Abstract

Ein Etikett für die Kennzeichnung von Behältern bestehend aus einer Deckschicht, einer mittleren haftvermittelnden Schicht und einer unteren Schutzfolie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teilstück der Deckschicht und der daran befindlichen haftvermittelnden Schicht aus dem Etikettt herauslösbar ist und die Schutzfolie eine Trennlinie aufweist, derart, daß ein Teilstück der Schutzfolie den herauslösbaren Teil der Deckschicht und der haftvermittelnden Schicht an wenigstens zwei Seiten überragt.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett für die Kennzeichnung von Behältern.
  • Behälter, in die Arzneimittel gefüllt werden, müssen mit permanent haftenden Etiketten versehen sein, damit das Arzneimittel, welches in dem Behälter ist, jederzeit eindeutig identifizierbar ist. Solche Etiketten werden daher mit einem Permanentkleber an den Behälter befestigt.
  • In einer Reihe von Krankenhäusern ist es erwünscht oder z.T. auch vorgeschrieben, daß z.B. bei einer Infusion an dem Bett des Patienten ein Hinweis angebracht wird, aus dem ersichtlich ist, was dem Patienten infundiert wird. Aus diesem Hinweis muß die genaue Bezeichnung und die Chargen-Nummer des Infusionsmittels ersichtlich sein, um besser kontrollieren zu können, was dem Patienten infundiert wird bzw. infundiert worden ist.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Etikett für die Kennzeichnung von Behältern bestehend aus einer Deckschicht, einer mittleren haftvermittelnden Schicht und einer unteren Schutzfolie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teilstück der Deckschicht und der daran befindlichen haftvermittelnden Schicht aus dem Etikettt herauslösbar ist und die Schutzfolie eine Trennlinie aufweist, derart, daß ein Teilstück der Schutzfolie den herauslösbaren Teil der Deckschicht und der haftvermittelnden Schicht an wenigstens zwei Seiten überragt.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung sind weiter Behälter, auf denen die erfindungsgemäßen Etiketten angebracht sind, die von der Schutzfolie nur noch das Teilstück enthalten.
  • Das Etikett läßt sich in bekannter Weise herstellen. So kann man die Deckschicht mit einem Haftklebestoff beschichten und anschließend die Schutzfolie aufbringen. Die Deckschicht besteht normalerweise aus Papier, welches bedruckt werden kann und vorzugsweise oberflächenvergütet ist. Für die haftvermittelnde Zwischenschicht kommen insbesondere Haftklebstoffe auf der Basis von Kautschuk, Polyacrylat, Polyvinylether oder Polyisobutylen in Betracht. Als Schutzfolie eignet sich besonders Silikonpapier.
  • Erfindungsgemäß enthält die Deckschicht des Etiketts einen Teilbereich, der mit der Deckschicht nicht direkt oder nur ganz lose verbunden ist, so daß der Teilbereich aus der Deckschicht abgezogen werden kann, ohne diese zu beschädigen.
  • Die Form des Teilstücks ist weitgehend variabel. Sie kann rund, oval oder rechteckig sein. Seine Größe sollte so sein, daß sie nur einen kleinen Teil (5 bis 15 %) der Deckschicht ausmacht. Zweckmäßigerweise wird das Teilstück von der Deckschicht eingeschlossen, es kann aber auch am Rand der Deckschicht liegen.
  • Das Teilstück der Schutzfolie bleibt beim Aufbringen des Etiketts auf den Behälter ebenso wie die anderen Teilstücke am Etikett und befindet sich am etikettierten Behälter zwischen dem herauslösbaren Teil der haftvermittelnden Schicht und der Oberfläche des Behälters. Das Teilstück der Schutzfolie überragt die Teilstücke der haftvermittelnden Schicht und der Deckschicht geringfügig an mindestens zwei Seiten, vorzugsweise an allen vier Seiten. Dadurch wird es möglich, das Teilstück der Deckschicht und der haftvermittelnden Schicht vom Behälter abzuziehen und dieses Teilstück woanders anzubringen.
  • Das neue Etikett kann in einem Arbeitsgang hergestellt werden, der die Bedruckung der Deckschicht (einschließlich des Teilbereichs) und die Ausstanzung sowohl der Deckschicht als auch der Schutzfolie einschließt.
  • Auf dem Etikett ist die Bezeichnung des Inhalts des Behälters aufgebracht, während auf dem Teilstück die wichtigsten Angaben angebracht sind, wie die Kennzeichnung des Inhalts, die Chargen-Nr. und ähnliches.
  • Das neue Etikett erleichtert z.B. die Kontrolle von Infusionen in Krankenhäusern ganz erheblich. Vor einer Infusion kann das Teilstück des Etiketts einfach von dem Behälter mit der Infusionslösung abgezogen und an dem Bett oder dem Krankenblatt eines Patienten angebracht werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend unter Hinweis auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert.
  • Fig. 1 stellt eine Draufsicht auf das Etikett dar. 2 ist die beschriftete Deckschicht und 4 die untere Schutzfolie. 5 ist das abziehbare Teilstück der Deckschicht. 8 ist das von oben nicht sichtbare Teilstück der Schutzfolie, das etwas größer ist als das abziehbare Teilstück 5. 7 ist die Trennlinie, die den herauslösbaren Teil der Schutzfolie von dem übrigen Teil der Schutzfolie trennt.
  • Fig. 2 ist ein Längsschnitt durch das Etikett. 2 ist die Deckschicht mit dem herauslösbaren Teilstück 5. 3 und 6 sind die entsprechenden haftvermittelnden Schichten. 4 ist die Schutzfolie mit dem Teilstück 8. Das Teilstück 8 hält den herauslösbaren Teil der Deckschicht mit dem Haftvermittler nach dem Aufbringen auf einen Behälter so lange fest, bis der herauslösbare Teil abgezogen wird.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt das vollständige Etikett auf dem Teilstück eines Behälters (1). Der größte Teil der Schutzfolie ist entfernt und der Haftvermittler 3 hält das Etikett 2 am Behälter fest. Zwischen dem abziehbaren Teilstück 5 mit dem Haftvermittler 6 liegt der Teil 8 der Schutzfolie, die etwas größer als 5 und 6 ist, damit sie beim Abziehen des Teilstücks 5 nicht mitabgezogen wird.

Claims (2)

  1. Etikett für die Kennzeichnung von Behältern (1), bestehend aus einer Deckschicht (2), einer mittleren haftvermittelnden Schicht (3) und einer unteren Schutzfolie (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teilstück (5) der Deckschicht (2) und der daran befindlichen haftvermittelnden Schicht (6) aus dem Etikettt herauslösbar ist und die Schutzfolie eine Trennlinie (7) aufweist, derart, daß ein Teilstück (8) der Schutzfolie (4) den herauslösbaren Teil der Deckschicht (5) und der haftvermittelnden Schicht (6) an wenigstens zwei Seiten überragt.
  2. Behälter, auf dem ein Etikett gemäß Anspruch 1 angebracht ist, welches von der Schutzfolie nur noch das Teilstück (8) enthält.
