparenz der Aufhängelasche ermöglicht des wei­ teren die Möglichkeit, diese großflächig an dem Etikett derart anzubrin­gen, daß das Etikett weitgehend überdeckt wird. Die Lesbarkeit der Be­schriftung des Etiketts bleibt dabei erhalten. Durch die großflächige An­ordnung der Aufhängelasche wird eine sichere Haftverbindung zwischen der Aufhängelasche und dem Etikett erreicht. Auch das Abheben des freien bügelförmigen Bereichs wird erleichtert, wenn die Aufhängelasche möglichst groß ist, also das eigentliche Etikett weitgehend überdeckt.
  • Das Abheben des lose aufliegenden Bereichs der Aufhängelasche wird des weiteren dadurch erleichtert, daß dieser zumindest teilweise über den Rand des Etiketts etwas übersteht. An der überstehenden Stelle kann der lose Bereich der Aufhängelasche leicht gegriffen und angehoben werden.
  • Das Anheben des bügelförmigen Teils der Aufhängelasche wird des weiteren dadurch erleichtert, daß zwischen dem ersten Bereich und dem zweiten bügelförmigen Bereich ein Durchbruch in der Aufhängelasche vorgesehen ist.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand des in den Figuren 1 bis 3 sche­matisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Figur 1: ein Selbstklebeetikett auf einer Träger­folie;
    • Figur 2: das Selbstklebeetikett der Figur 1, ange­bracht auf einer Arzneiampulle;
    • Figur 3: eine weitere Trägerfolie bestückt mit einer Aufhängelasche.
  • In Figur 1 ist ein Selbstklebeetikett 2 zu erkennen, das auf der silikoni­sierten Glattschicht einer Trägerfolie 3 vorübergehend haftet. Das Eti­kett 2 trägt einen üblichen Aufdruck, der in der Zeichnung symbolisch durch die Buchstabenfolgen A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H angedeutet ist. An der Oberfläche des Etiketts 2 ist eine Aufhängelasche 1 befestigt. Sowohl das Etikett 2 als auch die Aufhängelasche 1 bestehen aus Polyester. Die Aufhängelasche 1, die das Etikett weitgehend überdeckt, ist transparent, so daß die darunterliegende Beschriftung des Etiketts 2 durch die Auf­hängelasche 1 hindurch gut lesbar ist.
  • Die Aufhängelasche 1 besteht aus einem bügelförmigen Teil 1B (in der Zeichnung zum Zwecke der Hervorhebung gepunktet), der nur lose auf dem Etikett aufliegt und von diesem abgebogen werden kann. Die Aufhängelasche 1 weist ferner einen zweiten Bereich 1A auf, der mit dem Etikett 2 verklebt ist, um so einen sicheren Halt zwischen der Aufhängelasche 1 und dem Etikett 2 zu gewährleisten. Der lose aufliegende Bügel 1B des Etiketts steht an der oberen Kante des Etiketts etwas vor, so daß er dort ohne Mühe gegriffen werden kann. Das Greifen wird insbesondere dadurch erleichtert, daß der bügelförmige Bereich 1B durch einen Durchbruch 7 in der Aufhängelasche von dem festgeklebten Bereich 1A getrennt ist. Da die Aufhängelasche 1 aus einer flexiblen Materialschicht besteht, kann das Etikett in der üblichen Weise verarbeitet werden, d.h. die Trägerfolie 3 wird über eine Spendelippe gezogen, so daß sich das Etikett 2 samt seiner Aufhängelasche 1 von dem Trägerband mit seiner vorauslaufenden Kante abhebt und von den bekannten Verarbeitungsmaschinen gegriffen und verarbeitet werden kann.
  • Figur 2 zeigt das Etikett 2, angebracht auf einer Arzneiampulle 4, die für eine Infusion zur Verfügung steht, und aus diesem Grunde auf dem Kopf, d.h. mit dem Auslaß nach unten, gezeichnet ist. Es ist ersichtlich, daß der bügelförmige Bereich 1B der Aufhängelasche 1 von dem Etikett 2 abgehoben und entlang den gestrichelten Linien 5, die die Grenzlinien zwischen dem Bereich 1A und dem Bereich 1B darstellen, umgebogen ist, so daß der bügelförmige Bereich 1B als freier Aufhänger für die Arznei­mittelampulle 4 zur Verfügung steht.
  • Die Herstellung des Selbstklebeetiketts wird nachfolgend anhang der Fi­gur 3 erläutert. Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere Trägerfolie 6 mit einer sili­konisierten Glattschicht, auf der eine Aufhängelasche 1 vorübergehend haftet. Wenngleich nur eine Aufhängelasche gezeigt ist, versteht es sich von selbst, daß auf der bandförmigen Endlosträgerfolie 6 in regelmäßigen Abständen derartige Aufhängelaschen angeordnet sind. Die Herstellung dieser Trägerfolie mit den Aufhängelaschen 1 geschieht wie folgt: eine mit einem Klebstoff mit besonders hoher Scherkraftbeständigkeit beschichtete Polyesterfolie wird auf das klebstoffabweisende Trägerband 6 auflaminiert. Vor dem Auflaminieren wird jedoch das Trägerband 6 an den Stellen, auf denen jewils der Bereich 1B der Aufhängelasche zu liegen kommt, mit einer transparenten, kaum auffallenden UV-härtenden Druckfarbe bedruckt. Der Klebstoff auf der Polyesterfolie nimmt die Druckfarbe in dem Bereich 1B an, wodurch die Klebwirkung in dem Be­reich 1B aufgehoben wird. Danach wird wie bei der Etikettenherstellung die Polyesterfolie ausgestanzt, so daß sie die Form der gezeigten Auf­hängelasche 1 annimmt. Bei dieser Stanzung wird die Trägerfolie von den Stanzwerkzeugen nicht durchdrungen. Bei einer zweiten Stanzung wird von der Seite der Trägerfolie her der Durchbruch 7 ausgestanzt.
  • Die Aufhängelasche gemäß Figur 3 kann von der Trägerfolie 6 in einem automatischen Spendeverfahren auf jedes beliebige Etikett 2 aufgeklebt werden. Durch die oben geschilderte Vorbehandlung der Trägerfolie 6 wird sichergestellt, daß die Aufhängelasche 1 nur in dem Bereich 1A klebt, in dem Bereich 1B jedoch nur lose aufliegt. Da die Trägerfolie zur Schaffung des Durchbruchs 7 ebenfalls durchstanzt ist, kann das Material aus dem Durchbruch 7 leicht automatisch entfernt werden (beispielsweise beim Aufwickeln).
  • Wie oben beschrieben weist das Verfahren zur Herstellung des Etiketts nur die bekannten Schritte des Auflaminierens, Bedruckens und Ausstan­zens auf, die automatisch und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit durchgeführt werden können. Komplizierte Schritte, wie etwa Verschweißungen, sind nicht erforderlich.

Claims (7)

1. Selbstklebeetikett mit einer an seiner klebstofffreien Oberfläche befestigten, aus einer flexiblen Folie bestehenden Aufhängelasche (1), von der ein erster Bereich (1A) fest mit dem Etikett (2) verbunden ist und ein zweiter Bereich (1B) lose auf dem Etikett (2) aufliegt, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß die dem Etikett (2) zugewandte Oberfläche der Auf­hängelasche (1) eine durchgehende Klebstoffschicht aufweist, die in dem zweiten Bereich (1B) von einer nichtklebenden Schicht bedeckt ist.
2. Selbstklebeetikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Bereich (1B) die Form eines Bügels aufweist, der von dem Eti­kett (2) abgehoben werden kann.
3. Selbstklebeetikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die Aufhängelasche (1) aus transparentem Material besteht.
4. Selbstklebeetikett nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffschicht und die nichtklebende Schicht transparent sind.
5. Selbstklebeetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängelasche (1) das Etikett (2) weitgehend über­deckt.
6. Selbstklebeetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß der zweite Bereich (1B) der Aufhängelasche (1) zumin­ dest teilweise über den Rand des Etiketts (2) übersteht.
7. Selbstklebeetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängelasche (1) zwischen dem ersten Bereich (1A) und dem zweiten Bereich (1B) einen Durchbruch (7) aufweist.
