Claims (12)
- Zug zur kontinuierlichen Erneuerung eines Eisenbahngleises, mit Transportwagen (16) für alte Schwellen (T1) und neue Schwellen (T2), einem in Form eines Eisenbahnwaggons aufgebautem Arbeitswagen, der an seinem den erwähnten Transportwagen (16) entgegengesetztem Ende mit einem Fahrgestell versehen ist, dessen Räder einziehbar und durch ein Raupenkettenfahrwerk (2) ersetzt sind, wenn der Zug arbeitet, wobei dieser Waggon (1) mit Mitteln zum Abbauen der alten Schienen (R1) und der alten Schwellen (T1) versehen ist und der erwähnte Zug ausserdem Mittel zum Verlegen neuer Schwellen (T2) und neuer Schienen (R2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlegungsmittel (19) für die neuen Schienen (R2) auf einer beweglichen Einheit (17) installiert sind, welche sich während der Erneuerungsarbeiten einerseits auf dem erwähnten Ende des Waggons (1), der sich hinter den erwähnten Transportwagen (16) befindet, und andererseits auf einem rollenden Träger (24, 26, 28) abstützt, welcher sich kontinuierlich auf dem neuen Gleis (R2) bewegt, und dass die erwähnte bewegliche Einheit (17) in der Ruhestellung bei Leerfahrt auf dem Waggon (1) aufgeladen ist.
- Zug zur kontinuierlichen Erneuerung eines Eisenbahngleises, mit Transportwagen (16) für alte Schwellen (T1) und neue Schwellen (T2), einem in Form eines Eisenbahnwaggons aufgebautem Arbeitswagen, der an seinem den erwähnten Transportwagen (16) entgegengesetztem Ende mit einem Fahrgestell versehen ist, dessen Räder einziehbar und durch ein Raupenkettenfahrwerk (2) ersetzt sind, wenn der Zug arbeitet, wobei dieser Waggon (1) mit Mitteln zum Verlegen neuer Schienen (R2) und neuer Schwellen (T2) versehen ist und der erwähnte Zug ausserdem Mittel zum Abbauen alter Schwellen (T1) und alter Schienen (R1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Abbauen (6) der alten Schienen (R1) auf einer beweglichen Einheit (17) installiert sind, welche sich während der Erneuerungsarbeiten einerseits auf dem erwähnten Ende des Waggons (1) und andererseits auf einem rollenden Träger (24, 26, 28) abstützt, welcher sich kontinuierlich auf dem alten Gleis (R1) bewegt, dass die erwähnten Transportwagen (16) sich am Ende des erwähnten Waggons (1) befinden und dass die erwähnte bewegliche Einheit (17) in Ruhestellung bei Leerfahrt auf dem Waggon (1) aufgeladen ist.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere Ende des erwähnten Waggons (1) an einem Materialwagen (12) angelenkt und ohne Fahrwerk ausgebildet ist und sich gelenkig auf dem Chassis des erwähnten Materialwagens (12) abstützt.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Einheit (17) aus wenigstens einem Balken (18) besteht, an welchem Verlegungselemente aufgehängt sind, und dass der erwähnte Balken sich auf dem erwähnten Waggon (1) mit einem Rollgestell (22) abstützt und verschiebbar ist.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Einheit (17) aus einem teleskopischen Balken (32, 32a, 32b) besteht, an welchem die Verlegungselemente aufgehängt sind, dass sich das ausgezogene Ende des erwähnten Balkens in der Arbeitsstellung auf dem rollenden Träger (24) abstützt, während das andere Ende an einem Rahmen (33) aufgehängt ist, der am benachbarten Ende des Waggons (1) montiert ist, und dass die Elemente dieses Balkens für die Leerfahrt ineinander eingeschoben und vollständig auf dem erwähnten Waggon (1) aufgeladen sind.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte rollende Träger ein Rollgestell (24) ist, welches mit Hilfe eines einziehbaren Ständers (25), insbesondere mit Hilfe von Hubzylindern (25a bis 25c), bei Leerfahrt eingezogen werden kann.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Einheit (17) mit einem Hilfsrollgestell (23) versehen ist, auf welchem sich die erwähnte bewegliche Einheit (17) bei Leerfahrt abstützt.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rollende Träger ein Eisenbahnfahrzeug (26) ist, welches in der Leerfahrtposition an den Waggon (1) gekuppelt ist.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rollende Träger ein Bissel-Fahrgestell (28, 29) ist, welches in der Leerfahrtstellung an den Waggon (1) gekuppelt und mit einem beweglichen Hilfsfahrwerk (30) ausgerüstet ist, welches in der Arbeitsstellung abgesenkt und für die Leerfahrt eingezogen ist.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportwagen (16), der Materialwagen (12) und der Waggon (1) mit einer kontinuierlichen Rollbahn (5) für wengistens einen Portalkran (4) zum Heben und zum Transport der Schwellen ausgerüstet sind und dass die erwähnte Rollbahn (5) gleichfalls zur Verschiebung des Rollgestells (22) und gegebenenfalls des Hilfsrollgestells (23) in der Ruhestellung dient.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Installation zum Verlegen (21) der Schwellen auf die bewegliche Einheit eingeklappt werden kann.
- Gleiserneuerungszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienenzangen (19) und der rollende Träger der beweglichen Einheit (17) zur Entlastung des Verlegungsbalkens von Seilen (20) gezogen werden.
